Now it's been a year that I am waiting for my card or else the refund.

        I ha e escalated this case so many times but you guys are not resolved my complaint till yet...
        Now I am going to eacalate this case at social networking websites & going to logged the complaint in consumer court because u guys are taking my case casually.

          I'm a regular customer of your service and was really fan of you untill something happened today. My father got a call from your collection team asking for money. My father wanted to know as to what happened. But your representative failed to give any valid reasons and started to force him. He said he was busy.in reply to him, she started calling him "cheater" and abused him like anything like you would never imagine. He being an old person instantly felt very bad and shattered as to why a girl aged about his daughter-like is talking in this manner. She started to threaten him. This whole story was told to me and i called directly to her mobile number. The number was:
          [protected] and the name shown in truecaller was - riya capital.
          I wanted to know what happened and in reply to that she abused me too.in her words it was something like this "you both are cheaters and you are the son of a cheater. You are an illiterate person". I had the phone on recording mode. Let me tell you one thing. I will never buy anything from bajaj finance and i am really hurt. This is how you treat a person who has always been a loyal customer? Please get back to me as soon as possible. I'm shocked to my core. Looking for assistance. I seek nothing but an apology. If given it'll be all fine. Because we are human beings and not monsters like her.

            Last 2 years i am getting contionous promotional calls to my cell number[protected] from bajaj finserv call centres. So many times i emailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in everytime some one from bajaj finserv called me from pune location and stating from next 2-3days, call will be stopped.. But till date calls not stopped and i am very irritate regarding this calls. I also registered dnd service. But no use.

                Good Evening Sir/Madam,
                I purchased one Laptop make Dell from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
                Location-Kanchrapara Showroom. PIN-743145.
                The loan details are mention below.
                Loan No. 410CDD78096284
                Loan financed against Laptop= 30500/- Rupees.
                EMI= 2542 * 8 months.
                After a few days of purchase, a call comes from their company for warranty extend purpose. Their staff was confusing me and signed me without any confirmation.
                I really don't want the extended warranty for extra two years.
                The Extend warranty loan details are mention below.
                Loan No. 410CTB79912568.
                Loan financed against 2 years extend warranty = 4, 066/- Rupees.
                EMI= 581 * 8 months.
                Please cancel this warranty. I have not paid any EMI for this extra warranty.
                Please consider my request and cancel the extended warranty.So that I can pay only the EMI amount for Laptop. My next EMI is on 2nd September, 2018.
                Please help asap.

                  Dear, informing you that i paid rs 5000/- for elite membership card and akashay ingile relationship manager was assigned he promised company will provide 3lacs of credit limit and issue two physical cards. It is almost 1month above no one responds to my query and mails only reply is coming we have forwarded it to concern department. I am really totally disappointed with your services and feel to give u zero rating on customer satisfaction. Now i am fed up and are approaching to consumer forum for the resolution of my query.                     I have already settled the said amount. And bajaj finserv representative had called me and asked to settle both the accounts. And he had given me this amount and ask pay. I have paid the said amount and requested for the closure of accounts, and the executive committed that the accounts will be closed in 15 days. But i think it is not been communicated or updated in system which really very upsetting. When i have already paid then why still the accounts are not closed. I have enclosed the receipt of payment still they are asking me to pay the amount. I have the call recording of your executive who asked me to pay the settlement amount if anybody wants i can even attach the recording as well. I am not liable to pay any amount hence, you're requested again to close the accounts as it is affecting to my civil score.

                      I have been getting calls from bajaj finserve and sms regularly even though i have never subscribed for the service, i have a proof that some ad company associated with bajaj finserv has miss used my details to send ads. I got the written from from airtel when i marked this as dnd i have the details of ad company who is located in noida.

                            Sir my name is krishna nand jha my no [protected] my loan account no 6f7ecf63382239 is this 2nd august was my last emi but i missed it i dnt have the balnce in linked acc and i notify it fom bajaj app from the same day onward iwant to pay but no options display then how would i paid then two days they are taken in maintainance problem is this my fault now today when the displayed the option of payment i paid 2450 instead of 2000 this in not right they looted the customer my only fault is missed my emi but i want to paid from the same day and the same thing happened to my 6f7wlt82006476 this i have to pay 2233. Instead 1783 this is totally loot kindly help in this matter as soon i want to close this # bajaj account sir i never failed a single emi before now then after they can do this

                              Hi,
                              I made a flight booking through yatra using bajaj emi card. It cost 7075/-₹ for the same & the emi was approved.
                              Later, due to technical issues the timings of the flight i booked was different, by intimating yatra team they refunded the amount of 3455/-₹. Since i had used the emi card i was intimated by bajaj that a partial cancellation was done and tge current amont due to paid is 3476/-₹.
                              Last month i had auto deduction from my back account of 2359 on[protected].
                              And again i got an intimate sms that again 2359 /- is going to be deducted on[protected] that is tomorrow.
                              As per the records i have to pay only[protected] = 1117.

                              Please adivise on the same, for how i can resolve my issue.

                                As per the trailing email i would like to apply for new bajaj emi card as i have paid all your dues it was only once that the payment was late due to some problem but it was paid.
                                Therefore it's my humble request that please grant me with a new emi card as after my card block i am unable to buy anything for my house or kids.

                                Waiting for your reply on this my old card is ending with 2053.

                                    Dear concern -

                                    Thanks for the reply. I am still aware of about my dues. However, due to certain and serious fire accident happened at my house and with me and my family (For which, required documents already submitted) i am delaying and due to insolvency process for which i have file a case in court. I already requested them that please wait until judgement but they are very worst.

                                    Still at evening 18:30 pm friday (Ist) i am getting warning and threat calls from puneet batra and his co-team member anil yadav from nsp branch, pitampura new delhi (Bajaj finserv).

                                    I have all the message proof and other proof as well.

                                    Please suggest.

Till date 03.08.2018 those r not linked bank details. I have deposited the amount in account, but bajaj finserv not linked bank details, payment not taken by bajaj, plz respond and help me.                                       Why you are charging 117/- fees, as i have done nothing since years with this emi card.

                                      I have used this card only one time, and then after company is charging every year in the name of inactive fees.

                                      Is it legal? If it's legal, then close my card and do not cut balance from my bank account.

                                      At the time of purchase, company is not saying that, you will be charged every year, if i m not active.

                                      Close my card as soon as possible.
                                      Refund my money.
