Good Evening Sir/Madam,
I purchased one Laptop make Dell from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
Location-Kanchrapara Showroom. PIN-743145.
The loan details are mention below.
Loan No. 410CDD78096284
Loan financed against Laptop= 30500/- Rupees.
EMI= 2542 * 8 months.
After a few days of purchase, a call comes from their company for warranty extend purpose. Their staff was confusing me and signed me without any confirmation.
I really don't want the extended warranty for extra two years.
The Extend warranty loan details are mention below.
Loan No. 410CTB79912568.
Loan financed against 2 years extend warranty = 4, 066/- Rupees.
EMI= 581 * 8 months.
Please cancel this warranty. I have not paid any EMI for this extra warranty.
Please consider my request and cancel the extended warranty.So that I can pay only the EMI amount for Laptop. My next EMI is on 2nd September, 2018.
Please help asap.

    Dear, informing you that i paid rs 5000/- for elite membership card and akashay ingile relationship manager was assigned he promised company will provide 3lacs of credit limit and issue two physical cards. It is almost 1month above no one responds to my query and mails only reply is coming we have forwarded it to concern department. I am really totally disappointed with your services and feel to give u zero rating on customer satisfaction. Now i am fed up and are approaching to consumer forum for the resolution of my query. Requesting you either refund my amount are send two physical elite cards with upgraded limit of 3lacs.

      Dear team,

      I have already settled the said amount. And bajaj finserv representative had called me and asked to settle both the accounts. And he had given me this amount and ask pay. I have paid the said amount and requested for the closure of accounts, and the executive committed that the accounts will be closed in 15 days. But i think it is not been communicated or updated in system which really very upsetting. When i have already paid then why still the accounts are not closed. I have enclosed the receipt of payment still they are asking me to pay the amount. I have the call recording of your executive who asked me to pay the settlement amount if anybody wants i can even attach the recording as well. I am not liable to pay any amount hence, you're requested again to close the accounts as it is affecting to my civil score.

        I have been getting calls from bajaj finserve and sms regularly even though i have never subscribed for the service, i have a proof that some ad company associated with bajaj finserv has miss used my details to send ads. I got the written from from airtel when i marked this as dnd i have the details of ad company who is located in noida.
        Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Dear sir, I Nikhil Raut, not willing to have issued policy from Bajaj life insurance phone binding through phone verification or any other. After lots of mail and telephonic conversation, still, a policy is not cancelled. We request again pls. cancel my life insurance policy and revert back my paid EMI. Again receiving a message for the second EMI for 5 march. pls. Stop immediately otherwise, I will complain to IRDA & consumer Forum for Forcefully selling an insurance policy.

                Hi,
                I made a flight booking through yatra using bajaj emi card. It cost 7075/-₹ for the same & the emi was approved.
                Later, due to technical issues the timings of the flight i booked was different, by intimating yatra team they refunded the amount of 3455/-₹. Since i had used the emi card i was intimated by bajaj that a partial cancellation was done and tge current amont due to paid is 3476/-₹.
                Last month i had auto deduction from my back account of 2359 on[protected].
                And again i got an intimate sms that again 2359 /- is going to be deducted on[protected] that is tomorrow.
                As per the records i have to pay only[protected] = 1117.

                Please adivise on the same, for how i can resolve my issue.

                      Thanks for the reply. I am still aware of about my dues. However, due to certain and serious fire accident happened at my house and with me and my family (For which, required documents already submitted) i am delaying and due to insolvency process for which i have file a case in court. I already requested them that please wait until judgement but they are very worst.

                      Still at evening 18:30 pm friday (Ist) i am getting warning and threat calls from puneet batra and his co-team member anil yadav from nsp branch, pitampura new delhi (Bajaj finserv).

                      I have all the message proof and other proof as well.

                      Please suggest.

                        Why you are charging 117/- fees, as i have done nothing since years with this emi card.

                        I have used this card only one time, and then after company is charging every year in the name of inactive fees.

                        Is it legal? If it's legal, then close my card and do not cut balance from my bank account.

                        At the time of purchase, company is not saying that, you will be charged every year, if i m not active.

                        Close my card as soon as possible.
                        Refund my money.

                          I have closed all my loan with bajaj long time back may be 3 years back. Yet i see that this month bajaj finance has deducted 120 rupees with out my notice.
                          I am not sure why this money got deducted from my account with out informing us and also why should amount be deducted inspite of loan being closed. Why are this people deducting money with out bringing in to consumer attention?

Of courier and before applying there executive came to my home and collect all my personal data like aadhar card & pan card and also take my and my home photo as formalities of card application, as per there side showing card is dispatch by 20 jul 2018, but i haven't received, i m continue talked (Local office) & mail to [protected]@rblbank.com with sreen shot of dispatch date such as their side showing and massage which i m receiving but no response by them,

                            I scared about, if this card to delivered to wrong hand and use by him, unnecessary i will involve in matter like payment etc,

                            So requesting to you please help me to cancel this card, and i know only card end no.2092

                            +[protected] this no is fraud person, he call me and said I m from bajaj finance and asked about my onther card details as to need granter and said your card delivere in 24 hours, he try to transfer 10000.00 from my card, I request we complain because we think you will help us, but some of MC people use this side and get information and try to make fool,

                              I have purchased a air conditioner from bajaj finserv as a loan after the first instalment they have charged me 118rs as card renewal fees which is only being charged if you haven't took any loan in pervious year, but it's new loan account and loan is also availed by me, so why they have charged me, please refund my money.

                                I have paid Rs. 4999 for Bajaj Elite EMI card on 17/07/2018 and i was urged to pay this amount by some bajaj representative ###. It has been almost 20 days and still i am unable to reach useless bajaj representative even using tollfree number and the person who urged me to pay the amount for the past 10 days. Why you Bajaj Finserv people cheating people in this way.

                                  This is to inform you that recently i had purchased oppo f7 on 09.07.2018 from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with policy no. Im1542812. I have not taken any mobile insurance but u have received sms of digital mobile safe with total amount of rs. 1849/-. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and send me confirmation sms of confirmation of cancellation immediately. Thanks and regards

                                    Sir, My Mobile insurance policy no. 0G[protected]-00020027. Claim no. [protected]. I claimed on 5th july. I went to your office but nobody gave interest and do nothing at my complain. Just say only estimate bill is not clear which was given by them to me. They dont even give me a glass of water when I ask. Anupal n his team Bajaj finance of Sibsagar(Assam) will destroy your reputation on few days. And I will also go to court next few days.                                       Even after the closure (Pre-closure of the loan of my 2 a. C. S) of the full amount, emis got deducted today (I. E 2nd august 2018).
                                      Purchased 2 samsung acs by applying for loan via bajaj finance.
                                      Cleared both the loans last week completely via online.
                                      Surprised to see that the amount got deducted today from my bank.
                                      Request for a refund as soon as possible as i have other commitments with that amount.
