I have a loan with Bajaj, loan ac no is 403SOL38906175, in foreclosure letter I find 4.75% of foreclosure charges, i wonder why nobody has informed me about foreclosure charges while processing loan, I was being loyal customer until now, there is no default or Cheque bounce in mr history, compelling me to pay foreclosure charges after 8 months EMI paid, almost more than 95000 rupees deducted as an emi for these 8 months, I have taken loan of 5, 32023, already processing fee also deducted for around 17000, remaining 5, 16000was credited, now after paying 8 months emi if I wanted to foreclose foreclosure letter mentioning that I have to pay 5, 04000 and extra charges too,
Instead of that if you they cant provide 12.50% interest rate they should have informed me while processing loan, because if I calculate foreclosure charges and processing fee as an interest rate it is more than 36000 which is more than 12.75% interest rate,
I had a opinion that Bajaj is doing good and it is reputed company, it seems all the mistake is mine that I believed Bajaj Finserv is the competitive and best, no it is not,

Repeatedly I was calling to customer care regards my complaint, explaining from the beginning every time, I don’t think customer care team working responsibly,
Moreover worst customer service that people showing attitude to customer and no customer support ethics followed, repeating the same script again and again instead of listening or understanding customer query, support executives disconnecting calls while talking to them, no proper call hold procedure, no empathy no sympathy, while customer speaking puting the customer on hold or mute, if I asked them to transfer the call to their manager always the answer is manager is not available, is this center is running without manager and supervisors?

With all those thing I really frustrated with customer service and I wonder wether Bajaj Finserv is taking care of the customer service or not,

Finally I am receiving the same answer from customer experience head stating that i have to pay 4.75 %
which is Hidden unecessary charges which was not informed to me by whole loan process team processed this loan .
i asked them to retrieve the voice call records at the time of process team spoke to me for this loan proposals and where I and their process team communications to find whether they confirmed or informed me prior before processing this loan,
after processing loan they sent me a terms and conditions agreement copy, they didnt mention 4.75% in their agreement copy too. completly disappointed with their irrelevent answers for my complaint and waive off request.
also no one has informed me about this foreclosure part while proposing loan for customers .
overall experience with bajajfinserv is worst than ever. .

Still the complaint is open, for this loan they haven’t mentioned foreclosure charges as 4.75% in terms and conditions agreement copy too. Why are you people forcing me to pay hidden charges if I want to foreclose it

    Bajaj FinServ OD Facility is Worst as They are giving False Commitment to us Saying Something else and doing something else.

    So I will not recommend to use Bajaj OD facility.

    As Bajaj Team had given me false commitment regarding the charges and because of that i dont want to take loan from Bajaj.
    Also i have already told that i will pay only 999 and 100 rs for required fee and no extra charge will pay.But I have see several SMSs and details Bajaj is taking lot of other charges which i am not able to Pay.

    I have applied for a personal loan from bajajfinserv, before disbursement i have acknowledge below details in mail. I have attached the mail acknowledgement (Commercial mail) for your reference.in the commercial mail no where its mention that for credit vidya rs 2499 and for wallet protect rs 3599 will be deducted.

    But after disbursement i came to know that they have deducted for these useless services (Credit vidya & wallet protect). For getting small amount of commission you people are doing fraud/cheating to customer. I am not going to pay a single rupee for these fraud. Why i will pay my hard earn money for your commission.

    All these fraud come to know my knowledge after getting the experia credential (Thank god). Even after disbursement also i have written to your team regarding break up but no reply from them. At last after getting the experia credential i come to know these fraud.

    Request you to please look into this and cancel all these additional services from my loan account and refund my hard earn money.

        We had been sanctioned a loan amount of 64 lakhs over our property. We were only disbursed 53, 70, 000 of which 2 lakhs was for insurance and we got only 51, 04, 246 in hand. We have been following up with the bajaj officials like rajasudhagar sales manager who were active during the loan sanction process but went offline and did not respond to us after the top up period of 6 months. They have been dodging our calls and giving us excuses for the rest of the loan amount. We are now in more debt with increased interests rates due to the negligible behaviour of the staff. We were very clear that we wanted minimum 60 lakhs fromm the beginning of the process. They assured us we will get the full amount. Now they are giving excuses.. Our property is stuck with them and we will incur more charges if we have to go to another bank. We have tried to reach several officials including arun t, rajasudhagar's manager. No one seems to care respond to us and making us go in circles and wasting our time. We want our the rest of the loan to be disbursed to us or a clear answer as what is going on with the rest of the sanctioned amount?

          My loan was sactioned 59000 at 19.69% flat roi for 3 years. After 23 moth i want to go for forecloser. When i raised the request with bajaj finserve. So, they sent repatment schedule letter there is mentioned my roi is reducing at 33.01% and still after 23 month i have to pay inr 28129.00 principle amount for forecloser. I surprised and shocked about the details. When i calculated the details and same checked on loan term sheet there is mentioned both the roi 19.69% and 33.01%. Which is should not be. As per 19.69% flat roi i should be pay as per th following calculation.

          Yearely interest on your loan amount = loan amount * roi / 100= 59, 000 *19.60/100 = 11564
          3 years interest = yearely interest 11564 * 3 = 34692

          Total have to pay = 93, 692.00

          For one year have to pay = 31, 230.66
          For foreclosure before one year should be pay only = 19666.66

          Why i pay 28129 for foreclosure.

            Each time i have asked them to not call me and to remove my number from their database but there is no change in the situation.

                I financed a laptop from bajaj finance with interest of inr2612 per month for 6 months and no charges above that, but even after paying the interest on time, bajaj deducted a sum of inr118 without any reason and their service center is even replying. (Tried everything - live chat, email, phone)

                This company is a total fraud, it will deduct your money in some or other way and eventually it will bump your total amount to the 13% interest that other banks gives.

                      I was taken few products through bajaj finance and i will pay all products emi.
                      But after my last emi (Last emi date - 2/11/2017) they are blocked my bajaj finserv emi card. I call to the customer care of bajaj and tell them about this, they told me that your emi card will unblock soon by us.
                      Today after 2 months of my complained there is no change in status about my bajaj finserv emi card, its still blocked and because of that i can't able to take new product through bajaj finserv on emi.
                      So its request to you please unblocked my bajaj finserv emi card soon.

                        Hi bajaj finserv,

                        I have applied for the personal loan. After disbursement i came know that there are so many hidden charges like credit vidya fees 2, 499 and wallet protect 3, 599 and insurance of 12000/- with out my knowledge, even the sale guys never disclose this hidden changes to me.

                        After getting the experia usename & password i come to know this all.
                        And when i login to the portal its showing some other person phone number. When i check the number in true caller its from one of finserv manager number. How you cheat people like this

                        I have called to your customer care for these they are saying we can not cancel you need to log complain in we care this is a fraud. Don’t play with customer.

                        Request you to please look into this and cancel all these additional services from my loan account and refund my hard earn money.

                            I've taken Flex loan form Bajaj FinServ. Now when I am trying to pay their loan through Foreclosure Payment option is not working. Due to which I've to pay extra interest for every day.

                            I talked to Bajaj FinServ Customer care they are saying to pay by cheque but with this option I'll have to pay extra interest for 3 days.

                            If their online service is not working why should I pay extra interest?

                              Hi Customer Complaints Team,

                              I am fed up of getting multiple automated calls on my mobile [protected] from different cities in India everyday from BajajFinserv for availing Personal Loans. I am really not interested in any of BajajFinserv Products. This has really become a nuisance, if you block their numbers, they manage to call up from some other numbers across India. Is there any way to make them stop this harassment? Please help in raising this up with them.

Though i informed to your representatives that don't call me again, but they didn't stop. Indeed, they are calling more often than earlier.                                   My emi card no is xxxxxxxxxxxx1056 my registered email is someshwar. [protected]@hotmail.com. I am a customer of bajaj finserv since 2013 and i have a emi card also but due to late payment of emi of my previous consumer durable loan they blocked my card parmanently. Now my question is if you are gona block those cards for late payments then why you charge late payment fees? On the other hand when i paid all the emi's they replied that within 45 days it will be unblocked but after 45 days they are saying it's parmanently blocked why this dual statements? Now when i want to avail some offers i cant. The bajaj representative said he can't login even he don't know also. I wrote several times but can't get proper answer of when my card will unblocked. If this happens then i must say bajaj finserv is not customer friendly where there rules and policies are not clear to any customer even to his employees

                                    This is to bring at your notice that from more than a year i am writing you through email to reactivate my emi card which you have blocked for emi late paid. My emi card no is [protected]

                                    Also i have cancelled my group insurance still it's shows 51 is due when i visit to your branch in dhule they said nothing is due. I am really frustrated because u can see that i have mailed so many time but unfortunately since from last more than one year i am getting same kind of reply that it will be review in next quarter. My cibil is more than 750... Also i have no dues pending. I hope you will reactive my emi card asap...

                                    Also pls see that both the lan account are closed in statement which i have attached and only one gtl is showing closed where as i have second one i have cancelled through your branch. But in statements it's shows rs 51 due. It's impact on cibil i report you to pls clear it...

                                    Today I got call from Bajaj finserv lady rep but she call me at that time when she had nothing to say to me about my card her company system was down.but still I am happy that after more than a year some body just called and said I am calling from Bajaj finserv .well I hope that the only request I had is to reactive the emi card .aslo ps see that RS 51 is showing due in cibil.

                                    After 3 year i am facing the same issue of emi card got blocked after closing all the loan emi card got PB remarked without any reasons .nor any customer care executive numbers is reachable to them .and even after so many email the same automated reverts from Bajaj .my limit was 80 k which was reduced to 25k without any reasons and now from couple of months the card is blocked .pls refer to my previous mails in this complaint for my emi card no
                                    It's been 3rd days today to submit my complaint regard emi card auto blocked by company more than 1 years .yet there is no reply from Bajaj finserv.i kindly request you to verify the details I have sent you.and unblock it
                                    I am writing here another post on my complaint regard emi card for which yesterday Ms vaishali from Bajaj called me regard the same which I had discussed with her two days ago.That my card is been activated as per my request Also she ask me to download Bajaj wallet and check the status there of emi card so I download Bajaj finserv mobikwik wallet but I find the status is still blocked in that app.but here I want to mention that in Bajaj finserv app it's shows active.Finally I sincerely thank her due to her continuos follow-up in my case to unblock the card also this forum due to this forum my query is been taken care of..

                                    Pls see I'm sending you screen shot also.pls let me know how to add that to wallet.

                                      But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.

                                        I have not been using bajaj emi since years now and there are no pendencies also.
                                        So, i would appreciate if you could cancel my card etc with immediate effect.
                                        I would not like to have this debit again. You can cancel the card immediately if at all its there.
                                        Bajaj finserv is a professional company and should not act unprofessionally by taking rs.117/- from old clients for no reason / transaction.
                                        Hope you will take immediate action on this.
