On 5th July 2018 suddenly I saw a charge 2404 INR charged on bank account naming "BAJAJ FINEMI-BF[protected]", when I checked with my bank I came to know that during the 2013 I had taken a consumer loan for which I am getting charged, when I pulled my Bank details I found that all EMI's related 2013 purchased is paid and there no balance, when I dropped email to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" they called me back[protected] and on discussion it was found that some one has taken Vivo mobile on 28th May 2018, they said they want my PAN card or Aadhar card # for further verfication, I have replied to the along with my PAN card (8/5/2018 1:51 PM). since then I do not see any reply from them till now.
By now I have paid 2404(05th July 2018) + 2374.00(05th August 2018).

Updated by RVenkat2105 Let me give share the funny thing which Bajaj Finserv has done, they charged from my bank account as My name matched with person who had actual taken loan.
After lots of struggle and follow up I got my refund.

I made complaint but no responce...
