I have done one tneb bill transaction using bajaj markets app on 25/07/2020 & 10.00pm.

Bill payment transaction was successful but not reflect in tneb. Still shows not paid. Please solve this issue my last due date for tneb bil was 30th july. If it was missed i have to pay fine for that. So please consider this was urgent. Payment for debited from my account still not reflect in tneb account. Help me even mailed to [protected]@bajajfinservmarkets.in there is no response

    Hi i purchased a lg ac 1.5 ton split on 8 july 2020. Bajajfinserv added cpp membership program without permission 3681 rs. It's emi is going to charge on 2 aug 2020. I visited to bajajfinserv office i filled a form to cancel it. Now cpp asset is not showing in my online account but. I continusly receiving text from cppwebservices.in that my membership is ready. Welcome kit is being sent. My insurance account is still active on cppwebservices.in
    . Please cancel my cpp asset membership from all places.. I didn't receive any cpp asset cancelletion confirmation. Please cancel my cpp insurance right now fast

        A few days ago Aditya Birla health insurance of amount 13, 861 with Loan account Number : 405GIPGC322266 was activated on my account without any undertaking or sending information asking me about the activation. I have sent many Emails regarding the cancellation about the loan amount but the Bajaj people just won't do it.
        First EMI date is[protected] and if by any chance some amount gets deducted from my account, I will take strict action against this close all the connections with Bajaj and advise so to others.

          I, sumesh sharma, am having the bajaj finserv card for last 1year. I started to receive calls regarding bajaj health card 2-3 months back and then messages that i have accepted health card for which i clearly denied that i am not interested in buying this as i already have one. On 22nd june 2020 i received a message that rs 707 are going to deduct from my account in 10days. I "opt out" from that still on 24th july 2020 rs 707 deducted from my account. I never gave consent or willing to buy this card. Bajaj finserv having account details doesn't make them authorise to deduct any amount from account without consent.

            Last month also debited & asked to block the account. No information received but again an amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, totally don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                  Hello my bajaj finserv account number [protected] i have taken loan in bajaj finserv its was last emi of loan with i had taken from bajaj finserv its 1999rs on april due to lockdown in india i cant able arrange fund in bank account on 2/4/2020 i arranged on 25/4/2020 i funded amount my in bank account. From bajaj finserv debited my emi on 25/4/2020 its around 23 days late but from bajaj finserv they hitted my ecs multiple time and i charged nach ad rtn chrg 213rs 590rs 590rs 27rs 290rs 170rs 590rs 300rs 349rs 419rs its total around 3539 rs refund my amount

                      2 years back i applied for emi card, for which neither kyc verification was done, nor did i ever receive the card. But bajaj finserv has deducted 117 rs from my account without my permission. I want my refund. Show me the consent.. That i have received the card.. How can u simply deduct money from any body's account.. Now nobody is at customer care executive to get back to my problem... That means u can deduct any amount of money u want.. This is impossible.. Give my refund.. And delink baha finserv from my bank account please

                        Hi,
                        I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

                        i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

                          Bajaj finserv is committing fraud in deducting amount of Rs.117 from my account in hdfc bank without any ongoing relations. Please take severe action against them or help us file legal complaint on this fraud team.

                            Chaged 6954 rupees as bounce charges in lockdown period for payment miss for 1 week only and they charged 2 to 3 times for single emi in one week even though i paid all my premiums manually they charged bounce charges as 6954 rupees

                            Again their agents calling and saying that still charges are pending and talking in a rude manner

                                  My name is gaurav and i took a personal loan from bajaj finserve. I submitted my instalments and also submitted my money in advance when i was not available in the local area. But when i came back i saw they logged in 3 to 4 times every time and the money was deducted unnecessarily. Every time when i credited money in my own account it shows my balance in minus. Even now i finished my balance. Also, the bank deducted my money and when i ask they said its all the fault of bajaj finserve bcz after the finish of my loan they deducted my instalment and also charged a penalty. Its really very weird behaviour and actions from bajaj finserve. Thanks if you will take action against bajaj finserve.

                                      I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

                                      I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

                                      Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.
