But no one can help. So please help me the short out my problems

Bill payment transaction was successful but not reflect in tneb. Still shows not paid. Please solve this issue my last due date for tneb bil was 28th september . If it was missed i have to pay fine for that. So please consider this was urgent. Payment for debited from my account still not reflect in tneb account.
