unauthorized access to my bajaj finserv id and two personal loan taken.

It is very sad to bring this to your notice that a fraudulent activity has been occurred in my Bajaj Finserv Account in May’18. In May, somebody has somehow hacked my account, changed the mobile number, Email Id & Date of Birth and took two personal loans, one of Rs. 44, 990 & one of Rs. 11, 999 against which two EMIs of Rs. 3, 750 & Rs.2, 000 has been deducted from my savings account.

On date 22/05/2018 i have paid all the payment due then Bajaj finance saying they have closed my loan account on 22/05/2018. signature forgery by bajaj finserv - salaried flexi loan(403saf44580780)

A year back the agents of Bajaj Finserv were contacting and torturing me to take a salaried flexi-loan which was like a overdraft facility.

They informed that I need to only pay the interest for the amount that I have drawn from the overdraft. They promised that there will be no other hidden charges.

harassment- calling on mid night 12.30 am for details

Bajaj finance representatives calling on midnight to collect details and harassing.
30 calls per day. Worst bank.. Worst service. To reach there target they are giving harassment to customers. Though rejecting calls still continue to call again and again during mid night.
I said to call day time, but again calling.
What kind of ethics that company follows.

illegal payment debit from bank account

Here are the payments details which baja has been charged my wife as Illegal. Attached are the bank statement & the closer letter of my emi.

I have paid all emi on time but you guys has charged me 5k extra.
