An amount of rupees 295 deducted and transferred for bajaj from my sbi account on 15/07/2018 why there is no pending due or orerdue regarding acct no.401sce35718218 from bajaj finance you can see my statements and noc certificate please look into the matter deeply and return me my amount 295 immediately

    N this month July 2018 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees two time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
    So, please refund my money.
    As soon as solve my problem my acount in sbi
    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi
    Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.

I paid it via BHIM and amount is got dedicated from my bank account. please update me for the same. And store charged me RS 850 for first time and app is also showing 99 rs pm . why ?

        but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.

          This is Anand S Kulkarni i had a consumer durable loan with bajaj finance long back its closed i have NOC certificate also but still my account is deducting with Rs 295/- in a day i got deducted 2 times. and monthly 3 deduction.

          Tried calling many time to customer support number but no luck the # ivr process telling same thing again and again but didn't even connected to the executive...

          please solve this issue asap.

            Sir I was purchasing Panasonic led TV on 06.07.18 from Sudha cell Bilaspur (C. G.). In respect of this after using my bajaj finsery card the amount of Rs 90000/- has been dedecuted and message received from your end. But at the same day I have cancelled the same due to costly amount of led TV and after cancellation of this purchasing from Sudha cell the deducting amount not yet received in my card and showing 1, 41, 000/- balance amount

              I have closed my personal loan 2 months before in Bajaj Finserv. I send mail to cpgroups (HDFC Life standard insurance policy) to cancel my policy & refund the amount. As per my request they have closed my policy & send the refund to BAJAJ & they mail me to get the refund amount through Bajaj. For past one month I requesting the bank to refund the amount. Yet now I didnt get any answer from bank.

              Please find the below mail received from Bank.

                Dear sir Bajaj FinServ has wrongly deducted Rs.590x4 and Rs.506.81 from my account on 2-7-2018 and then represented the Emi of Rs.2030 on dated 5-7-2018 which was bounce instead the Bajaj deducted Rs.424.33 from my account the after i got a SM's and call from Bajaj that the Emi of your card was bounce i aske her about the issue but se refuse to take the issue serious and insisted me to deposited the amount online in a very abusive language then after I personally visited the Bajaj office to resolve the issue but there was not a satisfactory answer from the office even i haven't got the deducted details from the office plz help me out LAN No 456REM73427366

We request again pls. cancel my life insurance policy and revert back my paid EMI. Again receiving message for second EMI for 13 july . pls.                     This is Fazal abbas shaikhapplied for the Elite card dated on the 25- Jun-2018 by paying Rs 4999 as promised that I will get the EMI card with the limit of Rs 3, 00, 000 but I not receive my card.

                      And processing charges at the time of led purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs june2018 I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

                        I have bought the samsung ac from khosla electronics in the month of april 2017 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

                        On dated 02.06.18 i have observed that the amount of rs.118 has been debited two times from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi.

                        Please let me know what are these charges exactly.

                          118 rs debited without any concern

                          I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_JUNE18. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.
                          Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

                          I am following up that case for a week. Contacted customer care, contacted via mail. But no one is even acknowledging case.

                          On 6 Jul'18, my ECS payment was bounced due to insufficient fund. On the same day (6th July '18), I have made the payment of EMI amount of 2648 via my BAFL app via net banking. But I was not reflecting on your system.But on next day, on my BAFL app its still showing EMI overdue with late fee of 531.

                          I have shared the all the details on mail with my July bank statement where you can check the payment.

                          I have emailed on all possible email id related to Bajaj finservice.

                          Additionally, again today Rs. 2648 deducted from my account.

                          what is this going on? Please resolve the issue.

                          Also, you call center agents are totally illiterate. Resolving the issue is far away, they are not able to understand the issue at least.

                            I am an existing customer with Bajaj, they reached out to me and said they can give an extension on my loan. I just asked for interest rate and they did credit check and took all my documents and made me sign on documents and now they completely stop responding. No one answers my call nor responds to email. They have done two cibil checks without my permission. When I raised it with Bajaj they said it's an outsourced agency.

                              few day ago i have received call for personal loan and there after my emi card was blocked i have apply for pl loan and that was rejected i was asking for why my card was blocked no can answering me customer care was telling that my emi was not regular but my all emi was regular i am telling that my bank was not debiting my emi due to few misteks of my ecs they told me thaht no problem you will able to pay your installment within date 10 of per mounth you will not carged for let payment or be not go in defult plz keep your account funded on emi date and we will call its tecnical bounce and today no one can giving me right ansewr that my card why blocked plz resolve it

                                I have purchased moto z2 play on 16/06/2018 with my Bajaj Fin. card ending 8845 with loan amount Rs. 17999/ . My loan a/c no. 405ECF79492662 But that transaction was cancelled by Flipcard. But you have deducted Rs. 2867/- by ECS . I have already mailed that cancelled transaction to you. But you won't cancelled that cutting ECS payment. Please send me procedure to recollect my ECS deducted.

                                  It is very sad to bring this to your notice that a fraudulent activity has been occurred in my Bajaj Finserv Account in May’18. In May, somebody has somehow hacked my account, changed the mobile number, Email Id & Date of Birth and took two personal loans, one of Rs. 44, 990 & one of Rs. 11, 999 against which two EMIs of Rs. 3, 750 & Rs.2, 000 has been deducted from my savings account.
                                  The above two loans were not taken by me as I have already foreclosed all my running loans on 12th April’18.

                                  I, strictly, have doubt on the employees of Bajaj Finserv as only they can access my account and do such fraudulent activity.

                                  I am thinking for a FIR against Bajaj Finserv in Cyber Cell. This is going to be tough for bajaj Finserv.

                                      Hi I Meera, I have got extra deduction from my DDM bank account. I perchage Mobileinfinix hot s3), refrigerator(LG) and washing machine(godrej) with id 4L6ECF72660625 and 4L60CD49983279, my EMI date is 2/06/2018 but I miss my EMI and paid with paynalty on 17/06/2018 but today on 09/07/2018 deduct extra rs1770 from my link bank account, . Please resolve it thanks
