This is in regard to the flexi Loan account no: 6067214 in June 2016
I told in beginning that I will be requiring Flexi loan(over draft facility) of around 2 lakhs and was informed that as per my eligibility loan amount will be sanctioned and I need to pay interest and processing fee for the amount with utilized. As a confirmation for LOAN Disbursal I had written categorically that I do not want any General and Life Insurance coverage.
For loan amount of Rs 9, 15, 000/- which got sanctioned for me, I had received an amount of Rs. 8, 79, 792/- in my account and there was surprise call from your call center asking me to pay Rs. 35, 208 as first month interest and processing fee which is already deducted from my sanctioned amount.
Immediately when I received the information the deduction and interest part I had written to Bajaj Finance to cancel this loan amount and to inform the process to close this Loan.
I regret to inform that inspite of sending reminders to [protected]@bajabfinserv.in;
[protected]@bajajfinserv.in literally there was no response.
Finally I had escalated to
[protected]@bajajfinserv.in but still there was no response.
After trying to contact Mr. Amir who was employee of Bajaj Finserv for nearly one Month, he finally responded by reducing the interest amount from amount from Rs 4159 to 447 per month.
Since Aug 2016, Iam paying Interest of Rs 447/- per Month and till Feb 2019 I had paid total Rs.
17, 131/-
I hereby submit that the insurance was given to me with out my consent, processing fee was charged for
the loan disbursed and not on the loan utilized amount as committed to me and even after repeated followups and escalation to close my loan account there was no guidance from Bajaj Fin serv and not even a single email or call.
I Request Bajaj Fianance to to refund the wrong fully collected amount of Rs 17, 131/-(upto Feb 2019) and close my Flexi Loan with immediate effect.
