This is to inform you that I have purchased a plasma TV on 11/01/2013 financed by Bajaj FINSERVE and and we have completed the EMI the on 05/10/2013. We informed such on 25/10/2013 to issue a no due certificate which you did not.
You had deducted an amount of Rs.117 as annual inactive fees without my permission from my bank account in 2018.
Please deactivate the card and refund the amount immediately to my bank account and inform...

unauthorised deduction of rs. 117 from my bank account

Team bajaj finserv,

Recently i saw a line item in my bank account that an amount of rs. 117 has been deducted from my account on 25th july 2018. My bajaj finserv loan for a consumer product was closed on september 2017 and i don't have any outstanding emi for any loan from bajaj finserv.

I have been a part of this bajaj finserv since 2012, but never before my money has been deducted. I totally don't understand...

deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card and refund my charges

Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card as soon as possible because i don’t require that and it is lying idle and i got message that 179 amount is deducted from my bank account. And when i am calling the customer care it always says all lines are busy. Please refund my money back.

life insurance phone binding

Without my knowledge, a policy named "life insurance phone binding" has been activated. Name - devendra singh.. Registered mob no. [protected].. Email id - [protected]@hotmail.com
I want no deduction of any amount from my account for this policy. I want to cancel it.
I got a message quoting that an amount of about 1500rs on 02/aug/2018.
How can the company activate any such things without informing customers!...

false statements of giving amazon or flipkart vouchers

Hi, i was not intended to take a loan in the bajaj personal loans.But one sales representative repeatedly calling me saying that they will provide me flipkart vouchers of 9 thousand and three thousand from the india lends after disbursal of loan.which indialends has given me the voucher as promised but bajaj has not given me any voucher till date. deduction of 117rs. though service is not activated and card is expired

Myself shivkumar shaligram saxena has not used bajaj finserv emi card from last 3 years. And cards is also expired. But still also same company issued warning message of 117 rs deduction and they actually deducted it. How can any company deducted money when service is not activated. Plz help and go through the solution and returen money and plz never again repaet such thing to any consumer who already deactivated the service...

At the time of applying for this card, it was said that only one time fees is going to be deducted at first and so it was deducted. No problem...

deducting money without notification

Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 117 from my bank account without my permission. Later i came to know that its annual fee which no one told me when i purchase the card. Please refund the money and deactivate this card as soon as possible.
