An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account o[censored]nion bank of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. The last transaction with the help of bajaj finserv is on 2016 and no dues pending, still i don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest. You can contact me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

    Dear bajaj,

    Please note that i have paid all the emi charges along with the late charges fee but still my card is permanently suspended by bajaj.. I do not know the reason so requesting you to please unblock my card as i need to purchase several things through bajaj or let me know any alternative way to get new bajaj card.. My emi card no is[protected]

    An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ECS Debit TPCF BAJAJ FINANCE[protected] from my savings account of State BANK of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.
    Loan granted @13.83% but taken at the rate of 23.01%.Principal amount balance should be intimate upto date 06/10/2018.

        Hello Team,

        There are lot of issues in my home loan process, Please help me in resolving the below mentioned issues

        Issues:

        1. As agreed the Top up ROI should be 9.75% but updated as 10.09%
        2. Insurance has been added 65000/- even though I have not been accepted.

        Escalated to [protected]@bajajfinservice and they have confirmed that we will resolve the issues post first EMI Clearance but no response since my last EMI clerance.

          My ph no [protected].. My name is tahasin makshud i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. I ahve purchased a product in 2017 for whcich emi's are going on. But they deducted rupees 295 as charged received mandate fail. 2 days ago they charged twice for mandate failed even if emi is on time. Total amount deducted= 295x2= 590rupees. I request to refund my amount in my bank account

            I have paid my all emis on time and i never missed any due date. But still my emi card has been blocked and the reason is cibil score is not good.. How is it possible.?? And there is no response from the bajaj when i tried to interect with them. I want to know the reason. If any body got the number where i can talk to some one for the same plz share..

              On[protected] = 295 rs (Reason mandate fail txn dt. 03/02/18. When my loan also completed. After 1 year why you people deducting)

              On[protected] = 295 rs (Reason mandate fail txn dt. 05/12/17. When my loan also completed. After 1 year why you people deducting)

              On[protected] = 295 rs (Reason mandate fail txn dt. 04/09/17. When my loan also completed. After 1 year why you people deducting)

              I have already cleared both the above emis. After clearness of 1 year you people are deducted.

              I raised a email also to this email [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on sep-24-18. But no one will responding to mails. Then how customers quires will solve.

              I am really dissatisfied with customer support.

              Requesting you to take proper actions against the issue and help me in getting my money (885/-) back to my linked bank account.

                emi card and fake promises

                Dear sir,

                I am facing many problems in my emi card.

                Currently one of my emi was bounce on 06.10.2018.
                On 07.10.2018 i have received a message (At 10:54 am) that pay the emi amount immediately to avoid late fees. But while i had tried to pay my emi on bajaj fineserve website the fine was included.

                  I received a sms on my phone which said "your loan has been processed successfully, click here to share your experience".

                  I ignored this message as i did not apply for any loan, however since last weekend i started getting calls for pending emis. I wrote a detailed mail to the customer care and grievance cell department regarding the same, but no reply till now. It seems that my documents have been misused by someone for this process.

                  Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as this is very annoying.

                    Cheating in interest rate, they would morph your interest rates after loan gets disbursed. They promised me to give loan at 12% interest rate, but surprisingly i have been charged 28%.

                    The sales representative or call centre people are hardly answering my calls and they also charge you insurances without your concern just by morphing your signatures

                    Please help in resolving this fraud.

                        I was told that loan process is cancelled and there won't be any loan levied from my account. But from past couple of days bajaj are try to deduct amount from my account. As it will impact my cibil score and i demand an explanation. This is the second time bajaj is breaching and i have to take an legal action on this.

                        Below is my first mail to bajaj on 8/9/2018:

                        I am writing this email to let you know how poor customer care bajaj has and there is no proper finance assistance.

                        I had planned to undergo a treatment and i was told that they have finance options from bajaj, i asked the clinic person to initiate the finance from bajaj. For my surprise i was shocked to know that without my knowledge 60k was transferred to the clinic. I was not informed about the loan amount nor taken any approval from my end to transfer the amount. After 2days i got to know this from the clinic representative that amount has be credited to their account and i was unaware of the same. Again to my surprise even after 2 days i didn't even receive any message, neither call from bajaj finance nor i receive the email. Bajaj finance is very secured right?

                        I shouted at the clinic representative and he said he would arrange a call back from bajaj guy. After few minutes got a call from bajaj representative mr. Murali and i asked how did u transfer the amount without my permission and why i wasn't informed about this. He was quite and nobody even explained about the emi procedures to me. When i asked him what was the amount credited to the clinic, bajaj representative's reply was i don't know. Big surprise for me again... Thanks for so many surprise from bajaj finance.

                        Note: please cancel the loan amount which was approved without my knowledge and i demand an explanation for this security breach nor i'll have to take an legal action on bajaj finance.

                        Got response from bajaj on 10/09/18:

                          I previously consumer loan : id:26673575 : (Monthly emi of 4, 796.00-) in 2016 (January to august 2016)

                          Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
                          The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn with the below message.

                            My name is jharna sarkar. I have purchased a mobile phone through bajaj finserv emi card. Today one lady called me from ([protected]) mobile number and told me her name is puja, she is a emplyee of bajaj finserv sevoke road, siliguri and told me that my check has got bounced this month and i have to pay rs 1, 800 + bounced fine rs 450= total rs 2, 340. I told her today is sunday so i cant give the money today i will pay the amount with fine tomorrow. She was forcing me and told me i have to pay the amount today, i told her my check got bounced so i will pay the fine for that. She was abusing me and told me "paisa dene ka aukat nahi hai to mobile kue karida" she told me if you do not give money today, tomorrow i will send people at your home.
                            I think this is not the way to talk with a customer and when i am giving the bounced charges then what is the problem. She has no right to talk with a customer like this. She is very unprofessional.
                            Please look into this matter.

                              Hello bajaj finserv, i never used emi card for last two years and you are sending me messages. And you are asking to pay annual inactive fee of rs 117. Are you asking me to pay for not taking any loan from you?

                              Immediately close/cancel my emi card. I dont need anykind of your service.. Dont cheat customer first.

                                Hello,
                                I have purchased mobile phone through amzone on emi by bajaj emi card. I have to pay rs. 17891/- in 9 emi. Since i got some cash so i decided to pay advance emi and i have paid 8 emi in advance amount of rs. 16368/- on 20/9/2018 but today on 6/10/2018 when i login to my bajaj finserv account and check my account detail it show that i have not paid any amount and it almost 16 days gone when i paid my amount. But there site and app shows zero amount paid.

                                  I am gaurav singh with a/c no.410lcf74047857, currently i m availing emi card facility, my emi payment cycle is 2 of every month, my loan amount is ₹4582, in this month i. E october i paid emi online (2/10/2018). Bt yesterday i. E 05/10/2018 i saw a message that the emi was deducted again directly from my bank a/c for which i received a message. I have copies of both the transaction. Kindly look into the matter.

                                      Mai last 4 years se bajaj se transaction kar raha hu.koi bhi check bounce nahi huaa.par last 3 month se Mere 4 loan hai.3 loan ke paise deduct ho rahe par mobile ki instalment acct.se deduct nahi ho rahi acct.mai balance hone ke baad.or company ne mera card block kar diya.as a defalter.agar mai defaulted hota.toh 4 years se kitni bar bounce karwata.
