Hi,

This is Fazal abbas shaikhapplied for the Elite card dated on the 25- Jun-2018 by paying Rs 4999 as promised that I will get the EMI card with the limit of Rs 3, 00, 000 but I not receive my card.

I tried to contact customer care people by dialing the number[protected] they had given the wrong number i.e. [protected] in the 1st call. But this number is not working.

Again I call to another number i.e.[protected]. Again I made call to[protected] this time also the number is not exist.

    Bajaj Finance — 118 inr deduction from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs june2018 .

    i have paid all charges required for the card formation
    And processing charges at the time of led purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs june2018 I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

      I have bought the samsung ac from khosla electronics in the month of april 2017 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

      On dated 02.06.18 i have observed that the amount of rs.118 has been debited two times from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi.

      Please let me know what are these charges exactly.

        118 rs debited without any concern

        I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_JUNE18. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.
        Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

        I am following up that case for a week. Contacted customer care, contacted via mail. But no one is even acknowledging case.

        On 6 Jul'18, my ECS payment was bounced due to insufficient fund. On the same day (6th July '18), I have made the payment of EMI amount of 2648 via my BAFL app via net banking. But I was not reflecting on your system.But on next day, on my BAFL app its still showing EMI overdue with late fee of 531.

        I have shared the all the details on mail with my July bank statement where you can check the payment.

        I have emailed on all possible email id related to Bajaj finservice.

        Additionally, again today Rs. 2648 deducted from my account.

        what is this going on? Please resolve the issue.

        Also, you call center agents are totally illiterate. Resolving the issue is far away, they are not able to understand the issue at least.

          I am an existing customer with Bajaj, they reached out to me and said they can give an extension on my loan. I just asked for interest rate and they did credit check and took all my documents and made me sign on documents and now they completely stop responding. No one answers my call nor responds to email. They have done two cibil checks without my permission. When I raised it with Bajaj they said it's an outsourced agency.

            few day ago i have received call for personal loan and there after my emi card was blocked i have apply for pl loan and that was rejected i was asking for why my card was blocked no can answering me customer care was telling that my emi was not regular but my all emi was regular i am telling that my bank was not debiting my emi due to few misteks of my ecs they told me thaht no problem you will able to pay your installment within date 10 of per mounth you will not carged for let payment or be not go in defult plz keep your account funded on emi date and we will call its tecnical bounce and today no one can giving me right ansewr that my card why blocked plz resolve it

My loan a/c no. 405ECF79492662 But that transaction was cancelled by Flipcard. But you have deducted Rs. 2867/- by ECS . I have already mailed that cancelled transaction to you. But you won't cancelled that cutting ECS payment. Please send me procedure to recollect my ECS deducted.

                It is very sad to bring this to your notice that a fraudulent activity has been occurred in my Bajaj Finserv Account in May’18. In May, somebody has somehow hacked my account, changed the mobile number, Email Id & Date of Birth and took two personal loans, one of Rs. 44, 990 & one of Rs. 11, 999 against which two EMIs of Rs. 3, 750 & Rs.2, 000 has been deducted from my savings account.
                The above two loans were not taken by me as I have already foreclosed all my running loans on 12th April’18.

                I, strictly, have doubt on the employees of Bajaj Finserv as only they can access my account and do such fraudulent activity.

                I am thinking for a FIR against Bajaj Finserv in Cyber Cell. This is going to be tough for bajaj Finserv.

                      I had brought some product on EMI using Bajaj finance limited for which i have paid all the installment through IDBI Bank ltd on auto debit basis. On date 22/05/2018 i have paid all the payment due then Bajaj finance saying they have closed my loan account on 22/05/2018. But on 05/07/2018 IDBI Bank has debited the amount of Rs 590 four times and Rs 102 one time i.e total of Rs 2462.79 in one day. The transaction was made on the name of -Bajaj Finance L. But Bajaj finance L saying they didn't got the transaction on their account and IDBI Bank says they have debited money in favour of Bajaj finance. When i went to Bajaj finance L they're saying that their policy didn't have any charges as the amount of Rs 590 or 102 etc…
                      Now both are sending me at each other's place and both are not taking care of my complaint total of Rs 4993 is debited from my bank account on this case

                          It is very regret to inform you that, the above said policy has been issued in favor of my name but details furnished in particular policy like loan termination date, cover option, initial sum assured, installment premium for insured, taxes & levies and nominee details are entirely differs with my personal loan account No.540GIF73163611([protected]with 5 years term sanctioned to me by Bajaj finance on 25.04.2018 at Rs.4, 57, 529/- and disbursed Rs.4, 39, 703/- to my bank account on 30.04.2018 after deduction of stamp duty, flexi fee, credit vidya fees, HDFC Credit Protection Rs.4530/- and upfront charges. But, I have not yet received any HDFC Life Insurance Credit Protect Policy Original Bond No.CP000057 which is issued against my personal loan.

                          The policy number cited in subject is no were concerned to me and my personal loan account which was issued fraudulently in my name may be cancelled immediately under intimation to me to avoid further legal steps as HDFC Life has informed to me that, my complaint has been referred to Bajaj Finance, Master Policy Holder.

                            This is to inform you that recently i had purchased Samsung J6 from my Bajaj Finserv Lending EMI card.
                            I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my mobile insurance with total amount of Rs. 1849/- besides the Mobile EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance.

                              I smitasya sarkar customer id 1682859 had applied for a digital lounge card and made a payment of rs 4777 on 10th january 2018. The transaction id was lhmp[protected]. I was told that i would receive vouchers worth rs 30000. But till now i have not received anything. I had received a mail with some links which were all invalid. Neither have i received the physical card. I have sent several mails to their customer care mail [protected]@bajajfinserv.In, but no response has been received. This whole thing is a fraud. Until you make the payment, they call you several times a day. And once you make the payment, they will simply ignore you. I have been a loyal customer, having availed their services since the last 15 years, but this time i am really dissapointed.

                                    Hi sir,
                                    i have requested bajaj site for loan one executive person came and says all are flexible no charges and all for anything i repeated again and again please tell me if any extra charges or hidden charges .and he said no charges only processing fee 6000 that's it.
                                    so i applied 3 lakh and signed the loan application but he asked the cheque leafs i refused to give and said after loan sanction will give.
                                    But he said with out cheque we cant process the application also he was behaving very rude.and he said after approval you will be acknowledged with out your approval loan will not processed.
                                    I doubted from his behavior and his words after he leaving i started enquiry about the bajaj flexi loan and all, but only got negative feed back from my colleagues. so immediately with in 2 hours i said please dont process the application . but he is not listening my words and he try to convince me and also he said your loan approved .but i refused .and also raised a complaint in [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but they are saying no such application no, mobile and pan details are present in their database. i tried through phone calls for same executive person but no response.
                                    then after next day i see the msg from bajaj "your application no[protected] is logged in and sanction decisions will be confirmed with in 5 working days". i already refused but they still processing my application. i dont need bajaj finserv loan my family members are also feeling bad and afraid about this. please kindly resolve this. Already saw similar kind of consumer complaints in this portal kindly please resolve this issue.
