As I am thankful to bajaj to provide me with the personal loan when it was required to fulfill my financial needs, now since 2 years I am jobless and there is no other source of income despite all this I was regularly paying the EMI but since 3 months I am in big financial problems and it is not possible for me to pay the installment till my job is confirmed, now I am getting calls from bajaj recovery agent that (समझ नही आता क्या पैसे कब देगा जब हम घर आएंगे तेरे तोह अपने आप आएगा भागा भागा)now I am feeling pressure and my mother is also suffering from brain problem so, so now it's a request that if this continues then in next 48 hours I'll complain it to police, ombudsman, and cm helpline as I have pressure from other banks also and in this case if in pressure I suicide then the bank would be responsible for this.

    Claim :
    Under a regular personal loan of rs 10 lacs for 3 years at 15% p. A., you will have to pay an emi of rs 34, 665. Under bajaj finserv flexi loan product, you need to pay interest-only emi of only rs 12, 500 per month. Clearly, a much lower amount. However, you must understand, under the first method (A regular personal loan), your outstanding principal amount is going down every month. Nothing of such sort in bajaj finserv loan. You will end up paying higher absolute interest amount in case of bajaj finserv flexi loan.

    Actual : interest portion is collected through ecs. Principal portion is taken from unused portion of funds. If you use all the eligible amount, interest portion and principal portion is collected through ecs.

    If you intend to use this loan to overcome a temporary difficult period, dont. This loan can break you financially completely.

    I trusted the bajaj name blindly and am paying for it.

But today i've seen my account has been deducted three times for rs.295/- (A total of rs.885/-). It says "bajajfinserv_rtnchrg_" what is this, what is the reason? How can i have my money back? Please help me.

        I had purchased clothes from a retail outlet using my bajaj emi card stating its on 0% interest. Later prior to my first installment, i went to the main branch to update my new bank details as the previous bank details which were linked to my bajaj card were no more valid as the account had to be closed. The associate at the main branch asked to submit a cheque of the new bank details from where i would like to get my emi deducted. I did the same and he confirmed next emi will be decucted from my new account. My first emi got deducted from my new account, however the second emi was again deducted from my previous account which was closed. After this they have been calling daily multiple times asking us to submit the cheque again and have also charged us 450 rupees as emi bounce charges. They asked us to send emails which we did a number of times, the customer care looks fraud as they call u daily from different numbers and will not even update the conversation u had the previous day. Its a serious frustration for any customer to the core... There is no higher level manager with whom we can talk or raise our concern... Their ivr option is pathetic... Now when we visited the branch to raise this issue and actually close the account by paying all the outstanding amount, i was told you cannot pay this amount now as they accept payment only between 10th to 23rd of every month. The cashier guy also informed that your next emi will also get bounced as this is linked to my previous account. I mean what kind to pathetic customer service is this. The cashier guy also told that there must have been mistake by the person who accepted my check to change the bank account he had updated the new account details only for 1 emi and not for the profile account. How on earth would a customer know without the employer telling you this #... Please help me come out of this #.. I am ready to pay the outstanding amount however though it would be best to raise a concern as i think they are just fooling people by giving emi on 0% interest. Please help

            Dear Team,

            I had taken a personal loan from your company and continue to paid the emi regular from starting.But due to job change i was suffer from financial problem but it does'nt means that i will not paid the interest or principal amount.I had already mail to bajaj mail id from my registered mail that i already joined the new company and my salary will release from april.I had also applied my PF withdrawal and this amount will also comes within week or 10days.Than i will paid the total balance emi with interest at your branch office.

            But your recovery agent is not able to understand my problem and now a days she and he is using abusing word with me like-chutiya/haramzada and many words which i cant even to write on mail.I am very much harrased with the talk with your recovery agent specially name "ASHA"(Cell No:-[protected]) and some man(Cell no.:-[protected]).They are now talking with my father cell also and talking the same abusing word with him.

            Is there is your process to harrased the customer.I am saying that i will paid the balance amount as soon as possible than they can't understand.This is my written communication that if these things happens again to my any relative i will make FIR against them and send to you.

            That doesn't means that i will not pay...i will pay but kindly ask the recovery agent to talk like a gentle man otherwise i have no option to lodge an FIR.

            Company didn't take any action as i mail yesterday but todays again calling are recieved from recovery agent and same words is saying that -"applog chutiya ho company ka paisa mar kar baithe ho sharm nahi aati hai...tumhare sare relative ko phone karungi aur karti rahungi jab tak tum paisa jama nahi karte ho..tumko sidha jail mein jana hoga, tumka bahut mahna par jayega...jab mera aadmi ayega to tumko ghar se bahar nikalkar tumhara hisab hoga...and many more. The phone no.through which i call recieved is :-7669385679(Name ASHA) and the number:-8506948003 (Man using but didn't disclose the name) I always tell her/him that this time my financial condition is not good as i have just join in a company and my salary or any advance will be released very soon than i will pay the total emi with interest but they cant able to understand and abusing word are using, . Now from last few days they call my father cell no.-9431461132 and same harrased word is used.Due to this my father who is 75 yrs age is in very depression and tension.If anything happen to my father than who will be responsible.I many times tell them to call me but they also called to my father. Request to pls take action so that they will realise the situation.And most of the fact is due till date is only 35K which i mail to bajan company that i will pay.

            Again today recovery agent had called to my father cell almost five times and repeatedly using the same nuissance word.My father already said that to talk with the loan party not from him.It means that company is not taking any action however i mail the situation with my registered mail also.

            If it is so go on than i will complaint a FIR with this.Pls suggest me that how can i trace the address of recovery agent as they are not providing the same. I have to filled a FIR as my father is in depression now and yesterday i have to visited him doctor also.

              Every day i get 2 emails and about 3-5 calls from bajaj finance for loans. I've already taken a loan from you guys and don't need one now. This has been going on for last 50 or so days.
              I've already complained a couple of times and you don't seem to respond to that. You have forced me to submit an open complaint.
              Is it so difficult to understand i don't need a loan now. Will my decision change overnight. You are wasting your time and my time as well. Do you want me to defame bajaj finance and talk ill about it in my circle and social media? I'll do that for i'm pissed off as hell.
              Stop harassing me bajaj finance!!

              Nobody contacted me from Bajaj Finserv customer support. I'm still getting calls and email from these guys. Attaching a mail I got 4 hours ago. Don't take loan from these guys, they'll make your life hell. High interest rates AND harassment calls.

                    Yesterday, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my dena bank saving account.

                    I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                    Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                    I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

                    I expect the amount to be credited to my dena bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                      I have taken0% consumer loan from BAJAJ finance and emi has been paid. I have given permission for auto debit my emi . However, I have been issued Bajaj EMI card without my consent and charges are applied. Now they have used auto debit facility to debit charges which is wihtout my connsent. Please cancel the card immediately and reverse the amount.

                        My name is nilam singh, was holding rbl super credit card and card no was [protected]. I had paid all the pending dues including other charges. The amount was 80076 rs paid in the month of november 2018.
                        But till yet my card is not activated.

                        I was communicating with mr. Shyam bhurte and sagar mane from collection team bajaj finserv, he had promised me for activation of card, before paying all the extra dues that was whole amount 80076rs. Because of this issues, my cibil score get disturbed, and i cannot borrow money from other banks. And i have not recieved any noc from bajaj finserv rbl bank about disclosure of rbl card payment.

                        After all this communication, i had visited to bajaj finserv goregaon branch, mr. Sachin said you can re-apply credit card after 3 months.
                        But no response from bajaj finserv rbl bank team
                        I want to request you, please do the needful, and activate my card soon.

                          On 23rd march 2019 i had ordered for one apple iphone 7 jet black 128 gb through bajaj finserv emi store. On monday 25th march i get a mail that my order is confirmed & i was asked to contact the concerned dealer about delivery. When i contacted the dealer i came to know that they don't have that model in stock. I wrote repeated mails to bajaj to communicate this but they kept repeating the same thing that, please contact the concerned dealer. The whole 26th march gone like that. On 27th march i get a call from bajaj conservative & a lady said that they have cancelled my previous order and have placed a new order with a new dealer. This dealer is having the model in stock and will bd delivering to you by 4 pm same day. At around 4.30 when i called the new dealer, to my utter surprise i came to know that they didn't even communicated by bajaj about any iphone 7 black 128gb order as they also didn't have it in stock. Then again i tried to communicate to bajaj but mail is the only possible way of communicating, so i sent another mail stating that my relative stays in bangalore, i had spoken to croma, bangalore, please make arrangements to deliver it from there, but till then there is no response.

                              I have purchased my samsung galaxy s10e from poorvika vadalur branch by opting bajaj finserv emi card and without my knowledge they got my sign and opted me an insurance after viewing in bajaj finser app i came to know they opted the insurance for me immediately i have raised a claim in bajaj finserv app stating to cancel my policy on[protected] but no update on that till now and yesterday a mail came from bajaj allianz stating that your policy has been activated i have sent mail on their side also to cancel, there also no response from them today in my bajaj wallet app it shows your emi card has been activated including the insurance money in it so please cancel that policy i dont need it it has been opted without my knowledge please do the needful i have wrote many messages and raised many claims no response from their side please respond . And cancel my policy.attached my raised complaint here which bears my loan id.

                                I had bought a furniture through bajaj finserv and the last emi has been paid fully on 5th sep 2018. Now there is no outstanding to be paid. Recently, an amt. Of rs.117/-only has been debited from my bank a/c as annual inactive card fees. I could not understand, what is the inactive emi card fees? I didnt received the said card. If so, please deactivate the same because i never received card. Without my permission, how the said fee has been debited from bank a/c.

                                Pls de-activate and refund rs. 117/- back into my account.

                                    I am ramesh gaddam customer of bajaj fincance. I am totally gone insane due to repeated deduction of 295* nov month and 295*2to 3 times a month since last 5 months. Same with fullerton people they deduct ₹ 295 2or 3 times a month even after loan amount deducted and closed. I was totally closed my relationship with bajaj fincance on dec 2018 and i got all noc from bajaj finance.. But sbi deducted again and again 295/- from my account on[protected] to transfer-chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.30/11/18bajaj fina — and[protected] the reason is to transfer-chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.30/11/18bajaj fina —
                                    Then i contact sbi branch manager he said that totally bajaj fincance responsibly if your close the all the accounts in advance. Bajaj fincance sent a request to sbi stop the cheque bounce charge officially then bank stop the deduction of 295/- from your bank account.. Otherwise it will happened continuously. This type of action not in bank control it is totally depend upon bajaj fincance. I request to all i have all the noc from bajaj fincance so please forward the request mail to sbi. Otherwise i will processed through the court legally

                                        Your bajaj finserv employee made his own add on card while processing my application. My application id is a3563934. He made an add on card in the name of rahul. And he wrote my mothers name in the application as seema without asking my mothers name. His number is [protected]. On asking him he said the portal has been updated 2 days back and he doesnt know how to file the application properly. I have his audio conversation with me recorded as well. People like this should be fired and a case should be registered against them of fraud. I will never ever take any loan from your company. I will never recommend your company as its full of fraudsters. I will circulate this email to every social media.
