Dont ever think to take any insurance policy of bajaj finance. They have extremely slow service. I have taken the insurance policy of my godrej inverter ac. The some part of ac is not working and we have complaint to bajaj finace but they are very slow, technicians are very illiterate they are saying this is inverter ac we cant touch it and its been around 25 days we are suffering in this hot weather. Pathetic service, pathetic technicians. I dont what to do now. Can i get some help?? My executive given wrong information, I'm not aware of insurance for loan account. She told wrong information about emi and processing. Convinced me with fraud way. This is totally un fair.
