It is so surprising to see an amount of Rs 900 has been debited without any notice or context thorough Bajaj ECS auto debit. It has been years, the Bajaj EMI was availed last time and the entire loan was repaid and have no dues from my part. I need immediate refund of the amount and also need immediate discontinuation of the EMI card as well as disconnect the link with my savings account. Kindly contact me [protected]@gmail.com...

This is in continuation to the issues faced trying to request loan moratorium.
On 27th march, i sent email requesting loan moratorium and no reply came. Then they send a new email asking if i wanted a moratorium and i replied saying i wanted one on the 31st of march - again no reply to this email.
Again another email came on april 1st asking to raise a request on their website which did not work till april 2nd due to an error....

Govt odisha and rbi declared not to take emi of any loan and not ot impose penalty on unpaid emi but it may take interest on unpaid amount after three months will effect from on 2/06/2020. But in my case my emi was to pay on 1.04 2020. Message provides from your company to keep sufficient amount in the account for emi prior to two days of fixed date. I'm ca dinesh sharma (Loan account statement for 419duheq241222). We have taken a flexi loan limit with bajaj finserv of rs. 808000. All processing fee and other charges and agreement were signed for the said amount and for the period of 72months.
We have no cheque returns in any case, no emi default of any loan, also we are using the cc limit time to time.

There was two emi on bajaj by me.. On this month i have already paid one of emi during lockdown period.. As per no messages to me or no mail by the company as per instruction by the government. As consumer, its really not acceptable...

The company started policy without intimation and they are deducting emi for this. First emi they deducted on 2-may 2020. We have not requested any policy.
The company is disturbing us by issuing such policy and wasting our time. Because of lockdown, we can't connect to customer services.

A Loan account 6W6LIPFX417953 called life insurance phone binding activated in my name Sanjib kr Roy without my prior knowledge.
