I am following up that case for a week. Contacted customer care, contacted via mail. But no one is even acknowledging case.
On 6 Jul'18, my ECS payment was bounced due to insufficient fund. On the same day (6th July '18), I have made the payment of EMI amount of 2648 via my BAFL app via net banking. But I was not reflecting on your system.But on next day, on my BAFL app its still showing EMI overdue with late fee of 531.
I have shared the all the details on mail with my July bank statement where you can check the payment.
I have emailed on all possible email id related to Bajaj finservice.
Additionally, again today Rs. 2648 deducted from my account.
what is this going on? Please resolve the issue.
Also, you call center agents are totally illiterate. Resolving the issue is far away, they are not able to understand the issue at least.
