Hello my bajaj finserv account number [protected] i have taken loan in bajaj finserv its was last emi of loan with i had taken from bajaj finserv its 1999rs on april due to lockdown in india i cant able arrange fund in bank account on 2/4/2020 i arranged on 25/4/2020 i funded amount my in bank account. I applied a credit card in the month of may. The card has been approved and was to be delivered in jun due to mistake of your agent updated wrong adress on the card and even after changing the adress i still have not received my card....

2 years back i applied for emi card, for which neither kyc verification was done, nor did i ever receive the card. But bajaj finserv has deducted 117 rs from my account without my permission. I want my refund. Show me the consent.. That i have received the card.. How can u simply deduct money from any body's account.. Now nobody is at customer care executive to get back to my problem... That means u can deduct any amount of money u want.....

I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

I md mahmudul haque tarafder to the customer of bajaj finance company, i am very disappointed and unsatisfied for his behaviour, i want to foreclose of my home loan and top up loan, already i request one month ago, to send me the details of my foreclose procedure, but no one can answer, i have so many emails send the bajaj finance official site, [protected]@bajaj, and also send grivence..,. But no one can help. So please help me the short out...

Bajaj finserv is committing fraud in deducting amount of Rs.117 from my account in hdfc bank without any ongoing relations. Please take severe action against them or help us file legal complaint on this fraud team.
They are not answering calls or mails in this regard....

Chaged 6954 rupees as bounce charges in lockdown period for payment miss for 1 week only and they charged 2 to 3 times for single emi in one week even though i paid all my premiums manually they charged bounce charges as 6954 rupees
They didn’t provided customer support and not responded to my emails to opt moratorium
They don’t have customer support till now

I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before...
