    I purchased an air conditioner back in april 2016 on emi by bajaj finserv wigh which i applied for my emi card too. But i never received my emi card. Even when i went to bajaj finserv regional office in my city they just gave me a print out saying this all i am going to get. No emi card or so. I thought all right if this is sufficient enough for all purchasing s. But when in august 2017 i wanted to buy some electronics on emi. So contacted customer care and they said no.. You can't purchase as your membership is not of that type.in bajaj finserv mobile app there my card details but i dont have a physical emi card yet. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

          My name is syed wajid ali, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

          Kindly resolve this issue.

                    i have no idea why these file got rejected. have no any good reason they told us that in cellphone finance 60 out of 100 files will get reject . if this conditon is runnig why we will give cellphone on bjaj finance . we do not want to take risk . we do not would like to leave our coustomor .

                      I have purchased an acer laptop with total amount rs 32, 000 through a fresh bajaj finserve emi card that was issued by mr rohit who is a bajaj finserv agent. I paid an amount of rs 12, 414 as down payment to the acer dealer as suggested by rohit and he told me that the rest of amount i. E rs 19, 586 will be payable as emi in 6 installments but the updated amount in my emi account is rs 10, 668 as down payment. Rohit has cheated me. Plz refer...

                      I am having bajaj finserv card bearing no [protected], i am paying regular payments, without any dues and cheque bounces, i am having a eligibility of rs 80, 000/- while i have to shop a smart phone, ur bajaj card is blocked message have been come, why this problem arise, though i am paying regular emi instalments, without any dues and cheque bounces, please rectify this early as possible with kind persual.

                        I am writing this mail because i am not getting any response or solution of my issue from bajaj team for last 25 days.
                        I had purchased and got four items online from flip kart merchant on 8th sep, 9th sept and 14th sep 2017 using bajaj finance emi card. For that, loan account no. (423ecf[protected] was created by bajaj finserv team. Finally i returned all four items in which two items on 11th sep (Amount of rs. 722 and rs 849), 1 item on 17th sep (Amount of rs.849) and 1 item on 28th sep 2017 (Rs.721.00)

                        I got the smart statement from bajaj team on 17th oct 2017 about my loan statement in which only one items returned on 28th sep was mentioned for partial cancelation kicked off. Rest three items was not mentioned there. This is the issue.

                        Hence rest of three still not reflected in my emi card and my 1st emi was deducted on 2nd oct 2017 from my lined icici account. Please cancel my loan and refund my debited emi amount in my icici account. Why i pay the emi for which i have not kept any product? Please resolve my problem.

                                My no is [protected] hamein loan ka offer hamare good track pe diya jaata hai aur hamein roz bolte hai ki kal aayenge aur vo kal aaj tak nhi aaya roj hamara time waste karte hain nhi dena toh saaf mana bhi kar sakte hai customer care no response dete hain sunte hi kaat dete hai aisa lagta hain ki bajaj finserv se dealing naa kare acha customer khone ka jimidaar bajaj finserv hoga jiska 5 saal se koi bhi emi bounce nhi hua hamein bahut dukh ke saath naa chahte hue bhi complaint karni pad rahi hai ab bhi sunwai nhi hui toh bhavishya mein koi bhi dealing nhi karenge.

                                    I am Kesava Rao from Hyderabad, once I gave a complaint to you through online, there is no response from you.
                                    Again I am giving you a complaint regarding BAJAJ ELITE Card. I have paid an amount of Rs.4, 777/- on[protected] through Ratnakar Bank Credit Card. Though 80 days passed there is no response from you.
                                    I learnt the lessons form you, if any want fulfill, if we go through your executives, I did a mistakes . Your company personnel called me regarding Bajaj Elite Car .immediately i believe her and send the amount to you through credit card.
                                    The same information given to Hyderabad, Panjagutta branch related to this matter to Sri Bharat garu. 4 times I represented through messages as required by you, but he has not given any reply. That is the performance of your personnel.
                                    If you are unable to send Bajaj Elite Card you may return the amount. If you send Elite card I am happy.
