Dear bajaj finserv,

I have been writing this for quite some time now.

You are sending emails (Regarding loan account no:454dpf[protected] to the wrong person.

I do not have any loans from bajaj finserv.

Please contact the correct person and change your customers email in your contacts.

Due to this there is a marked reduction in my cbil score.

Requesting you to immediately correct my cbil scores.

I have purchased a 'Samsung J7 pro' mobile through Bajaj finance.
As i got unexpected charge of Rs. 2400/- for Mobile insurance.

    I am very disappointed after they call i have applied for pesonal loan and i got also but the thing and terms and condition they told me. They are not following the same,
    They are charging more amount unnecesary and i scince try calling him but they not respond the phone call.
    I have all the retail mail from there side now i have to file cae aginst this company on consumer court.

    my last EMI debited by Bajaj finserv but i have already done the payment by net banking through so this month EMI had deducted in 2 time, regarding taht i have called in their office Goregaon east Virawani estate ([protected]) they are not response properly with client.
    I have a Bajaj Finserv Card but not activated. I contact many times for your customer care but no response. Kindly activate it as soon as possible so I used it and notified me.

      While purchasing with bajaj emi card through online site like flipkart & amazon. Otp not generating during transaction. Instead of otp fresh nachupdate required. Msg coming to registered mobile no. So called to bajaj finserv customer care & as per them the following documents submitted to nearest bajaj finserv, patna
      1. Cancelled cheque. -01no.
      2. Address proof.-01no.
      3. I-d proof.-01no.
      4. Ecs mandate form -04nos.
      In the month of december 2017.
      2 r 3 times visted bajaj finserv patna. For get the status of the nach update.
      But whenever im visitng there they are saying under process & msg will come once they udpate.
      Now almost 4 months gone. Still pending.

      Due to2-3 late deposit...my card got blocked...

      I had taken 2 personals for 5lacs & 3lacs from bajaj Finserv in 2014&2015 respectively and they asked me to take insurance from hdfc for 15k& 10k. Now both loan accounts are paid off in full when asked for surrendering the policy and get a refund as per normal circumstances bajaj Finserv & HDFC both saythey don’t have policy no for cancellation.

          I am your regular customer, I availed 4loans from bajaj . all loans are promptly paid . Recently from your chennai branch PL Dept team called me and collected all the documents for applying new personal loan value of 03lakhs. But till date no proper response from your team.
          My previous loan details(Loan numbers) :- 4030CD03410876 / 403SAL01566256 / 403PF05895151/403SPL3036002 . All loans are cleared.

          I am working as a Asst General manager -Sales & Marketing in JFA Chennai . My Gross salary 92k and my cibil score is 816. Why bajaj??? is not responding properly for me .

          Pls check your team and resolve the issue within 24hours . Or else i will take an other bank option.

              Why you guys disturb people so much?

                          I have made a cumulative deposit for rs. 1.96 lacs in bajaj finserv through their website. As per the faq in the website, i was supposed to get the fdr within 3 days. It is more than 10 days and i am yet to receive the fdr. The worst part is that i have not received any response from them for mails sent to the complaints ids - [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. Extremely poor service

                              On 14/02/2018, i have booked a hp laptop at reliance jio digital with the help of bajaj finserv.. But when i check my details at bajaj finance website online, i show that there are two loan no against my id. One is emi loan no. And another is insurance loan no with two emi amount. Bajaj finance has insured my laptop without giving me prior information. I am not going to pay any insured amount because i am not interested to take this insurance.. Kindly cancel my insurance and send me the cancellation statement to my mobile or email.

                                    I purchased a mobile through using bajaj emi card worth rs 16000/-. They didnot informed us about insurance After that i got a message that i had to pay insurance worth rs 1849/- extra in an installment every month. I searched in bajaj finserv app. I found that there is another account appeared called digital fone safe. I don't want insurance for my phone. I will keep it safe. If something happens i will bear the result. Present i don't want this insurance. Plz remove this loan account. Loan account no is 404DFS64991776
