I have closed all my loan with bajaj long time back may be 3 years back. Yet i see that this month bajaj finance has deducted 120 rupees with out my notice.
I am not sure why this money got deducted from my account with out informing us and also why should amount be deducted inspite of loan being closed. Why are this people deducting money with out bringing in to consumer attention?

    Dear sir,

    I m continue receiving massage of rbl super card end no.2092 which has dispatched from bajaj finserv but still i m not received physically this card, i also request mail for closed this card but no response by them, unable to provide tracking no. Of courier and before applying there executive came to my home and collect all my personal data like aadhar card & pan card and also take my and my home photo as formalities of card application, as per there side showing card is dispatch by 20 jul 2018, but i haven't received, i m continue talked (Local office) & mail to [protected]@rblbank.com with sreen shot of dispatch date such as their side showing and massage which i m receiving but no response by them,

    I scared about, if this card to delivered to wrong hand and use by him, unnecessary i will involve in matter like payment etc,

    So requesting to you please help me to cancel this card, and i know only card end no.2092

    +[protected] this no is fraud person, he call me and said I m from bajaj finance and asked about my onther card details as to need granter and said your card delivere in 24 hours, he try to transfer 10000.00 from my card, I request we complain because we think you will help us, but some of MC people use this side and get information and try to make fool,

      I have purchased a air conditioner from bajaj finserv as a loan after the first instalment they have charged me 118rs as card renewal fees which is only being charged if you haven't took any loan in pervious year, but it's new loan account and loan is also availed by me, so why they have charged me, please refund my money.

        I have paid Rs. 4999 for Bajaj Elite EMI card on 17/07/2018 and i was urged to pay this amount by some bajaj representative ###. It has been almost 20 days and still i am unable to reach useless bajaj representative even using tollfree number and the person who urged me to pay the amount for the past 10 days. Why you Bajaj Finserv people cheating people in this way.

          This is to inform you that recently i had purchased oppo f7 on 09.07.2018 from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with policy no. Im1542812. I have not taken any mobile insurance but u have received sms of digital mobile safe with total amount of rs. 1849/-. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and send me confirmation sms of confirmation of cancellation immediately. Thanks and regards

            Sir, My Mobile insurance policy no. 0G[protected]-00020027. Claim no. [protected]. I claimed on 5th july. I went to your office but nobody gave interest and do nothing at my complain. Just say only estimate bill is not clear which was given by them to me. They dont even give me a glass of water when I ask. Anupal n his team Bajaj finance of Sibsagar(Assam) will destroy your reputation on few days. And I will also go to court next few days. Thanks for your service again.

              Even after the closure (Pre-closure of the loan of my 2 a. C. S) of the full amount, emis got deducted today (I. E 2nd august 2018).
              Purchased 2 samsung acs by applying for loan via bajaj finance.
              Cleared both the loans last week completely via online.
              Surprised to see that the amount got deducted today from my bank.
              Request for a refund as soon as possible as i have other commitments with that amount.

                This is regarding the fone safe insurance added to my account without my notice.

                I had purchased samsung a6+ mobile phone on 27 jul 2018 from poorvika mobiles showroom vidyaranyapura bangalore. But the fone safe insurance classic of 2499 rs has been added to my account without my permission which is completely disappointing

                      As per the below confirmation email from you people on 30th june 5.03pm, loan type has been converted to hybrid flexi loan where i have to pay only interest component for 2 years and for rest 3 years interest plus principal which is the full emi

                      Why am i charged full emi for this month then? And when i was speaking to sneha from customer care in morning, she is saying that she is confused with the loan types in my case.

                      Request you to please refund the extra amount that is collected this month emi. Correct the sms that i am getting for emis. As the emis for coming months are not based on the hybrid flexi loan. I can understand there might be technical issues. At the end please help me out based on your confirmation email. I am ready to pay only interest part for 2 years and later for 3 years principal+interest.

                      If you see the below screenshot, on 3rd July I withdraw the remaining principal amount keeping 600rs balance in the bajaj account, as I did not want to empty it. Still I am charged full EMI, in my case it should have been 1st 2 years interest and the rest 3 years principal + interest. There was no calculations given to me for EMI amount 6607rs

                        My name is Ratheesh. i am from Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. Last month i buy a mobile phone using my bajaj emi card, at that time they told my emi amount will be Rs.1999. But last week i received a message. in that they told my emi amount will be Rs.2214.
                        After that i went to local branch of bajaj finserv, there they told me they put some kind of insurance for my phone.
                        i never asked for that insurance.
                        i am not the only one who is affected by this kind of issue with bajaj finserv.
                        i am not affordable for Rs.2100 worth insurance for mobile phone. please make them to cancel my policy. And make the emi which is they told me at the time of buying.

                          I S Nagendra Prasad having home loan 404SHL37177692 in your Bank, As I am not able to Pay My EMI from last 7 months due to lost my JOb and Family issue also Financial issue, I am don’t have any money to pay my EMI.

                          Bajaj Bank Manager Mr krishna Iyer, Robert, & Sudheendra Bhatt, Gave me so much pressure to handover the property since March 2018, finally on 25th April 2018 i had vacated the house to surrender the property, But Sudheendra Bhatt bank manager did not give any response, Many time i called him for surrendering the property but he did not respond during that time.

                          Sent mail to Bajaj customer care, also sent SMS, WATS message to Sudheendra Bhatt he did not respond.

                          On June 28 i received a call from Robert from Bajaj Finance collection department to handover the property. I told him to arrange a meeting in bank, i went to Bank Had a meeting with Krishan Iyer & Robert, they told they have got approval from Pune Bajaj office for surrender and draft is ready and need to sign the document also give the possion of the property.

                          On Saturday 21 july 2018, Robert told he will be coming to RR nagar house with Handover copy, I need to sign the copy and handover the Key. I waited In RR Nagar house Till 4 o clock but he did not come, later he called to my mobile to come to Office and handover the key later sign the document, Again from RR Nagar went to Bajaj office in Residential raod, there Sudheender told he required some time and he will call me later, he sent me from the office.

                          Worth of property is 1 Crore, but loan amount is only 17 Lakh, I have asked Bajaj to sell or auction the property, remaining transfer he to my account.

                          But Bajaj is not doing this they are just sending me the notice also bouncing all the cheque every month, now they have bounced 17 lakh cheque.

                          This is causing me more tension, my health is detorting every day. If anything happen to me Bajaj is responsible.

                          I really got Frustrated from the Bajaj also fooling me, they made me to run to their office.
                          I have told many time to bank that I am not in situation to pay the EMI to bank still they are bouncing the cheque which I have given to them while taking the loan.

                          I have express my problems to bank and notified the bank about your current financial condition,

                            Hi,

                            Note that there was a ecs debit from my citibank account on 3rd of July for around Rs.117. Since the account did not have sufficient funds you guys have charged be return fees(ECS DEBIT RETURN CHRG) for Rs.350 on 23rd Jul. Again on 23rd July i see you have deducted Rs.32 twice saying CGST DEBIT CGST @ 9.00 p.c ON ECS DEBIT RETURN.

                            This is a serious breach and I expect a corrective solution and amount repay at the earliest.

                            I can provide further details if needed. Looking forward to your response.

                              I have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my ICICI Bank saving account.

                              Moreover i dnt stay in india and don't have any loans, how come without any intimation do bajaj fin service deduct my amount.

                              Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                              I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

                              I expect the amount to be credited to my icici bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                                    I received a call from customer support of bajaj finserv elite emi card team offering me a card at a lifetime fee of ₹4999.
                                    I agreed and paid the fees. They even confirmed receiving the money. After which i never received any card, no information, no contact.
                                    I took the pains to call them to be told that the team which handles elite emi card members us different and they gave me [protected] number, which is fake.
                                    Till date neither i received the card, no contact, no calls nothing.
                                    They are just here to make a fool out of customers. I would like to get my money back and stop cheating people with false hopes and promises which you can not keep up with.

                                      I buyed vivo v9 mobile using bajaj emi card on may 25 but i have not applied for any insurance but it automatically added. I donot want to pay any insurance amount regarding my mobile. I request you people to cancel immediately
                                      Requesting you to cancel my insurance as i don't want to pay any amount and i have paid already 2 months and i request to to return my money back

                                      I have registered for EMI card and I paid the amount of 471 as charges for issuing the card, but I didn't received any card details, when I am trying to reach them, automated voice machine is telling my mobile is not registered,

                                        I have recently transferred by homeloans from lic and indiabulls to bajaj, considering the fast service and top up loan option.
                                        We have got very good service from bajaj sales representative initially.

                                        However i am shocked with the collection, overdue charges and unprofessional approach of bajaj team when my 1st cheque got bounced due to genuine reason..

                                        My top up loan cheque from bajaj was received on 11th jul inspite of many followups with the team hence my all the below mentioned 1st ecs got bounced.

                                        Now immediately after 1 day, bajaj representative was calling me after every 5 minutes asking to deposit the money inspite of i have assured for the clearance of the same for the same day. Such approach which is very contradictory to other banks. I never ever seen this kind of approach with my previous bank since last 7-8 years. It was whole day i was discussing with bajaj team. Which is very irritating and promoting me to re-transfer loan to my previous bank.

                                        As per bank process bank normally presents the ecs 2-3 times lateron customer care starts following up.in bajaj, immediately after 1 day of ecs bounce collection team was following up 15-20 times in a day. Pl note: no one intentionally bounces the ecs, it is the technical reason behind this. Pl do not do argument with customer especially who is taking loan of 50 lakhs for long term tenure and request to build your trust.

                                        Also 3000 rs bounce charges for topup loan too high and can not justify at any cost. Even for 2 topup loans due charges are more than the emi amount. Is this as per rbi guideline because i have hardly paid 250 rs bounce charges in my past with my earlier banks.

                                        I have paid the below ecs payment and receipt is shared with bajaj for the same.

                                        Request to return the 3000 rs which is already paid and waive off the rest penalty charges (3000 * 4= 12000) request to apply the applicable charges only.

                                        Will have next 25 years of relation ship and our 1st cheque was bounced due to some technical error. Request your support to refund paid =3000 rs and waive off rest overdue charges.

                                        Look forward for your valuable support.

                                        I have highlighted this issue with bajaj customer care dted 13th july and 25th july but no has courtsey to reply.

                                        I have undergone tremendous mental pressure with such negative approach of bajaj.

                                        We look forward for immediate revert.
