Hi, i had an fd account with bajaj finserv which i prematurely got closed. The tds was deducted from my principal amt and balance was returned to me. I did not receive any interest on the fd due to premature closure and thus tds was not liable. Neither has the firm given me a tds certificate, nor have they refunded back the amount to me. There is no response from the company now and thus my money is stuck
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Bajaj finance is unnecessary calling to my number [protected] for loan.
And always disturbing

    Due to my recent health issue i have missed some payments and i clearing all the dues one after another. I was making arrangement for making payment to bajaj finserv for the products which i brought from chroma the details are attached. The bajaj finance collection agent were giving harassing calls everyday inspite of telling that the dues will be cleared in couple of days. Today 27/6/2018 he called my wife and started to scold her and abused her in very bad words. Please take necessary actions and i will make sure the amount is paid in a couple of days and regularize the account. We are just common ppl who are bind to the laws and rules. His name is bose huble and mobile number is [protected]. He called me again and scolded in bad words said i have to talk to him in kannada only though he spoke in english initially...

      Website: I have bought the ac in the month of march 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card form

      I have bought the cooler in the month of april 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
      And processing charges at the time of purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_may18.
      I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

      Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

        Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 27 june from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_may18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

          Hi,
          Here is my home loan with application no: [protected].

          I applied for a balance transfer for my home loan for all most four months back and my loan is not yet processed.

          Initially, it was told that, bajaj is the only very quick process in processing the loans and the loan execute (Saurabh desai) and he told it will happen in 7 working days.

          He took all my documents, blank checks to process the loan and he immediately cleared one check saying that its the processing, notary fee (Around 8000/-).

          The person who cleared my checks for this loan is: saurabh desai ([protected]). And he gave another number to contact [protected] (Sandeep sehrawat).

          These two guys are not at all responsive and they just act saying the loan is approved and processing every day. Its been 4 months they are saying the same story.

          This is the worst experience with bajaj, i never ever apply any loan in bajaj. You stolen my money for the unprocessed loan. Its a stupid thing i did applying home loan in bajaj. No bank will take 4 months for the unprocessed loan.

          Appreciate your help.

            Bajaj finance has auto debited my saving bank account through ecs/tpcf without my authorization.. Neither i am enjoying any loan and also there are no dues pending... Still my account has been debited 3 times...

            Why dis is happening... I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible otherwise i will complain to your higher management or go to ombudsman.. Also make sure the amount from my account is not deducted in future...

            My amount rs of 707 was debited without any intimation asap my amount should be revert to my account are else I will share dis information in all social media

              Due to just one bounce in the payment of my tv emi bajaj suspended my card permanently for what reasons they charged me fine for it i have paid that emi in that month one in which it was bounced. I really want to know the reasons behind it. I went to the bajaj office too near lake mall rashbehari avenue they were very rude with the customers they were only trying to proo[censored]s wrong. When the bajaj staff came to my house to receive money against bounced emi +fine for which i have paid2681+450 and the customer care staff told me that i have only paid 2681 to the staff not the fine and now i have to pay more 750 for it. Totally unsatisfied with bajaj customer service

                Got an email from pr associates ([protected]@gmail.com) saying bajaj finserve emi is overdue. But in that email there is no loan number or anything related to loan. I have tried to reach the number provided in the email but there is no response.

                    I have a emi card sanctioned by bajaj finserv and i have not used the card till now, from the date of issue. Eventhough i am not using it, some amount is deducted every year as service charge. My repeated requests to stop dedution has gone to deaf ears. So far there are no dues from my side.

                      I am getting calls for loan on daily basis at least 4-5 times. I am frustrated with your daily spam calls. Request you to please stop them with immediate effect. Bajaj Finance has lost all your credibility. If the calls do not stop immediately, I will never ever take any kind of loan from Bajaj.

                        With addition to my complaint filed against bfl dated on june 19th 2018. It is to inform you that, again bajaj finserv has deducted inr 20 from my account without my consent? They have called me to reverse my account within 3 days. However before reversing amount they have deducted amount again. Why do not they stop their ecs system towards my account? So pissed off by their service.

                          About 5 years back or so, i brought a home applicance from chroma, and was asked to opt for bajaj finance. All the payment dues were already cleared within few months after the purchase. Now i get a sms from bajaj finserv that there is an annual inactive fee of 117 pending on my card. I keep getting their irritating and disturbing call throughout the day for loans even after registering for "do not disturb". If this is not resolved and clarified. I will go with legal compliant against bajaj finserv for compensation.

                            My name is shireesh nomula. Mob no. [protected]. I applied for bajaj finserv elite card by paying 4777 ₹ on 31 oct 2017 but i have not received till date. Every time i complaint they say it will be issued in 7 working days or the money will be refunded but nothing done so far. The customer care numbers never get connected. I see many similar complaints about the elite card. It seems some kind of scam bajaj is doing. I want my money back or i will proceed legally.

                              I have applied for emi card while purchasing an electronic product by paying rs 199. My loan period was one year. However, i have not received the card yet or even any details from your end.
                              There is no option of direct contact with your customer care representative regarding the issue. Tried the so-called customer care number many times.

                                  My self, ankitesh gupta. It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

                                  Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                                  I started getting messages that bajaj finserve emi card inactive fee is due, and one day got anothe sms mentioning that the due amount has been paid. I got one more SMS tdy saying my EMI card was issued on 21stSept 2017. I have never ever applied for this card.
                                  They gave fake commitments and at last pushed me to get the loan after that they are irresponsible and making me to pay lot of payments.

                                  I am planning to go any extend to get the issue resolved.

Also apply for Top up loan.Now home loan transfer will completed.But they cancel my top up loan without any reasons and now ask me to re book it.i have do all process again.They did not sent me any query to me by which they can cancel loan.

                                    Im giri. My mobile no is [protected]. On 10th may 2018 customer care from bajaj called several times to upgrade my gold emi card to elite card. First i was little hesitant to upgrade my card, but later they convinced me to buy elite card by paying rs 4777. They promised i will get my card with in 10 days. But till now i did not get my card, moreover my gold card was blocked. I contacted them several times by mail and by call... But ended up wasting my time. I feel im being cheated by bajaj customer care. Plz dont buy elite card

                                      My bank account has been debited for rupees 590.00, 4 times for some "dirdb" charges. Totaling rupees 2, 360.00 debited.

                                      May i know what charge is this?

                                      I have paid my full 10 emi's. This month my last emi was debited.

                                      I have received no objection certificate from bajaj, still this 2, 360.00 rupees amount was debited.

                                      I have attached my bank statement as well.
