      Greetings!!!

      I had took loan in 2016 for tv amount 39000, even after given proper cheque and details, monthly emi was not deducted. From 1st month i followed up, but bajaj finserv employee was careless and irresponsible towards customer.

      Below points:-

      1) regarding cheque provided to bajaj finserv team:-2 cheque’s was given from our side, 1st cheque through my younger brother, to loan sales person on a very next day as suggested by loan sales person on 2nd day of deciding to go with bajaj.
      2nd cheque was handed over to mr abid at my home in kurla, as per my knowledge mr abid said, he resides in kurla.

      2) irresponsible attitude:- discussed with finance team, and with other people where i followed up with them, results in no help and irresponsible.

      3) misbehaviour and abused :- recovery agency was uneducated, where they misbehaved, harassed and abused.
      After such agency behaviour, we decided to ignore them and was waiting for legal action.
      Regarding loan bounce, we are the 1st to complain and followed up for investigating, for non emi deduction.

      Conclusion:- all this blunder is happened, due to bajaj sales employee, because lack of information is provided, showed illiteracy towards company and customer, some of the bajaj employees, showed irresponsible and misbehaviour picture.

      Even said our cibil records are affected, cards has been blocked, concern person answered looking into ur case.

      Lastly to be very clear, from the first recovery call, i said to provide my both the cheque’s, i have the cheque’s number available.

      Told to investigate on collection team and find out recordings, about why they abused us, but they only want to talk about closure, for them customer is nothing.

      Collection team statement was, aukat nahi hai to liya kyun is tha. Now recovery agency, will rate my family achievements and capability.

      On the basis of honesty and truth, bajaj employees harassed a lot to us, i really need justice, so that same irresponsible attempt, should not be attempted in future with genuine customer.

      Also now customer support team telling, they sold my loan to kotak mahindra bank, request you to guide me on this.

        I paied 9 emi in bajaj finserv + late payment chages.
        But every day bajaj finserv person called and blackmaile me regarding emi.

        In my bank passbook shows 9 emi had paied but in bajaj portal show there is 6 emi pending.

        Also i have bank receipt for 9 emi was goes in to my account and bajaj finserv hit my credit score

          My name is jogendra jatiya and i am customer of bajaj finance. I have purchased a led on 25/12/2019 amounting rs. 13000 from lg showroom "adhunika" through bajaj finance card ending with 0334 the time of purchasing your sell executive named diksha agarwal assured me to receiving a cashback of rs. 6000 on my purchase. I have paid rs. 600 extra for this.
          But still i haven't received any cashback. I visited the store many times but they are saying there was no cashback available on bajaj purchase

            I applied for a loan and it was approved, also agreement was accepted, after that manager (Tushar) confirmed that the amount would be credited in 30 minutes, this has been 3-4 days I did not see anything coming. Reference number is - SR39095372

            This is really frustrating as Manager disconnects my call or keep the line on hold and disconnect.

            Immediate attention would be highly appreciated.

                  Request you to please de-activate my card that was given to me as free & now you are charging rs. 117/-. I have already raised complaints multiple times but no action has been taken from your side. Recent service request number is SR37111070 which is still in new state. There is no easy way to deactivate emi card. This is unfair practice.

                  Please de-activate emi card on urgent basis and refund rs. 117/- which was deducted last year back into my account. Also please do not deduct any new charges from my account.

                        It is inform that i received a call from bajaj finserv for personal loan. I know that it was a fake call and the guy who call me for demanding as security money of 10 % of loan amount. I went to bajaj finserv 24 camac st. Kankaria estates park street area kolkata office and tell them that some gangs are doing frauds by using your company name. As well as i show them the frauds documents sent by cheaters to me via mail. They told me that it is fake so please don't pay any amount to him. I know that they are fake but my meaning is that they are doing infamous your company name. Now i have no any issue but i wants that this type of guys should be in jail. He is continuously in touch with me. Till now i had not chide on him at phone if you also wants to catch them cheaters you can contact me. I will call him for ahead process while you can trace their number and find their locations. His number is [protected] and his mail id is wecarebajaj. [protected]@financier.com. Final decision as you wish. Fraud documents has attached.

                            I have applied the loan on website baja and got a mail bajaj side and apply the loan and complete all documents and he is saying that pay processing fee 1850 i have pay this amont will promise the amount will be credited.. Within 20 mins.. Loan amount no credited affter some time says that 5400 pay for improve gst.. All guys are totally faurd... I will do complaint also in police department and cbi...                                   I purchased a phone from amozan using bajaj finserv emi option without my permission bajaj started cpp tele binding which i dont want and are charging me 1699 with loan id 4n6etrgb137280 i dont want it.
                                  My loan date is 2 may pls stop it within 2 days so that i can pay the original amount due nit the amount with cpp telebinding and also give me my money back that deducted for this cpp telebinding service.

                                    The bajaj has added an health emi card to my account forcefully which i never opted or applied. An amount of 707 rupees has been deducted from my account for this card which i am looking for a refund. I have blocked the card on an immediate basis.
