Due to some financial situation, sometimes I pay the emi late but in the same month, alongwith all the charges the company issues for the late payment.
This month I am late to pay the emi. I had informed them that I will be paying the emi by 23/03/19. Yesterday my mother got call from your recovery agents. One caller was very good to speak with.
Then there is another caller some Miss Shruti (mob - [protected]), she calls my mother and directly starts insulting. Calling us fraud, telling us our incapability of paying the loan i.e. in hindi "Aukad" and then whether my mother has ever seen 5 lakhs in her life and all that rubbish.
My mother has gone through a heart bypass surgery and a valve replacement surgery 4 months back. Listening and arguing with your recovery agent she had a major chest pain last evening. Thankfully nothing worse happened.
But then who is responsible for this kind of language and behaviour? Have i taken loan from a legal finance company or a company of goons?
Can you please tell me the further action to be taken or you are waiting for someone to be seriously hospitalised before any such action is taken?

If this company deals the same way, the future of company os in danger as many like me wont even take any of your services and wont even recommend any of our known ones.
