Mr. Alex from Bajaj, Finserv ([protected] & [protected]) had call me and offered two products
PUREIT WATER PURIFIER
WATER HEATER

I was not informed about the insurance but now it's charged on the loan.

The water purifier was delivered even bofore a demo which was advised, , only adter 2 days it was about to be installed, now the person who came to install from PUREIT said few things which were not clearly stated while accepting the loan. he advised the product was not effective.

Huge mistake between product that was explained and deliver

At the same time the water heater is yet to be delivered, I do not want any of the product (water purifier and water heater)

Pls cancel the loan as I have not accepting the product, I have not received the bill for the product also

Pls call me at [protected] my RMN for further details

Already I have 2 CD LOAN which is going smoothly, if you do not close the loan, then I will foreclose all loans and will close my connection with Bajaj Finserv

    Hi,

    This is Kaynat Nasir. I had been using the number [protected], which is also updated in the records of BFL. I have lost this number before a year. So can you please update my contact information to [protected] along with the email ID kaynat.[protected]@gmail.com.

    I do have to take out an online statement of my existing loan account on the urgent basis but unable to do it because I neither have Xperia credentials nor my email Id is linked. So the only option for me is updating my contact information.

      I had purchased honda activa from honda showroom and paid some amount at the time of purchase. Rest of the amount was financed by the bajaj finserv. On 5th of every month, installment cuts from my account.in one month, due to the company's server error, installment did not cut even i have that much amount in my account. Due to which my cibil score reduced day by day. Bajaj finserv's agent come to our house and took the payment in cash. After that we took clearance certificate from the same. We had paid all the installments on time. Even though they showed 5-7 installments due in my cibil score report due to which my cibil score spoils and i am not getting even a personal loan from any bank due to my bad cibil score which is not my fault. Now they message me and call me to pay the rest of the installments. I have all documents like bank statements to show.

      sorry for the wrong complaint against the bajaj finserv, it is actually against the Hinduja Leyland Finance. It was a typing error.

      I am getting automated calls from Bajaj Finserve for taking loan. I will get calls from multiple numbers like[protected],[protected].

      I get calls on my number even when its a DND registery from Bajaj Finser. You block one number, they call from another number. Never gave a consent or taken any loans, not sure how they managed my data. Read Internet and people are fedup with this. Why can't someone just take them to the court

        Hello sir,

        I tried to apply personal loan in bajaj finserv for which i submitted all my documents to the executive on april-21. But unfortunately, my loan request has been rejected as it was not eligible itseems.

        Loan application no: 4030cd37635689.

        But suddenly, today i received sms from bajaj finserv that insurance applied with loan application no: 403lsm73392229 is processed.

        I didn't apply for not insurance which has been processed without my knowledge.

        Can you please look into this and do the needful.

        This is totally unexpectable that such loan are processed without customers knowledge and while calling bajaj finserv no proper response.

        Looking forward for your response.

          My father got fraud call that if you want to close your EMI card so give me otp . My father don't know much about this and he gave otp without read message because he don't no more English. He his card was swipes for 64970/-. On 7/4/18 he got call from Bajaj finance that you used your card for purchasing of 64970/- that time I took call and asked executive of Bajaj that we didn't buy anything so told me that if you didn't buy anything so there was fraud. Immediately I told him that block my card and don't approve loan amount. But they didn't stop loan approval. Again I called in Customer care of Bajaj finserv and explained each and every thing what's happened with us. So she told me within 2 or three days you got call from Bajaj and they solve your problem. But we didn't got any call. On 30/4/18 I called them again and again explain everything so executive told me that we can't do anything in this matter and you have to pay loan amount. So on 2/5/2018 we did complain in cyber crime Branch Ahmedabad. They took our complain and they takes action against the person who did fraud and Bajaj finserv. And he told us that you gave written application to Bajaj finserv office Ahmedabad. So on 3/5/18 we gave written application to Bajaj finserv . But again Bajaj executive who take care of fraud case Mr Arpan he told me that you have to scan this application and send mail. We can't do anything from here.
          Now we get lots of messages from Bajaj finserv to pay the loan and we are facing mental stress.
          I request you that please take action against Bajaj finserv who gave our data to other and facing problem.

          Many times i received a call from [protected] for Promod Kumar. Many times i have replied on call but from this no calling from Gurgaon thane behalf of Bajaj finance limited regarding this call i am suffering a lot many times harasses me and also abusing me pls check it on urgent basis.
          Dear sir pls cancel my bajaj insurance policy as i dont want this policy.i just got a call i thought it was for my ac emi.bt later i knew itbwas insurance.bt i dont want this policy so i request u pls cancel it as immediate

            To all people //please raise your voice //

            A big mistake by bajaj finserv
            Loan cust id :[protected]

            On 2nd may'18, instead of crediting the loan to the o/d a/c allotted to me, bajaj finserv disbursed total loan of rs.715103.00 to my saving a/c which was not at all agreed at the of loan application and in their confirmation email. This is exactly opposite what they are showcasing to the needy people.

            I called customer care about this issue and they told me that interest will be charged on total rs. 715103 from the date of disbursement irrespective of i use loan money or not. They further informed me that i have to transfer the balance loan money to my allotted loan a/c after part withdrawal so that interest will be charged on withdrawn amount.
            I am totally irritated with their blunt feedback which has no sense.

            I have further escalated this mistake to loan representatives who handled my file but no response yet.

            Please note-i will not pay any interest for the mistake committed by bajaj finserv and i urgently awaiting their feedback.

                  Sir i would like to state you that my wife (Priti kumari singh) has taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv who's loan a/c is 5940pl18280413of rs. 80000 who's interest rate is above 19% (Fixed) for a period of three years. Balance amount is about 35000. They are not providing me the statement as the interest rate is too high in current banking system. This is the maximum rate of interest ever by the loan company.
                  I have regularly paid the emi amount to bajaj finserv but some how because of family problem i missed 3 emi which is rs. 12000 but sir i. As my wife got married and left her birth place and i managed to pay the rest of the amount to bajaj finserv. Currently i am working in coal india
                  . The salary is not credited in my bank account because of money problem in bank currently. Some banks are closed and atm are not working. I told them that i will pay the rest amount in 5 to 7 days as the bank provide me my salary but the bajaj finserv employees and legal team is just forcing and mentally harassing my wife and me about taking legal action against my wife as i am government employee i am facing much problem towards my job. Therefore sir kindly help me out from this.

                          Hi,
                          I had purchased a microwave oven using bajaj finserv serivces. They initialy charged me 500 rs for a card which will enable me make purchase in future. But i never got the card. I tried to reach their customer service but their is no customer service to speak of. An ivr keeps giving information on how to make purchase from the card. All they are interested in is selling their services. But do not have any intention of helping a customer who may require their help.

                          I am going to sue these guys if i do not get my money back, which i paid for the card. If they can not help for simple concern like delivering the cards on time, they do not have any right to run a responsible business like financing. Had i had a problem with wrong charging or something, i would have been # as i could not speak with anyone discuss my problem.

                              Bajaj finserv people are calling me almost daily for selling their od facility. On every call i mention that this is dnd number and i do not want such calls or products, but they keep on calling from different numbers.

                              Due to different numbers used everytime, i am not able to log dnd complaint with trai.

                              Bajaj finance is harrasing people with such calls. They should know that numbers marked as dnd are not supposed to be called for marketing purposes.

                                Bajaj finserv loan preclosure charges are different in different modes(Online request, ph call request, direct). I took a bajaj finserv flexi drop down loan and went for preclosure last week. at first I requested them for foreclosure letter through mails. they send me some amount details like if I am going to pay on 29th april it is 10500, on 30th apr 11000, on 1st may it is 11500 like that. similarly I went to the nearest branch and asked the same foreclosure letter they gave me same letter with different figures on 29th april i have to pay 12000, on 30th april i need to pay 13000 and on 1st may 13800 like that. I asked them why 2 different figures from same company means they said nothing and took which ever is lesser. I think they tried to cheat on me. can I file a case against them?

                                  I purchased a gas stove from prestige smart kitchen online via bajaj emi card on 3rd April, 2018. I have paid two times by bajaj emi card but no confirmation received due to some network error. I got two order ids which were[protected] and[protected]. And the next day they confirmed that they received both orders & payment were completed for the two via bajaj emi card. So I requested them to cancel one order & deliver one order as I needed just one stove. On 4th April, 2018 they cancelled one order id[protected] & requested bajaj for refund the money & sent me a Bajaj Finserv Service Request No. is SR00011620. On the other hand I requested bajaj via mails (more than 10 times) & got SRN18704838 on 7th April. On 12th, 14th, 18th April, 2018 I again requested bajaj for resolve the issue but again no response from them. On 18th april they again sent me SRN19070145 no. On 20th April they sent me a mail telling that allow us an additional 5-6 days to resolve your query. On 27th April regarding my queries, they again gave me SRN19339049 no. Being frustrated when I mailed them to surrender my emi card on 30th April they blocked my card but still they did not solve my issue. Now I got sms in my mobile that I have to pay two emi of Rs. 1590/- each (Total Rs. 3180/-) due to my two loan accounts( 410REM69362843 & 410REM[protected]. And today on 2nd May they have deducted Rs. 3180/- instead of Rs. 1590/- which means for a gas stove of Rs. 7590/- I have to pay a double amount (Rs.15900/-) . What kind of harassment it is. And I also unable for fore closure of my loan as I am unable to detect which is genuine bajaj finserv loan account or which is fake bajaj finserv loan account.

                                  Thanks for your support. At last bajaj finserv cancelled my one loan & agreed to return the one excess emi. After 1 month, after 10- 15 mails they responded. And for the 1st time they contacted me through phone.

                                    I want to file a complaint against my personal loan with bajaj finserv. When i had taken personal loan from you of rs123000/- at that time i am paying for two more loan. They started combine my personal loan with my ac loan. Now my ac loan emi have been completed on april. But still on the month of may they started deducted my amount for that also with my personal loan i. E. Rs5819/-
                                    So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Bajaj finserv team,

                                      This mail is to bring your kind notice regarding the blunder/mistake happening in loan/emi deduction @amritsar center.

                                      My father (Mt vijay kumar joshi r/o hosue no 511, f7, kshmir avenue amritsar) had purchased led (Worth rs 23500, bill no 44673) from soni broz hall bazar amirtsar and got it financed by bajaz finserv @ 0%. We had deposited 10000 rs through cheque (Cheque no 3856) (Attaching passbook details). The rest of the amount i. E 13500 was decided to be returned in 8 equal emis ie 1688 rs per month. Now below two thing happening in our case.

                                      1. Every month a sum of 1920 got deducted from our account instead of 1688 (Attaching screenshot of bank passbook details). Upon checkeing with the executive (Ankit) we came to know that this extra dedution was in favor of extended warrenty which we never asked for. This concern was raised and they agree to return the money.

                                      2. The big blunder is bajajfinserv is also deducting an amount of 2817 rs every month from past 4 month for some unknown online shopping which some other person have done, whose name is also vijay kumar but address is different.

                                      We dnt know how our account details have been used for someone else by mistake or willingly. Kindly look into the matter asap and do the needful. We have visited so many time at ranjit avenue office (Mantu thakur) but they never entertain us and never listened to our complaint. My father is old and cant go there every other day, as i am doing job in other state so either i cant go. So expecting speedy resolution from you.
