I have been noticing that unauthorized deductions of rs. 295 + rs 295 are being made from my sbi account on 15'th. Aug'2018. I dnt have any pending emis. Two more emi's are left which wil b completed in october, so, this month i have paid this month's emi on 7th. Aug'2018 with penalty, the loan account number is 545cdd64477384

Please resolve this if these deductions continues i will have to take severe action against bajaj finserv. I want my amount back to my bank account within 2 days of time...

This is Dibyendu Kar, a customer of your Company. I have a complain to your Customer Care executive behavior.

I know about my late payment due to my financial problem.
*My due of Loan only 2 EMI.
So, that is not a system to asked any claint.

    We had consumer Loan for Rs.16000/= from Bajaj Finserve, we paid all installments regularly except one because that time we transfer to another city & not operate that bank a/c after we reached to bajaj finance office, deposited last installment also but we are not getting noc from your office.

    After complaint to web site wecare. they replied that there are 5000/- overdue balance. Our last pending installment we paid on 21/06/2018 for rs.2100/= & asked for noc but on dt.21/06/2018 in our a/c they are asking us for overdue of Rs.2000 other than 2058/= of installment. We make payment against installment & asked them for overdue charges how they are charging. only one installment was pending & now on dt. 14th August they are asking us for after payment of loan installment of Rs.2100(Last payment of installment) against 5000/= overdue. (Note for Rs.2058/= install. for 8 months, loan taken for 8 months, 1 installment remain till 21/06/2016)
    within 8 months loan period for 16000/= overdue showing 5000/= what is profit margin? whether all these are correct.

    (Sir we made all our loan installment & we are ready to pay if any return charges but we are not liable to pay such big amount as overdue, please also cheque where this person deposited Rs.2100/=against installment or overdue.

    Please resolve this matter & issue us NOC for the same.

      I received a phone call from bajaj finserv visakhapatnam dated 14/08/2018 at 02:18 pm from mobile no. [protected] by a lady and she said directly to me that pay your due loan emi (related to water purifier) she gave targeted time by 4:00 Pm today otherwise she come with team members to my house visit and challenged to take the water purifier from my home.
      then my query is that- is there any staff of bajaj finserve having right to misbehave with customers or not please reply me soon

        I have got a call today on 14th august at 10.01 a. M. The girl mentioned her name as komal. She said that i have not paid my emi and i asked her about the details. Then she started shouting and misbehaving with me... What kind of customer service is this that i can't even ask my due amount... She harassed me... I asked her to hand over the phone to your manager... Then in a very bad way she said that there is no manager, i am the manager. Then she shouter for another minute... I have 6 emi going on... I am your regular customer and this is what i get in return... I will definitely think twice to again trust you guys... And i am trying to call on your customer care, surprisingly there is no option to talk to the executive... I don't usually complaint but she crossed all her limits. I need an immediate acrion. Or else i will go the court for harrasing your customer and will make sure that you guys will pay for your uneducated staff... Coz u guys should educate them how to talk to the customers...           I have been noticing that unauthorized deductions of Rs.117 are being made from my CUB bank account. I DO NOT have any pending EMIs in bajaj finserv. I have completed all the EMIs for the loan account number 4030CD00206656.

          Please note that if this continues I will have to take severe action against bajaj finserv. I NEED my hard earned amount back to my account within 2 days of time.

          This complaint is regarding the cpp assest care. Can you please cancel the cpp assest care membership on my LG washing machine which i bought recently near by store with an Bajaj finserv EMI. And with an assest care no: AC1546630. Because i dont need this warranty service, please be cancel before this activated.
          I ordered a phone on 6 august 18 on flikart using bajaj finserv no cost emi later on 7 august it was cancelled without delivery] but i got messege loan is approved and on app i am seeing three emi september octber november, please cancel the loan and how much time will it take

            I had taken a loan from bajaj finance some months prior. I pay the emi amount every month on time but still your employees keep calling me daily 7-8 times, reminding me to pay it.
            It is causing me huge trouble and annoyance. Please stop calling me on my number 91-[protected].
            It is a great way to lose customers. I'll never be taking another loan from you. Stop calling me!!!

                  This is Vinod Naik and I had a personal loan with bajaj finance and when there are my mood changed(as I thaught they cheated with me) I made a force closure payment for loan and I thought my loan was closed and I felt happy but the strange and such a worst behavior with bajaj is even though I made my outstanding loan amount they deducted this month emi.

                  Tried calling many time to customer support number but no luck. The IVR process telling same thing again and again but didn't even connected to the executive. Such a shame to such a big name.

                        No response from bajaj finserv to my mails. So many mails i have sent with video proof to wecare bajaj but there is no single mail from their side.in this way they r treating customers. On 13 th july at 4:55 pm i had given icici bank details along with cancellation cheque. Till now my bank details not linked to bajaj finserv account. My mobile number is[protected]. Where my given bank details gone. Why bajaj people are not responding to my mails.

The Bajaj Finserv people r planning to miss my payment again So many mails I have sent regarding my given documents on 13 th July 2018 at 04:55 PM. I asked them to where my given ICICI BANK DETAILS GONE. I[censored] HAVE MY DOCUMENTS WHY U PEOYR TAKING SO MUCH TIME TO LINKED MY GIVEN BANK DETAILS TO BAJAJ FINSERV.                                   I ha e escalated this case so many times but you guys are not resolved my complaint till yet...
                                  Now I am going to eacalate this case at social networking websites & going to logged the complaint in consumer court because u guys are taking my case casually.

                                    I'm a regular customer of your service and was really fan of you untill something happened today. My father got a call from your collection team asking for money. My father wanted to know as to what happened. But your representative failed to give any valid reasons and started to force him. He said he was busy.in reply to him, she started calling him "cheater" and abused him like anything like you would never imagine. He being an old person instantly felt very bad and shattered as to why a girl aged about his daughter-like is talking in this manner. She started to threaten him. This whole story was told to me and i called directly to her mobile number. The number was:
                                    [protected] and the name shown in truecaller was - riya capital.
                                    I wanted to know what happened and in reply to that she abused me too.in her words it was something like this "you both are cheaters and you are the son of a cheater. You are an illiterate person". I had the phone on recording mode. Let me tell you one thing. I will never buy anything from bajaj finance and i am really hurt. This is how you treat a person who has always been a loyal customer? Please get back to me as soon as possible. I'm shocked to my core. Looking for assistance. I seek nothing but an apology. If given it'll be all fine. Because we are human beings and not monsters like her.

                                      Last 2 years i am getting contionous promotional calls to my cell number[protected] from bajaj finserv call centres. So many times i emailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in everytime some one from bajaj finserv called me from pune location and stating from next 2-3days, call will be stopped.. But till date calls not stopped and i am very irritate regarding this calls. I also registered dnd service. But no use.
                                      Please help me out of this.

                                        Im s. Mahesh kumar im holding bajaj finserv loan number 421ecf64862970 i have apid all the due the emi tenure is 6 i have paid 2 emi in advance and 4 emi in monthly installement it also updated in thier statement also but also they are not issuing me no objection certificate kindly help me to sort out this issue, im in idea of approaching indian consumer court for cheating me kindly help me
