Bajaj Finserv — requesting for unblock card not in time

Hi, my name is ch. Murali mohan customer id: 5920cd73672759 i am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed all loans. But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.

I sent mail on january 11, 2019. On the january 12th day, customer care call and your card will be allowed on your card on february 7th. But the card has not yet allowed me to allow my card to buy.
