I, randhirsingh kshatriya, is what you can call a platinum customer of your company. I have completed 12 -13 proposals in the last 20 yrs without defaulting even on a single occasion. You had issued me the emi card without my permission, which has not been used by me. I have stopped using your services, inspite of that you have deducted service charge of rd 117 directly from my bank account. Is the card a debit or credit card for which you are deducting service charge? Can it be used for any other purpose? You had not given any information about the service charge with the card. Main question remains unanswered, how did you deduct service charge thru ecs when from last 4 years there has been no transaction with your company??
