I have a account in bajaj finserv. The problem is that your employee/office registered wrong mobile number in my contact details and he didn't asked me my e-mail address, also i don't know the password for my account for login so that i cant do anything from my side i also visited your office for help but they told you have to email them but it didn't solved my problem. So i request you to correct my registered mobile number in contact details.

10 days have passed. What action has been taken on my complaint?
I have purchased one electronic product in year 2014 after paying all EMI still last year an amount of Rs 99 and this year a amount of a Rs 117 has been debited from my account by bajaj auto Ltd. Kindly provided me details otherwise refund my mon.ey .

    I am jeyaprakash. Recently i bought a tv by bajaj emi. I hadn't informed about cpp asset care. But without my knowledge they added cpp asset care to my loan. I don't want additional warranty given by bajaj. So please remove cpp asset care from my loan. My loan account number is 447bew61096416. Emi has taken in the name of karpagavalli.       Bajaj finance — deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs sep-17

      I have bought a tv from giriyas electronics in the month of september 2017 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

      On dated 30-11-17 i have observed that the amount of rs.118 has been debited from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi.

      Please let me know what are these charges exactly, and please clear it asap, and refund it soon, i'll raise a complaint against it.

            I surendra nath parida from delhi my mobile no is [protected].
            I have running loan account number 401saf39503678 from bajaj finserve from may 2017.
            Bajaj loan person told me what ever amount charges we will refund through cash like (Processing fee of rs 6971 and insurance of rs 4500).
            Company offering this facility but after loan complete we are refunding above amount. I have no proof in writing but i have audio recording all the conversion.

            After loan complete company sale person not refunding money. I several time to compliment to bajaj customer care email id or no but no body listing this matters.
            Kindly help for refund my money.

            Same thing happen with me... Agent promised me to refund the money in the form of Coupon (15k) that will work on Amezon or flipkart and can redeem in one go. Now he offer me some fraud cupon and that force me to purchase some more item in one month. now agent is not picking phone and Bjaja company people also dont have time right now... FRAUD BAJA finserv ... please beware... Now they put 16799 loan on me ... Its new generation fraud...

                On 21th december 2017, my account was debited with rs.117 in lieu of not using bajaj finserve emi card. Few years back, i have taken loan from bajaj finserve (Customer id[protected] and the same were recovered in due course of time (No dues currently).

                After successfully paying the loan amount, i am fined or not using the card again. I have already raised a complaint for reversing the amount transacted at my bank.

                Deactivate the bajaj emi card, my bajaj finser account & any link related to my account immediately and repay the amount asap.

                As multiple attempts to deactivate this through call customer care has not worked.

                  Sir, i had submitted my nach /ecs mandatory, by providing an cancelled cheque, id proof, address proof, and 4 forms given by the bajaj finsev {tambaram}branch on 4/12/2017. My available limit is nearly 50000, but my open ecs limit is 2375. I had contacted the customer care several times they said that it will be updated within 21 days, still now it has been not updated. But now they are asking bod number from the branch

                      Hi i am tack one loan from bajaj finserv they charge credit vidya 2499 that i dint need upfront charges (I don't know what it is) that is 7201 (Why this is we don't know and wallet protect 3599 why this they don't give any explanation

                      Thy charges almost 13000 hidden charges the executive does not explain anything and they sed without this charges
                      This is totally cheating the customers

                        I met manager there and with his guidance, i submitted nach ecs form. Still today, i did not get any status about my card activation. What is the positive or negative issue? Pls let me know.

                          Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 117 from my bank account without my permission on 22nd december 2017. The card validity itself was 08/15, then how come the amount was deducted now? Please deactivate this card as soon as possible. Also please credit rs.117 /=to my bank account.

                            I am, sh. Chaturbhuj manjhi, mobile no [protected] and gmail [protected]@gmail.com, have purchased an ac from your agency uttam nagar west metro mar 2017amounting 38000/-for 08 emi and paid in advance rs 12750/= for 04 emi on mar 2017. Remaining emi starts wef apr 2017 @ rs 3167/-. Total amount comes around 41, 086/-. Loan no 4010cd39117689.
                            Now your have sent a message alert for closing emi amount 3167/- again due on 02 jan 2018.
                            As per my statement your last emi amount 8th emi supposed to be closed on 02 dec 2017. Please clarify.

                              I am a regular customer of bajaj finserv lending. My loan is running from last 20 months and i have paid regular installments. But due to medical emergency this month installment is pending. I said executive i will pay the amount whenever i will receive money from students of computer class or
                              Medical refunds.

                              But he is calling daily and harassing me and my family is upset due to this. Now i asked him if there is a medical emergency, should 1 pay the installment to bank or should 1 try to pay to docter to save life.
                              He said bank does not know all this, you should pay installment and not bother about anyone living or dying due to illness.

                              Is this the way bajafinserv deals with the customer.

                                Bajaj finserv charged me extra amount on processing fees and started charging interest on the same despite a written commitment of 0% processing fees. On top of the same, they started charging emi on a loan that is still not disbursed.

                                I have send them many emails over last 3 months, but they are taking endless duration to fix either of these issues.

                                Also, i have submitted atleast 10 ecs/nach forms to them and each time, either they have misplaced the same or written wrong account nos. Leaving them useless.

                                Despite all of this hardships, i have been patiently waiting for their response.

                                On top of that, today, on 26th dec, they had the audacity to send recovery agents to my home to collect the pending dues despite another commitment from them accepting their mistake of mis-handled ecs forms and unable to resolve my issues.

                                As usual and expected, Bajaj Finserv is silent on this since Jan 2nd (also from Sep, when the original issues were raised) and they have no updates on this.

                                Not sure what to do now? All my steps to reconcile this and clear the issues are going fruitless.

                                  I am sick and tired on bajaj finance and bajaj finserv. They call on a daily basis and send unwanted sms to my mobile no [protected]. I have activated dnd on my number but still mobile calls come to us. I use truecaller to block all the calls coming from bajaj finance but they call from another number, mostly i believe these are computer driven calls. Another horrible feature of bajaj is their ivr recording, they call me and then they bloodly ask me to punch numbers for the various products offered by them. Pls send this response to the chairman of bajaj finance as they are creating a very bad name in the market. I have also decided not to do any more business using bajaj finance card,

                                  Thanks for your revert. But the kind of selling other products so aggressively using untrained resources ( 6 people calling 6 times a day) plus some stupid computer calling every day and giving me unwanted and uninterested information when I am in critical meeting or hospital is absolutely below the brand name of Bajaj.

Incase you want to discontinue my Bajaj Finance card and sever all relations to stop these calls, pls email me and I will be glad to cut all business relations with your group.                                     In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly irritation and i will not going to use this card anymore.

                                    I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

                                    Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

                                    If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.

                                        I have received the elite card. With the same old emi card limits. No any increases in this card lone amount.. As u say it will be o[censored]pto 3 lakhs rs. But nothing like that.. And didn't get any complimentary coupens of club mahindra holidays and no spouse card. I purchased car tyres but u r charging with 10.5% interest. Plz let me know all the details of the card. And plz send me the coupens soon.
