My name is Ratheesh. i am from Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. Last month i buy a mobile phone using my bajaj emi card, at that time they told my emi amount will be Rs.1999. But last week i received a message. in that they told my emi amount will be Rs.2214.
After that i went to local branch of bajaj finserv, there they told me they put some kind of insurance for my phone.
i never asked for that insurance.
i am not the only one who is affected by this kind of issue with bajaj finserv.
i am not affordable for Rs.2100 worth insurance for mobile phone. please make them to cancel my policy. And make the emi which is they told me at the time of buying.

    I S Nagendra Prasad having home loan 404SHL37177692 in your Bank, As I am not able to Pay My EMI from last 7 months due to lost my JOb and Family issue also Financial issue, I am don’t have any money to pay my EMI.

    Bajaj Bank Manager Mr krishna Iyer, Robert, & Sudheendra Bhatt, Gave me so much pressure to handover the property since March 2018, finally on 25th April 2018 i had vacated the house to surrender the property, But Sudheendra Bhatt bank manager did not give any response, Many time i called him for surrendering the property but he did not respond during that time.

    Sent mail to Bajaj customer care, also sent SMS, WATS message to Sudheendra Bhatt he did not respond.

    On June 28 i received a call from Robert from Bajaj Finance collection department to handover the property. I told him to arrange a meeting in bank, i went to Bank Had a meeting with Krishan Iyer & Robert, they told they have got approval from Pune Bajaj office for surrender and draft is ready and need to sign the document also give the possion of the property.

    On Saturday 21 july 2018, Robert told he will be coming to RR nagar house with Handover copy, I need to sign the copy and handover the Key. I waited In RR Nagar house Till 4 o clock but he did not come, later he called to my mobile to come to Office and handover the key later sign the document, Again from RR Nagar went to Bajaj office in Residential raod, there Sudheender told he required some time and he will call me later, he sent me from the office.

    Worth of property is 1 Crore, but loan amount is only 17 Lakh, I have asked Bajaj to sell or auction the property, remaining transfer he to my account.

    But Bajaj is not doing this they are just sending me the notice also bouncing all the cheque every month, now they have bounced 17 lakh cheque.

    This is causing me more tension, my health is detorting every day. If anything happen to me Bajaj is responsible.

    I really got Frustrated from the Bajaj also fooling me, they made me to run to their office.
    I have told many time to bank that I am not in situation to pay the EMI to bank still they are bouncing the cheque which I have given to them while taking the loan.

    I have express my problems to bank and notified the bank about your current financial condition,

      Hi,

      Note that there was a ecs debit from my citibank account on 3rd of July for around Rs.117. Since the account did not have sufficient funds you guys have charged be return fees(ECS DEBIT RETURN CHRG) for Rs.350 on 23rd Jul. Again on 23rd July i see you have deducted Rs.32 twice saying CGST DEBIT CGST @ 9.00 p.c ON ECS DEBIT RETURN.

      This is a serious breach and I expect a corrective solution and amount repay at the earliest.

      I can provide further details if needed. Looking forward to your response.

        I have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my ICICI Bank saving account.

        Moreover i dnt stay in india and don't have any loans, how come without any intimation do bajaj fin service deduct my amount.

        Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

        I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

        I expect the amount to be credited to my icici bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

              I received a call from customer support of bajaj finserv elite emi card team offering me a card at a lifetime fee of ₹4999.
              I agreed and paid the fees. They even confirmed receiving the money. After which i never received any card, no information, no contact.
              I took the pains to call them to be told that the team which handles elite emi card members us different and they gave me [protected] number, which is fake.
              Till date neither i received the card, no contact, no calls nothing.
              They are just here to make a fool out of customers. I would like to get my money back and stop cheating people with false hopes and promises which you can not keep up with.

                I buyed vivo v9 mobile using bajaj emi card on may 25 but i have not applied for any insurance but it automatically added. I donot want to pay any insurance amount regarding my mobile. I request you people to cancel immediately
                Requesting you to cancel my insurance as i don't want to pay any amount and i have paid already 2 months and i request to to return my money back

                  I have recently transferred by homeloans from lic and indiabulls to bajaj, considering the fast service and top up loan option.
                  We have got very good service from bajaj sales representative initially.

                  However i am shocked with the collection, overdue charges and unprofessional approach of bajaj team when my 1st cheque got bounced due to genuine reason..

                  My top up loan cheque from bajaj was received on 11th jul inspite of many followups with the team hence my all the below mentioned 1st ecs got bounced.

                  Now immediately after 1 day, bajaj representative was calling me after every 5 minutes asking to deposit the money inspite of i have assured for the clearance of the same for the same day. Such approach which is very contradictory to other banks. I never ever seen this kind of approach with my previous bank since last 7-8 years. It was whole day i was discussing with bajaj team. Which is very irritating and promoting me to re-transfer loan to my previous bank.

                  As per bank process bank normally presents the ecs 2-3 times lateron customer care starts following up.in bajaj, immediately after 1 day of ecs bounce collection team was following up 15-20 times in a day. Pl note: no one intentionally bounces the ecs, it is the technical reason behind this. Pl do not do argument with customer especially who is taking loan of 50 lakhs for long term tenure and request to build your trust.

                  Also 3000 rs bounce charges for topup loan too high and can not justify at any cost. Even for 2 topup loans due charges are more than the emi amount. Is this as per rbi guideline because i have hardly paid 250 rs bounce charges in my past with my earlier banks.

                  I have paid the below ecs payment and receipt is shared with bajaj for the same.

                  Request to return the 3000 rs which is already paid and waive off the rest penalty charges (3000 * 4= 12000) request to apply the applicable charges only.

                  Will have next 25 years of relation ship and our 1st cheque was bounced due to some technical error. Request your support to refund paid =3000 rs and waive off rest overdue charges.

                  Look forward for your valuable support.

                  I have highlighted this issue with bajaj customer care dted 13th july and 25th july but no has courtsey to reply.

                  I have undergone tremendous mental pressure with such negative approach of bajaj.

                  We look forward for immediate revert.

                      I have taken a loan in 2015 for buying a freeze, installments for the same got completed in same year.

                      All of suddent i have recieved a message that i have been charged for inactive emi card for rs. 99/+ gst

                      I have never applied for the card nor i have recieved any card, why i have been notified with this message, while trying to reach out on their customer care number there is no way to get across any representative it is only ivr which interacts with you.

                        Never ever go for home loan with Bajaj Finserv. Company shows you stars until you take loan. Once the loan started (you are trapped fully), company will start charging abnormally and start troubling you mentally and never ever provide solution to problems that they have create intentionally.

                        Issues i'm facing with this company:
                        1. When taking loan company assured me of giving top up loan of 800000 but issued only gave 400000 and started charging EMI for full 800000.
                        2. I asked them to cancel the remaining 400000 loan, but they don't seem to cancel it.
                        3. 15k gift voucher for PayTM promised which is still not given.

                        I've been struggling since the time I took loan to get these things addressed, but company is not at all bothered. They have such a bad service desk that always lie just saying we tried to reach you but no response. Be careful with this company. For any loan rely on other banks, suggest don't go for this company.

                        Order a sofa on emi but received different product even after waiting for a month and raised a complain to the shopkeeper so he is now denying now about the wrong delivery.

                          my EMI date is near after 3 day
                          Dear friends you will be surprised that i had to face mental harassment as my fd certificate was recd nearly a month after i made the deposit now i asked them to return my principal amount without paying interest which they have refused

                          not only they are fault but not very investor friendly

                            My Name is Mohit Rustgi, I have a personal loan with Bajaj Finserv with loan number 401SPL65709121, I am not able to make tha payment against this loan last month due acute financial crysis, I already informed to bajaj after one of the person Mr. Rajesh Pandey([protected], [protected]) of bajaj collection department called up to my father and harrasing and threatened to my father and using abusive language on call, Acutally my father is heart patient, After that i got the collection person's contact number from my father and i called to him, at that time he was drunk and he used abusive language with me and he told that, " Tu agar mere hath aa gya teri jindagi kharab kr dunga, tujhe abi pta ni h m kitna bada badmash hu,

                            I DEMAND to you that if you require to do collections please do it but in a civilized way and as per the law of the land, these strong arm tactics are not acceptable.

                              I didn't apply any emi card in bajaj finserv, but i have noticed there is two emi cards in my name.
                              Without my information bajaj finserv made this.
                              Regarding emi card i didn't get any call or letter from them, even i didn't get the card also.
                              I don't know how they issued.
                              When i checked in bajaj finserv portol, its shows two emi cards in my name.
                              I need the answer from bajaj finserv.
                              I tried to call customer care, there is no response. Call not connected.

                                  I had taken a mobile mi note 5 pro from flipkart on bajaj digital emi card the transaction was not completed no phone calls were came to approve my transaction but after 2 days ₹549 has been deducted from my account without my permission the customer care are not receiving my phone calls so where should i complain and please refund my deducted amount

My loan insurance application no. 410ctb80510882 please cancel. Policy name cpp asset care. You know i contnieuw give you mail for 2 weeks to cancel my insurance policy. Beacause youe executive calling me for varification and they activate the insurance policy which i dont want. Please i request you please understand my situation.                                       You had deducted an amount of Rs.117 as annual inactive fees without my permission from my bank account in 2018.
                                      Please deactivate the card and refund the amount immediately to my bank account and inform us.

                                        मी बजाज फिन्सरव या फिनान्स कंपनी कडून कर्ज घेतले माझ्या घरावर. तेरा महिने हप्ते नियमित देत आलो. चौदाव्या महिन्यात मला हफ्ता भरणे शक्य नाही झाले तर या एका हफ्त्या साठी बजाज फिन्सरव मधून मला दिवसातून वेगवेगळ्या नंबर वरून कमीत कमी पाच ते सात फोने यायला लागले. मी हा एक हफ्ता नाही भरू शकत आहे हे कळल्यावर तर हे फोने धमकीचे व्हायला लागले. बजाज फिन्सरव चा एक माणूस घरात येऊन बसायला लागला. मला फोने वर शिव्या देणे वाईट साईट बोलणे घरातल्या वस्तू विका किंवा डाग दागिने विका पण हफ्ता लगेच भरा असे बजाज फिन्सरव ची माणसे बोलू लागली. एक सात ते आठ दिवस मी तरीही हफ्ता नाही भरू शकलो तर मग मला त्यांच्या वाकडेवाडी येथील ऑफिस ला बोलावले, तिथे केबिन मध्ये तीन माणसांनी मला घेरून पैसे आताच मागावा नाहीतर घरातल्या सगळ्यांना असेच इथे बसवून ठेवू अशी धमकी देत दीड तास त्या केबिन मध्ये बसवून ठेवले. बार मी हफ्ता भरतो पण वेळ लागेल थोडा म्हटल्यावर घर लगेच रिकामे करा आणि हफ्ता भरेपर्यंत घराची चावी आमच्याकडे जमा करा अशी धमकी बजाज फिन्सरव च्या माणसांनी दिली. खूप विनवण्या केल्यावर त्यांचा एक माणूस माझ्या बरोबर माझ्या घरीच बसून राहिला. शेवटी खूप प्रयत्न करून ओळखीच्या माणसांकडून उसने घेऊन मी पैसे दिले तेव्हा बजाज फिन्सरव चा माणूस घरातून गेला.
                                        मला प्रश्न पडलाय कि एवढे अधिकार खरंच या बजाज फिन्सरव ला दिलेत का आपल्या गव्हर्नमेंट नि? आणि जर हीच पद्धत आहे वसुलीची अगदी एकच हफ्ता राहिला तरी तर जसे शेतकरी आत्महत्या करतात तसे लवकरच कर्ज घेतलेले ग्राहक पण करायला लागतील.
                                        आता माझ्या मित्रानो तुम्हीच ठरवा गोड गोड बोलून कर्ज देणाऱ्या बजाज फिन्सरव कडून कर्ज घ्यावे का कारण कर्जाच्या कालावधीत कधीतरी अशी वेळ येऊ शकते जेव्हा एखादा तरी हफ्ता राहून जातो ज्यावेळेला बजाज फिन्सरव ची माणसे तुम्हाला मरण यातना काय असतात हे नक्कीच जाणवून देतील तर खूप विचार करा आणि जमलेच तर यांच्या कचाट्यात सापडू नका.
