Mam/sir I took personnel loan and 1 consumer loan I bounce 2 EMI and I paid my EMI with overdue amount and bouncing charges but i surprised why deduct monthly 295 rupees 6 times per month's i very edited please help me my contact no is [protected] and name is amol shinde when i go my sbi branch sbi told me please go to your finance compony and discuss and bajaj said go to your bank and discuss what I should do I am a very common person I paid approximately 10000 unnecessary it's big amount for me please help me

    This is srinivasa rao from talod, sabarkanta, when i checked credit score from paisa bazar, one representative from bajaj called me, his name is nitesh saxena [protected], said iam eligible for flexi loan from bajaj,, and forced me to take loan by wrong commitments and promises,,, like 0.99% process fee, no insurance,, but when i receive msg from bajaj finserv they have duducted 2.5% process fee 17720, and 26000 for insurance total 43000 deduction for 725499 loan amount, and amount not credited in my account emi notice came,, i contacted him,, he didnot pick the call and blocked whatsapp. So another person from himmatnagar mr. Ronak panchoori came and blocked the loan accont, created new saying to close the loan need to open again, after that loan amount credited and i sid close the loan,, but bajaj credited 682237 rs and deducted 700000rs from my account without infirmation... Now they are saying process fee is deducted.. If i dont take the loan why to pay process fee...

      Hi,

      Without requesting for any card... I was automatically sent an emi card from bajaj finserv and i was told it was completely free...

      But now i have been charged rs.117/- as inactive fees. This amount has been debited automatically from my account without any prior permission or approval from my side...

      I have also not been given any reciept of deduction... This is very bad move and unfair practice

      I do not want to purchase any item on emi and even though they provided me this card on their own.

      Please deactivate my card and refund my money rs. 117 back to my account.

        I have bought washing machine on emi from bajaj finance on 21.03.2019. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

        My asset care policy number is, 447bewed295936 my emi will start from 02.05.19. So do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

        Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update it as

          I mention that i had deposited a sum of rs. 1635.00 on 2.4.2019 online towards emi. Txn no.[protected] at 2.33 pm.

          But still i continue to receive msgs for non payment of emi and charges which is very wrong.

          I request you to adjust the emi paid by me on 2.4.19 immediately towards emi due and stop sending reminders for non payment thereof.

            I kailash agarwal customer of bajaj finserv holding customer id[protected] mobile no-[protected]
            This company had cheated me in the name of elite card their customer service representative call me for bajaj elite card on 12th march 2019 and asked for rs-4999/-and i made the payment (Payment receipt attached) they promised that they will deliver the card within 6 working days but till now i have not got the card because of this i cant able to transact further from bajaj finserv and my old card is also blocked. Please solve the issue and deliver my card to my address respectively. Disgusting service and also their elite card department's phone numbers were also irresponsible. And i had not received the vouchers also as they promised. Very very disgusting service frauding people. Kindly co operate and deliver the physical card please or refund my money.

              Dear Sir,
              I purchased a TV and washing machine in January 2019 under bajaj loan. My EMI amount was going properly till March. In April I had money in bank but no EMI was deducted. After 2 days of due date I get a call that due to technical problems ECS could not be done. I was sent a link to pay through paynimo. I paid using link. But I am still getting messages that 450 rs is due as delay charges. How is the delay from my side when I had bank balance and why should my CIBIL score get effected with no fault of mine. Please rectify this issue as I am a old customer.

                    I got call form this no.[protected] for providing me a bajaj credit card after explaining me the offer.
                    The told me to send my pan, aadhaar and photo so that i'll will recieve card after 1 week.
                    Till now i don't recieved the card.
                    When i am trying to call this no. It has been switched off now.

                    I have send my pan, aadhaar and photo through whatsapp to this no.

                    I am scared that they will misuse of my details. Please help, let me know what action should i take from my side.

                    I closed my personal loan on 13th of March by paying the entire amount, But EMI has been deducted by the company in the next month by saying i did not send an email to them to manually close

                          On 05.04.2019 my emi card got hacked and a unknown person made purchase of r. S 39179 i also report in police station but no reply from police station so please help me. And the purchase made at 4.56 a. M in the morning. And by wokeup in the morning i see massages that contain the purchase details then i inform to bajaj finserv they told to inform police but no answer yet came to me...

                            I have not applied for any loan and i was made to opt only for hdfc insurance plan. Whereas i got a sms stating insurance with loan application and the emi for insurance will start from may.
                            I was made a call from you company itself and they had all my data.
                            Kindly help if this a spam or some hidden offer that come along with some loan application
                            And deactivate any such loan which is activated without my consent. I once again mention, i have not taken any loan

                              I got a call from a person name rahul from bajaj finserve regards to disbursement of personal loan against policy mortgage of bharti axa and also stated at the time of loan disbursement you would be refunded with the amount paid for policy,
                              I took the policy and got the verification call and also i received a proper policy documents from bharti axa, however till now not received any loan in my account.
                              My phones/mails and messages are not getting attended.
                              I was given a time line of 15 days later it was communicated after holi, later it was told on march month end, later april 19 first week but no loan amount till now

                                Hi,

                                I bought a sony led panel rs 49300/- from great eastern (Tonk road, near gopalpura bypass, jaipur, rajasthan) on october 2018. At that time the executive of bajaj finance sitting there told me that if i finance my tv through bajaj finserve i will get some amount approx[protected] cashback after successful repayment of 3rd instalment. But when i checked my account statement i have not received any cashback yet in my linked account. I literally felt cheated.

                                I have done already -
                                1) visit 2 times at local office which is located at ahinsa circle, jaipur.
                                2) i also raised the complaint on bajaj portal request number - sr12621530.
                                3) email on following mails - [protected]@bajajfinserv.in & [protected]@bajafinserv.in, nobody is not responding.
                                4) at last i went on same great eastern store from where i purchased the led, the executive of bajaj finserv gave me the number of manager of jaipur branch manager number is - [protected] (Ravi). As per our telephonic conversation he told me that i have done all the cashback in march, send your linked account statement on whatsapp. I did same as he said. I have called two times to know about the status but he is not picking the call. I am very tired to follow up nobody is not responding. I am very disappointed with your services. I will never suggest any one to go with bajaj finserv.

                                Please share your views on the same and advise me what should i do next.

When enquired last time i was informed it returned from my house but after that it never redespatched. I was told now no physical card is required i can use the digital card. But i don't know my card card no.

                                    This is in reference to LOAN a/c 404SPF10245862. I availed this LOAN from Bajaj Finserv 3 years back and changed my job almost 18 months back. I travel a lot hence asked your customer service guys to give me an account number or any other option using which I could make advance payments and monthly ECS could be stopped. Noone could give me that option.

                                    I purposely stopped making payments then and have written on this FORUM couple of times previously as well. Last year, a legal manager named Rakesh called me and started abusing and then I told him I am not making payments as your collections agency keeps calling me to collect even cheque bounce charges wherein I am ready to make advance payments.

                                    Even your portal doesnt give me that option. Before Rakesh called me another manager Murali V called me and gave me a link (HTTPs://mysite.bajajfinservlending.in/pay-overdue.aspx) finally where I could deposit advance payments and he promised all cheque bounce charges will be waived off and in future I could use this to make advance payments.

                                    I waited for over 3-4 months and kept making payments every month but cheque bounce charges were not waived off and then I again intentionally stopped making payments after which Rakesh called me and gave me same link and promised me the same.

                                    Your collections agency keeps calling me, last week I received a call again from someone named Anil Tripathi and his junior that they have issued a notice on my name for cheque bounce charges.

                                    I called up Rakesh and he asked me to get in touch with gentleman named Bharat who I was informed is my account manager. I told him that I want to make advance payments every month, how can I do that, now he shares an account number and other options like PAYTM, above online link, etc. I made a payment on 29th of March, 2019 through PAYTM and told him the same day
                                    that I have done the same. He informs he will update it and ensures ECS is stopped. Come Monday April 1, 2019, he messages me to confirm if I made NEFT payment on Monday, I told him I made it through PAYTM on Mar 29 and even forwarded PAYTM message confirmation which he acknowledged as well. Now this bugger tells me the same think, cheque bounce charges will be levied but he will update the payment on my account for April 2019. Today, I received a message from you guys which says ecs will be presented again. So i called up BHarat and asked him why didnt he update the payment on my account, he tells me it was adjusted towards late payment charges.

                                    Issue 1: Your collections agency ( Balan collections) doesnot help customers. They are your trained robots who just want to take late payment charges from consumers without even knowing the whole issue. They can give me an account number just to deposit late payment charges but not to make advance payments. Ridiculous.

                                    Issue 2: All your so called managers there (god knows which college did you hire them for) are trained to tell lies to consumers. Can I BE ROUTED TO SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME A PERMANENT RESOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE?

                                    Issue 3: I have been a journalist, worked in government and corporate functions. Never in my life have I encountered such ###, such mother ### in my life. You guys are true Indian company who just want to ### consumers. But guess what, I am an educated consumer who knows his rights.

                                    Issue 4: I dont use my ecs account anymore so nopoint putting ecs request there every month. I am ready to make advance payments even upto 10 days so that ECS can be stopped. Please make it happen.

                                    Issue 5: Remove all late payment charges and adjust payment made on Mar 29, 2019 against april month.

                                    Issue 6: Hire competent people who can serve consumers rather than harassing them.

                                    Issue 8: I called up MD office no[protected]. A gentleman spoke to me twice and asked me to call up CUSTOMER CARE at[protected]. Noone picked up on these two numbers.

                                    Arrange a call back from someone senior who can help me out for once and for all.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is in reference to LOAN a/c 404SPF10245862. I availed this LOAN from Bajaj Finserv 3 years back and changed my job almost 18 months back. I travel a lot hence asked your customer service guys to give me an account number or any other option using which I could make advance payments and monthly ECS could be stopped. Noone could give me that option. I purposely stopped making payments then and have written on this FORUM couple of times previously as well. Last year, a legal manager named Rakesh called me and started abusing and then I told him I am not making payments as your collections agency keeps calling me to collect even cheque bounce charges wherein I am ready to make advance payments. Even your portal doesnt give me that option. Before Rakesh called me another manager Murali V called me and gave me a link (HTTPs://mysite.bajajfinservlending.in/pay-overdue.aspx) finally where I could deposit advance payments and he promised all cheque bounce charges will be waived off and in future I could use this to make advance payments. I waited for over 3-4 months and kept making payments every month but cheque bounce charges were not waived off and then I again intentionally stopped making payments after which Rakesh called me and gave me same link and promised me the same.

                                      Your collections agency keeps calling me, last week I received a call again from someone named Anil Tripathi and his junior that they have issued a notice on my name for cheque bounce charges.

                                      I called up Rakesh and he asked me to get in touch with gentleman named Bharat who I was informed is my account manager. I told him that I want to make advance payments every month, how can I do that, now he shares an account number and other options like PAYTM, above online link, etc. I made a payment on 29th of March, 2019 through PAYTM and told him the same day
                                      that I have done the same. He informs he will update it and ensures ECS is stopped. Come Monday April 1, 2019, he messages me to confirm if I made NEFT payment on Monday, I told him I made it through PAYTM on Mar 29 and even forwarded PAYTM message confirmation which he acknowledged as well. Now this bugger tells me the same think, cheque bounce charges will be levied but he will update the payment on my account for April 2019. Today, I received a message from you guys which says ecs will be presented again. So i called up BHarat and asked him why didnt he update the payment on my account, he tells me it was adjusted towards late payment charges.

                                      Issue 1: Your collections agency ( Balan collections) doesnot help customers. They are your trained robots who just want to take late payment charges from consumers without even knowing the whole issue. They can give me an account number just to deposit late payment charges but not to make advance payments. Ridiculous.

                                      Issue 2: All your so called managers there (god knows which college did you hire them for) are trained to tell lies to consumers. Can I BE ROUTED TO SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME A PERMANENT RESOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE?

                                      Issue 3: I have been a journalist, worked in government and corporate functions. Never in my life have I encountered such ###, such mother ###ers in my life. You guys are true Indian company who just want to ### consumers. But guess what, I am an educated consumer who knows his rights.

                                      Issue 4: I dont use my ecs account anymore so nopoint putting ecs request there every month. I am ready to make advance payments even upto 10 days so that ECS can be stopped. Please make it happen.

                                      Issue 5: Remove all late payment charges and adjust payment made on Mar 29, 2019 against april month.

                                      Issue 6: Hire competent people who can serve consumers rather than harassing them.
