I had sufficient balance in my account for my emi. Due to bank server problem emi was not autodeducted.

I gave the request to bajaj finserv office. They promised to remove cheque bounce charge if i pay immediately.

I paid all e. M. I immediately.

But i am still called by recovery section to pay cheque bounce charge of rs 3000 for e. Mi. Rs.3617

    My name is arunkumar r, my mobile number [protected]. User id: 52102286. Bajaj cheated me, i am not applied ecom personal loan. But bajaj is converted my consumer loan to ecom personal loan. That means a loan period changes to 6 month to 12 months with 13% interest. Then additionally added ecom binding loan rs1500 and market insurance rs1924.
    This my original loan number 421ecfea351574 but they closed and added another ecom personal loan 421eplef954481 and they also added fixed interest amount of rs.2, 399.
    Finally i want my previous loan 421ecfea351574, 6 month tenter, i don't want 12 months tenter, ecom personal loan and any insurance offer.
    Sir i hope you understand my issues. Kindly solve as soon as possible.
    Bajaj cheated all customers. You are my last hope to help us.

      In this month april 2019 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees ten time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
      So, please refund my money.
      As soon as solve my problem my acount in sbi
      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi
      Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.

        Doing this on behave of my brother. My Brother in law has a loan against Bajaj and 2 insurance policy. He has been daignoised with last stage cancer and is critical. Eve after speaking to their customer experience head and a lady pooja assuring of handling this and that the matter will be sorted. The company continues to mark threatening phone call to a man who is in hospital. Document about his health as been submitted. Its appalling how we do not have a single human bone left.

          On 29/02/2019, i requested for Lod from Bajaj Finserv and within a week i got a call from bajaj finserv executive . In that call i was promised for a top up in my loan amount, but he took 2 weeks and several complaint calls by my side within that time period and i was just frustrated from this, Telling him finally to provide me with Lod and that's all (Because he was just trying to change topics and was not able to give me top up).Today, it is 15/04/2019 and even now i didn't have Lod in my hands . Till now, i registered so many complaints and they were just closing my queries successfully which is not fair .
          At last, if there is anyone reading this message who belongs to Bajaj Finserv Team . I request you to solve my queries ASAP or i am supposed to address Bajaj Finserv in the Court.

              Dear sir,
              This is regarding the personal loan application no.[protected].
              I was told that this is an ODF amount and I'll be charged only if I use this amount.

              Now I'm getting a message:
              You loan amount of 1064999 is approved and rate of interest is 15%.tenure 60 months.

              What the hell is this going on?
              I don't need any loan amount for now, but was looking for an amount to be used in case of emergency.
              I need clarification over the same.
              Ravindra Patil, who was the person in link with me from Bajaj Finserv seems to be the culprit.
              He is not attending the calls and even not replying to messages.
              I want an immediate action against him.
              Else, I'll have to proceed with a legal action

                My name is mummidi srinivasarao [protected] is my mobile number [protected]@gmail.com. Iam working in exxaro tiles limited tiles company at talod, sabarkanta as r&d h. O. D. When i checked my cibil score through online, after one day i received a call from mr. Nitesh saxena (Mob no:[protected], whatsapp also same number,, [protected]) saying based on my cibil score they have special offer of over draft facility, i said in beginning iam not interested, but nitesh keep on called me 100times and forced me to apply for loan, he made a commitment that 0.99%processing fee and gift hampers worth 5000rs, and said no insurance, so i asked for 500000rs, later he sent mr. Ronak panckoori ([protected]) who is from himmatnagar for collecting required documents’ have given all documents to him. Later i received a msg that i have sanctioned 725499 rs,, i was shocked because they charged 2.4% process fee 17300rs and 25999 rs for insurance,, i said i don’t require loan…as nitesh said credit team will tell the sanctioned amount with all deductions,, i have not received any call or mail from credit team..

                I received a msg that loan amount of 682327rs disbursed to my sbi account on march 10th, 2019. I asked without my approval how amount will be credited,, actually amount is not credited due to technical problems at mandate registration at sbi. But emi notice came,, i informed to mr. Ronak panchoori in fact bank statement also submitted to ensure no credit from bajaj…he later said banking mistake…but it is already delayed so i acquired money from another source,, i said i need money in march but upto april 5th, 2019 nothing was done from bajaj, so i asked mr. Ronak panchoori to close account as amount is not credited and i don’t need loan, he said in order to close the loan need to open again, by trusting him i opened another loan with another bank account as he said immediately after credited money he would come and close. So amount credited for rupees 682327 on 6th april, 2019.

                I called him on 7th april to come and close, he didn’t come. He submitted a check of 700000rs in hdfc my account amount was deducted was shocked you have credited 682327 and deducted 700000rs which means stolen 17700rs, which is my hard earned money., he said excess amount deducted will be refunded.. But it has been 2 days nothing was done put several mails to wecare and grievance redressal no reply received.

                So whom to contact in order to receive my money. Or do i need to go legally.

                      This is srinivasa rao from talod, sabarkanta, when i checked credit score from paisa bazar, one representative from bajaj called me, his name is nitesh saxena [protected], said iam eligible for flexi loan from bajaj,, and forced me to take loan by wrong commitments and promises,,, like 0.99% process fee, no insurance,, but when i receive msg from bajaj finserv they have duducted 2.5% process fee 17720, and 26000 for insurance total 43000 deduction for 725499 loan amount, and amount not credited in my account emi notice came,, i contacted him,, he didnot pick the call and blocked whatsapp. So another person from himmatnagar mr. Ronak panchoori came and blocked the loan accont, created new saying to close the loan need to open again, after that loan amount credited and i sid close the loan,, but bajaj credited 682237 rs and deducted 700000rs from my account without infirmation... Now they are saying process fee is deducted.. If i dont take the loan why to pay process fee...

                        Without requesting for any card... I was automatically sent an emi card from bajaj finserv and i was told it was completely free...

                        But now i have been charged rs.117/- as inactive fees. This amount has been debited automatically from my account without any prior permission or approval from my side...

                        I have also not been given any reciept of deduction... This is very bad move and unfair practice

                        I do not want to purchase any item on emi and even though they provided me this card on their own.

                        Please deactivate my card and refund my money rs. 117 back to my account.

                          I have bought washing machine on emi from bajaj finance on 21.03.2019. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

                          My asset care policy number is, 447bewed295936 my emi will start from 02.05.19. So do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

                            But still i continue to receive msgs for non payment of emi and charges which is very wrong.

                            I request you to adjust the emi paid by me on 2.4.19 immediately towards emi due and stop sending reminders for non payment thereof.

                              This company had cheated me in the name of elite card their customer service representative call me for bajaj elite card on 12th march 2019 and asked for rs-4999/-and i made the payment (Payment receipt attached) they promised that they will deliver the card within 6 working days but till now i have not got the card because of this i cant able to transact further from bajaj finserv and my old card is also blocked. Please solve the issue and deliver my card to my address respectively. Disgusting service and also their elite card department's phone numbers were also irresponsible. And i had not received the vouchers also as they promised. Very very disgusting service frauding people. Kindly co operate and deliver the physical card please or refund my money.

                                I purchased a TV and washing machine in January 2019 under bajaj loan. My EMI amount was going properly till March. In April I had money in bank but no EMI was deducted. After 2 days of due date I get a call that due to technical problems ECS could not be done. I was sent a link to pay through paynimo. I paid using link. But I am still getting messages that 450 rs is due as delay charges. How is the delay from my side when I had bank balance and why should my CIBIL score get effected with no fault of mine. Please rectify this issue as I am a old customer.

                                      I got call form this no.[protected] for providing me a bajaj credit card after explaining me the offer.
                                      The told me to send my pan, aadhaar and photo so that i'll will recieve card after 1 week.
                                      Till now i don't recieved the card.

                                        Hi its been 3 month complete so plz let me know when i can use my card for online purchase like amazon or flipkart
