Bajaj Finserv — fraudulently sending ads to personal number

My loan number is 404cdd41057355 i was cleared my EMIand bounce charge amount but portal is showing still pending 3950 ans same SMS receiving same amount even keepon calling the ladies balance amount phone is [protected] the problem is they not issued the noc and my cibil store also affecting the same . i need my noc please help me out
