My name is mohammed mubarak ibrahim a, i was purchased consumer durable electronic items like led tv and washing machine on 2 years back. Same time i applied for emi card for paying extra amount of rs.150/- or 200/-. They said that emi card will reach me within 30 days. But till date i am not recieved that emi card. And i paid all my dues ontime finished the loan all over.
After long time recently i plan to buy apple macbook laptop for my official use its cost some where around 65, 000/-. The showroom executive recommend me to go for bajaj finserve emi shceme. I agreed to check my eligibility creteria, theysaid after checking, i dont have eligible to avail loan without any reason. I feel bad and ask them the reason for non-eligibility, they said they too dont know exact reason, there side finance credit team as to give approval for that. And also that executive said in my account detail in bajaj finservs i had emi card got blocked permenetely. Its very very bad thing that without recieving my emi card its got blocked on there side only. I dont no what kind of system they are following.

Its really bad attitute they are doing like this, i am one of the prompt repayment customer, i paid all there loan on time. Even in my finance handling record past 10 years i dont have any bounce or return cheques on my record. Always i am making prompt payments all my loans. I need explanation for this and how to get emi card again, this as to be clear from bajaj finserve.

If any one explained me why they are making my emi account blocked please explain me.

    Big scam from "bajaj finserv" for "elite card membership"

    This is akash jain.
    Card number ending 6936.
    Mobile number: [protected]

    I had applied for elite memebership in the month of august and i had received the card in the month of september end, almost 30 days later.

    Transaction number: jici[protected] on 10th august 2017 at 6:18 am.

    I haven't receive the gift vouchers worth 30k as assured while purchasing the elite card fees of 4777. Almost 3 months over now.

    Plus my credit limit also decreased this month to 85000 from 1, 50, 000. I have been purchasing goods regularly plus i haven't missed any payment also my cibil score is more then 809. So help me out with complete reason to why you guys decreased my limit

    Please refund my 4777 amount. I dont want elite membership.

    Everytime i send email to them they will say "we request you to allow us an additional 2 days to resolve your query. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you."

    But 2 days are never over till now.

        I won't to tell you that i took a loan from bajaj finance ltd on december 2016 loan no-
        4010cd32928306
        For refrigerator. Its monthy emi is 1892/-. I have paid emi till 5 month from 2/2/17 to 2/6/17 to the company. I won't to tell you that after 5 month at 6month and futher till date my emi got bounce and no buddy from have inform me and also from june to nov i haven't got any latter or calls from your company about my emi bounce status.

        I received the call on 21/11/17 (Tuesday) from minal sharma cont-[protected]. She was telling that she is the person from informations department of tees hazari court. She told me that there is case on me and the case no ipc-406/17 and the she give me a number and ask to talk her lower mr. Anil. Then i talk to mr. Anil and said him that i will pay my all emi with in two days.

        Then, on 22/11/17 (Wednesday) morning 10.30 i again received the call minal sharma on my mother number and the she ask me that is your case settled and the i said that i have talked to mr anil and i told him that i will pay my all emi within two days.

        But then she angrily and in a bad behaviour said that you have to pay all your emi with in two hour if you will not pay all your emi within two hour then you will wait and watch what will i do. And also she said me that i will call all your offce collegues and your boss will ask them to pay your emi and i will also tell them to fire you from your job and will also tell them that you are a fraud and also she was threating.

        I won't to tell you that now i will only pay my emi when minal sharma will apologize to me and if she will not apologize to me then i will go to the police stn and will make a case becouse minal sharma threatns me.

        Today i again received a call from minal sharma, number - [protected] and she said that if you can't arrange the money go and beg and arrange the money. After that i received a call from rahul gupta -[protected] and he said that if your perstige is not that much go and beg. I have also attached the call recording of rahul gupta with this email. Your company too bad behaviour.

          I took bajaj flex loan a/c 402saf55068876, for which i got the sms that your nach ecs got rejected by the bank due to emi start date and end date mismatch. For this silly mistake illiterate people employed by bajaj to hire and played with valuable customer credit score. If any ecs got rejected who the hell is responsible. I will sue to bajaj finance in consumer court for mental harassment and heavy compensation. My first emi will be due on 2-dec-2017 prior to that if i will not get any confirmation from bajaj that my ecs mandate is correctly file with my banker.

            Hi,

            I had taken a personal loan from bajaj where in i was told that no pre closure charges would be charged if closed before 6 months after availing loan, after paying promptly for more than 24 months and when i wanted to pre close the loan, in addition to the interest for each day till the date of clearing the cheque. And condition is preclosure is done only by cheque/dd.. No online payment is provided (Obviously they wanted to charge 5 days interest) in spite of all declared amount i was charged addition rs 500 as pre closure charges. I complained to their grievance team but its of no use..

              I am ashis kr sinha, mobile no [protected]. On 25 and 26 october, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4777 earliest.

              Later on 26 oct. I made the payment through my icici credit card (Rs 4777/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).

              Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

              Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

              Iam have been auto debited 4777/- towards the payment of Bajaj Elite card on 25th January. But still i din't get any card.Firstly your customer care service told me i get the card in courier and after they said to me i will get only digital card in the bajaj app. but still i didn't get any card. and also i didn't get any status about that.i have mailed you but didnt get any reply. iam very much dissapointed in customer care service. please give some information, i don't know whats happening.and there is response in customer care number also.So Please tell me when i get the card or wherebouts my card.

              I have purchased Bajaj elite emi card and hence no further mail or communication from elite team. Even no reply from my relation ship manager. This is the worst service from Bajaj.
              I had a very bad experience with Bajaj Finserv especially the staff members are very rude. Especially Talha Mohammad, Sales Manager from Whakdewadi branch was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with his customer. He should be given more training in regards to customer service

              I feared about the next services.

              I m Rinkul panchal . I got a massage from bajaj emi .. msg is your emi network card yearly fees of Rs. 117 is due in 90 days since there are no transactions on your card so far. in the usage cycle of 12 month.

                Now i want to cancel the warrenty of asset care policy. My asset care policy number is 410dfs58631027 my emi will be start from 02.12.2017 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

                    I have took the extended warranty for my samsung wacing machine with model number: wa62h4000hdtl and
                    Extended warranty policy number :og[protected]-00309839.
                    Policy periode: from 11-aug-2017 00:00 hours to 10-aug-2019

                    Four weeks ago i request them for a service and after days service engineers came and they said it's having problem with the circuit board and they took the board and said they will repair or replace the board and after 3 weeks i called them and they said it's not possible to repair and the circuit board is not available.
                    Mean time i checked with samsung and they said it is available, i don't know why bajaj make fraud explanations and they loot my money for extending the warranty and not giving a service.

                    I hope they will resolve thi issue soon, and attaching the warranty letter.

                        I purchase vivo v7+ from supreme paradise salem, he said the emi amount 2700rs but rs 3100 was debited in my account, what a great customer service... I never seen this kind of service, i want the reason and my money back...

                          cancel cpp asset care policy

                          My customer id: 56642989. I have bought samsung smart led t. V. Ua43m5570 on emi from bajaj finance on 05-november-17. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

                          My asset care policy number is 407bew57977914, my emi will start from 02-december-17 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

                          Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to...

                          Hi,

                          I had taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv of rs 5.10 lacs for which i am paying an emi of rs 13231.

                          After paying 24 emi, i paid rs 1 lac as part prepayment to reduce my emi. As per the calculator on bajaj website the emi should come down to rs 9900, but the mew emi is rs 11381.

                          Also they have never answered my queries related to calculation of rate of interest and whenever i am checking with emi, the roi comes to more than 15%.

                          I feel that bajaj finserv has been harassing a lot of consumers as i can see lot of mails from other friends.

                          Please advise how can we sort this thing out as there is no transparency from bajaj.

                          Thanks a lot Consumer forum for escalating the issue and helping me out.

                          BUT it seems that Bajaj Finserv is not ready to really help the consumers, they have been changing the rate of interest and charging me for the EMI that I wish to save.

                          Earlier the ROI was revised to 33.23% from 18.99% and now it is 25% which creates a lot of confusion and it looks like as lack of transparency.

                          Should there be any change in ROI when a consumer pays a part payment.

                          Request you to please help in resolving the issue as earliest.

                            Loan account number : 400spl32744022 while taking loan, i have clearly mentioned that no insurance, financial fitness report. They agreed for that they don't mention any type of other charges while taking loan. After getting my loan, in statement they have mentioned and added creditvidya fees - 1499 and upfront charges - 6900, i have attached 2 attachments which says while conversation it was different and while giving it is different charges.

                              Bajaj finserv this company is fraud they have no ethics to work they deducted two emi's in a month & still they are not responding. Lifecell suggested me to take a loan from bajaj. When i marked a complaint on there portal with pdf statement of bank they told me to send scan copy what the hell is this.

                              Guys you make fool out of peoples. I ask when a cheque gets bounced you guys charges us for that who will charge us for you mistake. I called there representative he also did'nt responded. Posted on there facebook page no reply @ all. Dear govt request you to ban this company.

                                  This network of # always planning how to cheat and looting their customers even whom who paid all the emi's regularly and tenure was over.

                                  I took a loan in the month of march 2017 vide loan account no 4010cd37362403.in this month my tenure was over but they dumb guys think over it so they planned to cheat me.

                                  Today when i checked my bank account i saw that an amount of rs 450/- was deducted from my account.

                                  Whom have gave them the authority and from whom permission they deducted my account.

                                  I have necessary information and proof against you that how you guys are creating the opportunities of ecs of your valuable customer.

                                  This is not done this is serious matter for all the other peoples that you guys are stolen money from their valuable customers

                                  I am not gonna silent until you will not give right resolution.

                                  You guys misused my check without any proper information. This is serious concern which took happened. I need my 450 Rs back which you have deducted through my ECS.

                                  After the over of my tenure how dare you guys to deduct the amount. You guys phishing with your customers that you took a signed cheque and after that you will do whatever you want ..isn't it ?

                                  Daylight legal robbers i am not gonna send a copy because mistake was done from your side. It's your responsibility that on what basis you deduct the amount from my bank without any intimation or information.

                                  I need the resolution from your end i am not gonna share anything until i get a completion satisfaction of my query from your side.

I Have become member of bajaj digital lounge after paying 4777 rs, my EMI gold card replaced by bajaj digital lounge platinum card. As promised by you I got only 1 flip kart voucher worth 500 Rs, so I weather rest of voucher and offers ??

                                    I have tried to contact relationship manager through mail, he never replied to me..even I write matter to Bajaj care..they also not responded..

                                    At the time of promoting bajaj finance service elite membership card, 10 vouchers were promised to be delivered. But till date, 9 of them are not delivered. emails sent to them to their we care web address did not give any fruitful results

When i bought the mobile that store wasn't say anything about insurance. After 1 month when emi started i got the message about my mobile insurance.in every month 300 rs debit from my account.
