Sir/mam,
I paid inr 4999/- online on 24th may 2018 for elite membership. They promised vouchers of inr 30000 and also they will assign one relationship manager for future query. But i have not received any confirmation of my membership. I dont have number of relationship manager nothing. I have customer care number but nobody answer the calls. I dont know what to do.
Many people are suffering from same problem with this elite card membership.
If bajaj cant provide proper service then why they are offering this kind of services. I will guide my relatives not to use bajaj services at all.
Very third class and poor services. Shame on bajaj.

Successfully paying Emi s without any penalty one day he god A call from your office your executive tolt that we are offering hdfc life insurance my brother told I will think about it.afterthat we didn't get any call.after two months we checked our bank account.from two months hdfc life insurance deducted two Emi s of each 1260 RS than we immediately ran two your office than the send print out of hdfc bond through courier two days ago immediately today we ran to hdfc life kukatpally branch they gave a phone number of begumpet branch executive.we spoke with him he told that to send bond papers thought what's up.we did it.my brother is an illetterate.we are small people.plese cancel the insurance policy number HC000101.your phone binding number 400LIP66517257.we are not interested your policy please stop it and please return my paid emi s amount.

We request again pls. cancel my life insurance policy and revert back my paid EMI. Again receiving message for second EMI for 5 march. pls.     I aleem mohammed requested to cancel my phone binding policy on may 30 th hdfc customer care replied on the same day one executive (venkatachalam :9963455668 begumpet bajaj fin serv branch)called us and said your policy was cancelled and the amount will be repaid within one week today we called him he used very abused language my brother was an illetrate and I and my father was handicapped we went to begumpet bajaj office twice and kukatpally hdfc office we spent more than 2000 for autos.that venkatachalam saying how much spend no use.he used the word lanjakodaka put the phone in teledu. We are very small people we sell clothes on footpath we paid 23 emissions out 36 on time. This is ramdan month we were on pasting that too today Friday we were hearing this abuse words what we have to do I beg you please cancel my policy and return my amount this 15 is our ramdan we don't have money please respond quickly and please take action on that venkatachalam I beg you all again I am uploading my family photos if there is any humanity is still there please see the photos

      Bajaj Finserv is calling me daily 10 times using their automated IVR calling machines asking me to take personal loan which I clearly don't need. I have absolutely no association with them, . Please please please stop this .

      1000 for processing fee. I want to know wheather the they have taken the exact fee or not.

        and bajaj was started loan in my account.
        i try to resolve this and going to bajaj office but all bajaj employee are not give me any answer or not act any process for this.

        in my account 3 loan running i paid all emi regularely
        i was say to bajaj to give me all detail of this purchase
        but bajaj answered "we have no detail about this and we give u only address of this product delivered "
        what i m doing action by only address!

        I request to bajaj to give me bill of this product .
        bajaj answered "we have not any bill."
        without bill or any product detail bajaj give loan amount to flipkart.

        i dont understand that what can i do for this.

        my all cibil score going down for this loan.

        i try to emi bouce for action on this loan but bajaj will not do any action for bajaj do only action against me.

          I had taken a loan to purchase a Air Conditioner. My EMI was credited regularly from my account to Bajajfinserv without any bounce. After 5th EMI I have paid entire loan amount and closed the account in Guwahati Office. But still my card is blocked and I am not able to purchase anything in EMI.
          I therefore request to activate my Card and to increase the ECS limit up to Rs.100000/-.

            I had contact the customer care and they saying that they can not getting enough information to cancel this. I have not received any document in hard/soft copy yet.

                Respected sir,
                I, Virender Choudhary, from Kolkata took a loan from Bajaj Finserv vide loan number 410PSB17692337.
                I used to make automated payment through my SBI account but I closed my account in October 2016 and since then I am making payment through NEFT. Although the due date for my payment is 2nd of every month but I make the payment around 4-5 days before the due date for sure but still I am being charged late fine and cheque bounce charges, and after a lot of calls n complaints to the bank, one of the executive said me its being charged because between 25th to 31st of every month it is their presentation period and so they don't accept any payment in that period. What kind of rule is this and there is nothing as such mentioned in the agreement while taking the loan.
                When my due date is 2nd and I am making the payment before it then why will I pay late charges. What is it to do with me whether the bank is having a presentation period or its sleeping in the end of the month and they wont accept my payment, . This is hampering my CIBIL score and they are too stubborn and clearly denying to take any action and when I called them today then they said that they won't charge this now onward ... How come they are ready to change their rule and policy now. I have also the recording of the conversation with the customer care executive.
                I request you to take some strict action against such thug system and rule. This is my hard earned money and despite making the payments on time I should not be charged such late(fraud) fee.
                Expecting a postiive reply from your end before i make my move to consumer complaint court.

                    I taken a consumer durable loan from Bajaj finserv. due to job loss i do not paid EMI from past two months i.e. April 2018 and May 2018. some loan recovery agent called me to repay the loan but i said to him about my situation and i said i will pay my past 2 dues at a time in June month of 2018. but they are not accepting and harassing me and my wife by phone calls and at my home also.

                      My name is shalini, im the existing customer of bajaj finance. We have taken bajaj loan and paid 3 emi's and we got the pre approval offer for rs. 46, 000 in our account. When we are planning to purchase the product it show "card is inactive" and the show room people try to login with our proof it got negative remark.

                      If we want to speak with the customer care. Its one of the worst experience because there is no proper contact no.

                      If we send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in without resolving the issue they will mark resolve and close the complaints.

                      I request you guys to activate my card so that i can purchase the product. Waiting for your positive revert.

                        Bajaj finserv has wrongly linked my phone number and residence address with the person who has taken loan. Started to receive calls for the non-payment which i have not even taken the call, tried to explain the callers but they were not able to understand as they seems to be un-educated. Visited the branch at residency road, bangalore and gave an written complaint but still receiving calls. I was assured that my profile will be de-linked from the actual loan but there is no use. Person by name rajesh from recovery department called and used all abusive language to repay the loan. Again today one person by name santosh called stating he is calling from delhi court and need to pay the due amount. I really do not understand so far i have sent more than 50 mails, tried to explain to more than 10 people through phone and in the branch but seems like none of them are educated to understand the issue.                           But bajaj is asking me bring cancel order forn from flipcart which is not possible becz i didnt made any double payment only paid for one order and also bajaj is not providing me transaction id details for those two loan accounts when contacted flipcart they are asking the payment details and transactionid of bajaj side so tgat they will refund and they also provided me succesful transaction id and details but bajaj is acting in total reverse not at all helping me of getting information about whom im paying without my knowledge i suspect a fraud going on through my account getting double emi for single order with two loan acounts in which one is not to my aprroval

                            I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

                            Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

                              I applied for bajaj finserv emi card on 19th may recieved message that the card is approved and have to pay 412 rupees and after making the payment i recieved another message that the payment is successful and give missed call on [protected] and the card will be activated in 4-5 working days after successful payment. Today is 5th day no communications from your side tried to give missed call recieved a message saying this number is not registered with us though i have given missed call from the same number which i used during login as well as the number on which i recieved all the communication from bajaj you people dont have any customer care number where we can talk to the executives i just want to know when the card will get activated my details are: name: vrushali ulhas mhatre

                                I’m extremely annoyed and frustrated from bajaj finserv. I get 4-5 calls daily from them and from different number.
                                It is not only frustrating but unbearable for me.
                                Now if i’ll get any calls from bajaj finserv ivr or from your people i will levy mental harassment & trauma case against your organization.

                                  Today, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my idbi bank saving account.

                                  I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                                  Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                                  I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

                                  I expect the amount to be credited to my idbi bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                                    Bajaj finserv card was blocked due to late payment and till now it hasn't been unblocked. When i called the customer care service they informed me that it will take few days and will be unblocked in a few days but till now the card is not unblocked. There are no current monthly installments left. All the installments are now complete.
                                    I request you to please unblock my bajaj finserv card.

                                      I observed there is a wrong debit of rs.117 from my axis bank account with the following transaction id and details, i am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account. This is pure pilferage from many accounts as i see many customers having the same complaints.

                                        Team, i have been informed to pay the balance amount which was pending for a week, due to health issues i could not contact them pay the amount or attend their calls. One employee from baja tarnaka hyderabad (Sulochana), the way she called and busted on me making me to write this complaint, she certifies me a fraud customer. This is shamefull for the company for hiring such employees. I can never ever have business with you all because of that employee i complety lost my patience. I will repay amount and baja please improve customer service
