Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card as soon as possible because i don’t require that and it is lying idle and i got message that 117 amount will be deducted from my bank account. And when i am calling the customer care it always says all lines are busy. This card is of no use for me please deactivate it. My details are as follows

emi/loan card

I have a problem or query and i am not able to reach to a customer care executive.
This is cheating. They have kept only ivr in customer care number.
Customers cannot talk to anyone if they have a problem. I think this is a fraud act. I tried even email and it says they will get back to me in 2 business days.
I request all to stay away from this people because they will screw you up if you have any kind of issues in future....

This is Anand S Kulkarni i had a consumer durable loan with bajaj finance long back its closed i have NOC certificate also but still my account is deducting with Rs 295/- in a day i got deducted 2 times. and monthly 3 deduction.

Tried calling many time to customer support number but no luck the # ivr process telling same thing again and again but didn't even connected to the executive...

please solve this issue...
