Team bajaj finserv,
Recently i saw a line item in my bank account that an amount of rs. 117 has been deducted from my account on 25th july 2018. My bajaj finserv loan for a consumer product was closed on september 2017 and i don't have any outstanding emi for any loan from bajaj finserv.
I have been a part of this bajaj finserv since 2012, but never before my money has been deducted. I totally don't understand that after 6 years, you are charging irrelevant charges to your consumers.
Here's something i would like you to do.
1. Kindly refund my rs. 117 back into my bank account.
2. If refunding the above mentioned amount is directed to blocking the existing emi card, i would certainly ask you to block it immediately and share a notification to me via e-mail or sms.
If deducting the amount was prompt and quick, please treat this as equally urgent.
