I am totally gone insane due to repeated deduction of 295*12 last month and 295*2to 3 times a month since two years.

Same with fullerton people they deduct ₹ 295 2or 3 times a month even after loan amount deducted. As totally 29500 deducted since 18-20 moths.

Sir, how rbi keep quiet, is these financial services company didn't come under regulations of central bank authority. These people charge 37% interest and appointed goonda people who just threaten and ask the same thing repeatedly and threaten. Sir kindly control these blood sucking leaches.

    I have take person loan form bajaj loan no 424pmt[protected] on 13/01/2019.
    As per telephonic discussion held. He offered me 127000rupee but i am received 116473 rupees. And emi [protected]@months offered me but i am pay 4499 @months. After 2months he is not resolved my complaint
    Is too much cheating with customer... This is my complaint... You look at it.

      Purchased a sony tv model number klv40w672ein5 from khosla electronics private limited, baghmore, kanchrapara on 12-10-17, invoice number k4624/1718/02253 through bajaj finance ltd. Actual price was 44300/-, initially paid 10245/- by cash at the time of purchase.
      As per the agreement, 34468/- in 14 instalments were to be withdrawn from my bank account. Instead of withdrawing 34468/- as per the agreement, they withdrew 44068/- from my account beyond my knowledge.
      After completion of the stipulated instalments when i inquire bajaj finance ltd why they had withdrawn the extra 9600/- from my account living me in dark, they told me that they had invested this amount of money (Inr 9600/-) in an insurance scheme of them on my name. Although they had not taken my consent at any point of time for that insurance scheme and also failed to provide any relevant document regarding the same.

      I think that withdrawing money from my account without my permission is a criminal offence. I'm scared that they can repeat this offence when they have access to my bank account. It falls under the purview of cyber crime and immediate assistance is sought from you to refund me the extra amount (Inr 9600/-), also necessary steps should be taken against bajaj finance ltd.

        I have a bajaj emi card. I've been charged above and i am not ok with that as this card was free and i don't any requirements of any emi presently.

        Either take away my card and discontinue my membership or tell me how to unsubscribe immediately.

        It's not appropriate to unilaterally levy this fee!! You can ask me whether i want to retain the card or not and based on that charge me.

          I lost my job because i was bedridden for months but i still managed to pay every emi without any problem from my end but now they have gone too far. Due to their mistake every month the ecs failed, they kept demanding from me payment failure charges. I paid all my emi duly but they kept harassing me every couple of days. I got an overwhelming number of calls from these people during the last 2 years and on each call, i tried to explain everything patiently for hours every day. Nobody helped and now they have started abusing me and threatening me "pese do rh ho ya ni". They are blackmailing me to pay 13000 something in a legal notice for no fault of mine. It's appalling how they are humiliating me with a callous attitude. I have all the email conversations involving a manager called deepak from pitampura who promised to solve my issue but he never did and they kept calling and without any closure of the issue they created, i was harassed and extorted repeatedly.

          I have been a law-abiding citizen my whole life and i have always stood for what is right. I am outraged by the despicable conduct of this company and demand justice.

            Bajaj finserv is deducting 117 rupees from my account every year without any intimation, i had taken emi from bajaj finserv in 2014 to buy lcd tv from kohinoor thane showroom, i paid their emi on time and there is no balance remaining, but still they are deducting money. When i called their customer number ([protected]) few times, they said this is personal loan department and they cannot help on this, this is very disappointing from a brand like bajaj. Could you please help on this asap.
            I get sms messages with below loan numbers informing about some cibil score. I dont know what these loan numbers are.

              I bought a vivo mobile phone through bajaj finserv, the emi amount mentioned to me was 3250rs. But 3678rs was debited as my first month emi. When i enquired about it, they told it was for insurance and i asked them to cancel it. After cancelling it, they are still deitting the same amount and there were no replies for my email. Intentionally, i decided not to maintain balance in my account, as i was not able to contact the customer care. After that collection agent called me and i told the full story. So, for that month he collected only 3250rs. With the return charge not maintaining the balance. Next month again they started to debit 3678rs. Still im not able to customer care. When i enquired the collection agent, he tells that, we dont know how ot happened.

                  I have taken a personal loan on my mother's name of ₹5, 00, 000/- loan account number - 402pht67090916

                  Due to some financial situation, sometimes i pay the emi late but in the same month, alongwith all the charges the company issues for the late payment.
                  This month i am late to pay the emi. I had informed them that i will be paying the emi by 23/03/19. Yesterday my mother got call from your recovery agents. One caller was very good to speak with.
                  Then there is another caller some miss shruti (Mob - [protected]), she calls and mother directly starts insulting. Calling us fraud, telling us our incapability of paying the loan i. E.in hindi "aukad" and then whether my mother has ever seen 5 lakhs in her life and all that rubbish.
                  My mother has gone through a heart bypass surgery and a valve replacement surgery 4 months back. Listening and arguing with your recovery agent she had a major chest pain last evening. Thankfully nothing worse happened.
                  But then who is responsible for this kind of language and behaviour? Have i taken loan from a legal finance company or a company of goons?

                  Can you please tell me the further action to be taken or you are waiting for someone to be seriously hospitalised before any such action is taken?

                  I hope that some senior officials take this seriously and give me a call for the feedback of actions taken. My number is [protected]

                  If this company deals the same way, the future of company os in danger as many like me wont even take any of your services and wont even recommend any of our known ones.

                    I asked emi is not deducting from my account, they told your ecs is bounced with reason invalid account status. I am sure that i written account details 100 percent correct, in case return of that ecs they need to given back that bounced ecs cheque with return memo. They are telling that they can't give back bounced cheque. Even i didn't get any presenting messages also. Atleast they need to provide scanned copy of my ecs mandate and return memo...

                    Actual due date is 2 nd feb 2019 and 2 nd march 2019 and 2 nd april 2019 for 3 emis.
                    They charged return charges and overdue amount from my loan account... I am having sufficient balance in my account.
                    Please help me to solve this problem.
                    I am ready to pay total amount without any charges... Because mistake is from bajaj fin serve side

                      I am calling in regards to my Consumer Durable Loan number 456MPD87330745;
                      I had been your customer for a long time and never had any issue with my ECS,
                      this is the first time my ECS was bounced, Due to some medical issue I don't have sufficient fund on 2nd Mar'18 and ECS got bounced but How can You can hit multiple time for ECS deduction without any customer confirmation.??
                      I HAVE CHARGED Rs.3540 For Bouncing and the EMI card I try to use for the shopping the dealer said this card is Inactive and the card is useless why u guys Inactive the card and deduct the activation(Service Amount)amount or Because of this 2 ECS bounce my CIBIL rating had been drastically affected.
                      I believe in your bank that is why I had a loan from you guys and I want you to get things sorted out on urgent basis, if you not then I had to forcefully send a complaint letter the RBI Vigilance Wing.

                      Note: I don't want any person calling me or Harassing for recovery and very Important I want my CIBIL to be updated.

                        We have bought two ac in the month of november from sachdeva electronics in month of november and there was a commitment made by bajaj agent that we will get 1 emi waved off after third instalment and the same will be credited to or bank accont atomatically. While checking the statement to our surprise we noticed that nothing is credited to or account and when enquired about the same a diffrent agent came forward and denied any such claim made... It was very dishartening and would call it as cheating and lost all my faith with brand bajaj... Will seriously take it up to the company md and to all the concern goverment athorities... Never expected ot of an a+ rated company

                          Hi team, i already taken bajaj flexi loan on (August 2018 and application number :[protected] and last month one of bajaj executive was contacted to me stating that you have eligible ~5l top up loan without any fees - name of person : priya ([protected], [protected])& ravi her supervisor ([protected]), the loan was approved on saturday, march 9, 2019 6:52 pm application number[protected] with all fees {insurance premium - rs 3789, flexi fee (Applicable for all flexi loans) rs 4999, financial fitness report disbursal amount rs 4999, emi card rs, 412} during accepting the agreement form i was contact both of them they have been informed process was change, you will get sms and will select no option and then will get waiver for fees, however i haven’t get any single message till now.

                          And also i have reached all of them and they are ignoring my call, even i have escalated to call center - there is no response, find attached proof for the communication.

                          Note: i already have loan and am not utilized 100% why should i go with fees, executive was told me no fees that’s reason i have applied.

                            I have taken a flexi personal from bajaj finserv, and they have charged an amount of rs.1499/- towards credit vidya fees, which was not at all informed to me at the time of loan sanction or disbursement, i have shared loan approval mail communication details to bajaj finserv customer care team, in which credit fees is not mentioned, still they are telling that the credit vidya fees can not be refunded.

I am always maintaining sufficient balance in my account but they are not deducting amount from my account by using ecs, and also they asking overdue amount to pay and daily they are calling and harassing me.. Now also they can deduct from my account.

                                Dear mam/sir, i had applied for a loan with bajaj finance. I checked all customer feedbacks online and had asked all relevant questions with the manager. He explained all terms and conditions on call (Recorded). I was sent the loan offer through sms and was asked to accept the same asap as it was a weekend and disbursal would take time. No agreement was sent or signed. My account was opened within minutes and amount transferred. Over the weekends i found a copy of agreement and other docs uploaded by them. To my surprise the signatures were not mine and forged. Even the t&c was different than commited on call. I mmediately contacted the manager on the t&c he only kept ignoring my calls and making excuses to get back 3 days passed by. After getting in touch with legal expert, i then i happened to tell the manager of the forgery on agreements. He was scared and accepted the wrong doings on call (Recorded). I have used some portion of the loan and dont know how to go forward. I want to keep the loan as per t&c stated on call, get justice on the harassment of 5 days, bajan employees seems to be regulars on cheating and fraud so it need to stop and finally ask bajaj higher management for a written apology as there are numerous complaints on same lines and only growing.

                                  Yesterday, i bought a washing machine by bajaj finserv and got emi card in app but whenever i tried to log in cuatomer portal otp was not received and i asked to shopkeeper to gave my experia id or customer id or loan account number etc but he does not gave me any id. Now, my issue was that how i know my emi's details and all detail about my loan. I'm trying to say that how i saw my currently loan amount and transactions and whenever i was send message to bajaj helpline no. I got replied that my number is not registered them. I'm confuge what' going on.

                                    Hi.

                                    I have bajaj personal loan and will be cleared on 5th of every month where as every alternate month they are deducting amount stating cheque recvd mandate failed on average of rs 1000to 1200. Whe i as them they say they didnt deduct and bank says ask with sbi. Then who is responsible. I have only single loan an no other emi. Bajaj team doesn't respond properly and close the ticket without our concern and response

                                      Sir my emi had paid on time on 2 Mar.without any notice or msg or call they have again debited my money Frm my account which is not safe how we can trust this company by given our account no so pls credit my money to my account back.pls take a strict action about this
                                      Last year I have bought a TV worth 30K and a Mobile worth 26k for EMI it has been almost 6-7 months I didn't receive my card yet. They have told that it will be sent through mail to my home but didn't .The store took Ph no to avail the EMI but still didn't get card .

                                        I would like to inform you that, i have taken balance transfer from lic to bajaj in august 2017, at that time my tenure is 120 months and roi is 8.5% after 8 months bajaj is increasing roi every two months present roi is 9.25 and tenure 126 months.
                                        And my signatures are forged in the agreement several times mail to we care and others but not responding properly
                                        Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am Rajesh S[protected], I have an account in bajaj finserv, and I get a loan and I cleared all my loans but my my EMI card is not released and information also not provided clearly my block my card permanently, so this waste of my time to try to resolve my EMI card problem. So please close my bajaj finserv account. Please help
