delivery of elite cards with increased credit limit - fake promise

Dear, informing you that i paid rs 5000/- for elite membership card and akashay ingile relationship manager was assigned he promised company will provide 3lacs of credit limit and issue two physical cards. It is almost 1month above no one responds to my query and mails only reply is coming we have forwarded it to concern department. I am really totally disappointed with your services and feel to give u zero rating on customer satisfaction....

fraudulently sending ads to personal number

Hi bajaj finserv team,

I have been getting calls from bajaj finserve and sms regularly even though i have never subscribed for the service, i have a proof that some ad company associated with bajaj finserv has miss used my details to send ads. I got the written from from airtel when i marked this as dnd i have the details of ad company who is located in noida....

Hi,
I made a flight booking through yatra using bajaj emi card. It cost 7075/-₹ for the same & the emi was approved.
Later, due to technical issues the timings of the flight i booked was different, by intimating yatra team they refunded the amount of 3455/-₹. Since i had used the emi card i was intimated by bajaj that a partial cancellation was done and tge current amont due to paid is 3476/-₹.

However, due to certain and serious fire accident happened at my house and with me and my family (For which, required documents already submitted) i am delaying and due to insolvency process for which i have file a case in court. I already requested them that please wait until judgement but they are very worst.

emi card inactive fees

I have used this card only one time, and then after company is charging every year in the name of inactive fees.

I have closed all my loan with bajaj long time back may be 3 years back. Yet i see that this month bajaj finance has deducted 120 rupees with out my notice.
I am not sure why this money got deducted from my account with out informing us and also why should amount be deducted inspite of loan being closed. Why are this people deducting money with out bringing in to consumer attention?...

I have not taken any mobile insurance but u have received sms of digital mobile safe with total amount of rs. 1849/-. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance....

2 acs - emi deducted even after loan closure - sr02239628

Even after the closure (Pre-closure of the loan of my 2 a. C. S) of the full amount, emis got deducted today (I. E 2nd august 2018).
Purchased 2 samsung acs by applying for loan via bajaj finance.
Cleared both the loans last week completely via online.
Surprised to see that the amount got deducted today from my bank.
Request for a refund as soon as possible as i have other commitments with that amount....
