Dear sir, I Nikhil Raut, not willing to have issued policy from Bajaj life insurance phone binding through phone verification or any other. After lots of mail and telephonic conversation, still, a policy is not cancelled. We request again pls. cancel my life insurance policy and revert back my paid EMI. Again receiving a message for the second EMI for 5 march. pls. Stop immediately otherwise, I will complain to IRDA & consumer Forum for Forcefully selling an insurance policy.

      Sir my name is krishna nand jha my no [protected] my loan account no 6f7ecf63382239 is this 2nd august was my last emi but i missed it i dnt have the balnce in linked acc and i notify it fom bajaj app from the same day onward iwant to pay but no options display then how would i paid then two days they are taken in maintainance problem is this my fault now today when the displayed the option of payment i paid 2450 instead of 2000 this in not right they looted the customer my only fault is missed my emi but i want to paid from the same day and the same thing happened to my 6f7wlt82006476 this i have to pay 2233. Instead 1783 this is totally loot kindly help in this matter as soon i want to close this # bajaj account sir i never failed a single emi before now then after they can do this

        Hi,
        I made a flight booking through yatra using bajaj emi card. It cost 7075/-₹ for the same & the emi was approved.
        Later, due to technical issues the timings of the flight i booked was different, by intimating yatra team they refunded the amount of 3455/-₹. Since i had used the emi card i was intimated by bajaj that a partial cancellation was done and tge current amont due to paid is 3476/-₹.
        Last month i had auto deduction from my back account of 2359 on[protected].
        And again i got an intimate sms that again 2359 /- is going to be deducted on[protected] that is tomorrow.
        As per the records i have to pay only[protected] = 1117.

        Please adivise on the same, for how i can resolve my issue.

          As per the trailing email i would like to apply for new bajaj emi card as i have paid all your dues it was only once that the payment was late due to some problem but it was paid.
          Therefore it's my humble request that please grant me with a new emi card as after my card block i am unable to buy anything for my house or kids.

              Thanks for the reply. I am still aware of about my dues. However, due to certain and serious fire accident happened at my house and with me and my family (For which, required documents already submitted) i am delaying and due to insolvency process for which i have file a case in court. I already requested them that please wait until judgement but they are very worst.

              Still at evening 18:30 pm friday (Ist) i am getting warning and threat calls from puneet batra and his co-team member anil yadav from nsp branch, pitampura new delhi (Bajaj finserv).

              I have all the message proof and other proof as well.

              Please suggest.

                Why you are charging 117/- fees, as i have done nothing since years with this emi card.

                I have used this card only one time, and then after company is charging every year in the name of inactive fees.

                Is it legal? If it's legal, then close my card and do not cut balance from my bank account.

                At the time of purchase, company is not saying that, you will be charged every year, if i m not active.

                Close my card as soon as possible.
                Refund my money.

                  I have closed all my loan with bajaj long time back may be 3 years back. Yet i see that this month bajaj finance has deducted 120 rupees with out my notice.
                  I am not sure why this money got deducted from my account with out informing us and also why should amount be deducted inspite of loan being closed. Why are this people deducting money with out bringing in to consumer attention?

                    I m continue receiving massage of rbl super card end no.2092 which has dispatched from bajaj finserv but still i m not received physically this card, i also request mail for closed this card but no response by them, unable to provide tracking no. Of courier and before applying there executive came to my home and collect all my personal data like aadhar card & pan card and also take my and my home photo as formalities of card application, as per there side showing card is dispatch by 20 jul 2018, but i haven't received, i m continue talked (Local office) & mail to [protected]@rblbank.com with sreen shot of dispatch date such as their side showing and massage which i m receiving but no response by them,

                    I scared about, if this card to delivered to wrong hand and use by him, unnecessary i will involve in matter like payment etc,

                        I have paid Rs. 4999 for Bajaj Elite EMI card on 17/07/2018 and i was urged to pay this amount by some bajaj representative ###. It has been almost 20 days and still i am unable to reach useless bajaj representative even using tollfree number and the person who urged me to pay the amount for the past 10 days. Why you Bajaj Finserv people cheating people in this way.

I have not taken any mobile insurance but u have received sms of digital mobile safe with total amount of rs. 1849/-. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. I went to your office but nobody gave interest and do nothing at my complain. Just say only estimate bill is not clear which was given by them to me. They dont even give me a glass of water when I ask. Anupal n his team Bajaj finance of Sibsagar(Assam) will destroy your reputation on few days. And I will also go to court next few days. Thanks for your service again.

                              Even after the closure (Pre-closure of the loan of my 2 a. C. S) of the full amount, emis got deducted today (I. E 2nd august 2018).
                              Purchased 2 samsung acs by applying for loan via bajaj finance.
                              Cleared both the loans last week completely via online.
                              Surprised to see that the amount got deducted today from my bank.
                              Request for a refund as soon as possible as i have other commitments with that amount.

                                This is regarding the fone safe insurance added to my account without my notice.

                                I had purchased samsung a6+ mobile phone on 27 jul 2018 from poorvika mobiles showroom vidyaranyapura bangalore. But the fone safe insurance classic of 2499 rs has been added to my account without my permission which is completely disappointing

                                    Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that recently i had purchased samsung j6 on 22.07.2018 from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with policy no. Im1593484. I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1667/- besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately.                                       As per the below confirmation email from you people on 30th june 5.03pm, loan type has been converted to hybrid flexi loan where i have to pay only interest component for 2 years and for rest 3 years interest plus principal which is the full emi

                                      Why am i charged full emi for this month then? And when i was speaking to sneha from customer care in morning, she is saying that she is confused with the loan types in my case.

                                      Request you to please refund the extra amount that is collected this month emi. Correct the sms that i am getting for emis. As the emis for coming months are not based on the hybrid flexi loan. I can understand there might be technical issues. At the end please help me out based on your confirmation email. I am ready to pay only interest part for 2 years and later for 3 years principal+interest.

                                      If you see the below screenshot, on 3rd July I withdraw the remaining principal amount keeping 600rs balance in the bajaj account, as I did not want to empty it. Still I am charged full EMI, in my case it should have been 1st 2 years interest and the rest 3 years principal + interest. There was no calculations given to me for EMI amount 6607rs
