How many times should i be receiving a call from your customer care or automated call although i have logged a complaints multiple times here and over mail also.

My Bajaj EMI CARD (XXXX 3966) Blocked 4 month's back. From two months, I trying unblock my Card.
I am sent two Emails ( SR03085986 and SR[protected] to [protected]@ bajajfinserv. Still I am not get my card unblock.
I am requesting, Pls take action against this company
