Hi bajaj finance,
Please release me from this harassment. One bad day i just inquired about some personal loan and unfortunately i have shared my number, from that day i am getting minimum 3 to 4 calls per day. I don't have any requirement for personal loan.in future also i won't take any loans. Already i fed-up with many loans.
Please add my number into dnc list and save my life.

Please consider this as order no no no as a request no no no as a begging.

    An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of bank of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

      Bajajfinserv supercard

      This to inform you that i k. Durairaj, bajaj finserv they given pre-approved supercard. So i have applied for bajajfinserv super card. They called me through telephone from one of your exective. For your reference my application id: (Bflc[protected]). My card has been approved, right now i am not interested avail this card. Because i have using already the rbl credit card i thought the this would be separate card apart from rbl credit card. So there is no use forme to get this card. So request you to cancel the bajajfinserv super card immediately.

      Regarding the above bajajfinserv super card. Sofor i didn't receive your supercard. You sent me the annual fee statement you had given me the due date also. I do use the existing credit with other bank. They didn't send and across statement like you. Without using there cards. And you linking this bajaj supercard to my existing rbl credit card. And ther is no o[censored]se of getting this card for me, iam not happy with service. Cancel my bajaj finservsupercard immediately.

        I order samsung galaxy s9 from bajaj emi store online they book my order of 49000 for emi per month. But before delivery i call customer care and cancel my order they said deducted amount form card will restore in 24 hrs but i still didnt received and msg and my card is showing used for the same amount kindly solve this problem my card number is [protected]

            My wife is having bajaj card. The detail is as under:

            This card is issued since 2013. But now she got message that as you have not used the card so annual fee of rs.117 will be levied. How you can impose the fee without the consent of the customer. Please cancel the card & waive the amount otherwise complaint will be lodged with rbi/consumer forum.

              I apply for loan to buy refrigerator and ac. They issued an emi card also which i diddnt apply. While filling form for laon if it was written somewhere minutely that i dont know. I have never used it. I want to surrender it. As i dont have any requirement of such card.

                Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 20-aug-2018 from my account and clearly mention in particulars section bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_july18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj fin. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap

                  Dear concern,
                  This is in regard with the my bajaj finance consumer loan, which i’ve taken for ac purchased via bajaj fin emi card.
                  My total due amount to bajaj finance was 16k. I’ve been asking to waive off the other charges applied to my loan of late fee.
                  After so many calls & discussion, the desired person who first claims that he is a lawyer & talking from tees hazari court has a fraudlent case pending against me.
                  The gentleman was very rude & scolding using bad words regarding the late payment.
                  When i told him that i’m ready to settle my loan with the desired amount in 2 installements of 8k with a month gap.
                  He opted that, i only have to pay 10k & the loan will get settled. & i will get the noc & my loan will be closed in full & final settlemment
                  Once i made the payment, the person claiming to be from delhi court “ siddhart” contact:"[protected]" which i even doubt is his real name.
                  He blocked my number & whenever i try to call him from other number he is dodging every call.
                  Even if i hadn’t made my payment on time, this is very unethical & fraudt behaviour to charge customer in such a manner while claiming to be someone from delhi court & intimating to be a lawyer while harrsainhg the customare like this.

                  All of this is very unacceaptable,
                  Please contact me in person, as i am still getting calls from babaj finserv for my due payment of 16k as of now.
                  Take immediate action against this type of collection department.
                  Who will say anything or do anything in the name of bajaj finance.
                  As per your executive who assured my by lying that my loan is against.

                      I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card - [protected]

                      I have no pending emi to pay.

                      I was promised that this card is free, however they charged around 500 as a one time fee.
                      But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.

                      I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous of not informing such things when you ask the user to apply and calling it lifetime "free". On top of that they want me to charge for not taking another loan from them.

                        I bought a tv based on bajaj finance from a show room, after few days i received an emi card of bajaj finserv and i lost the newly issued card, mailed to [protected]@finserve to block the card and not to re-issue it. But still i am getting sms saying there is an inactive fees.

                        Please tell me how to do this. I don't want use the card and receive sms from finserve.

                          Mr. Surender, Telecaller from Bajaj Finserv was following up with me for Loan against salary since last four months. After having proper discussion with him, I agreed to apply for a loan but I had a issue with set up free and fitness report charges, since I am already a customer of Bajaj finserv I was not agreeing to pay the same. Hence he committed me that such charges will not be levied. after processing the application he called and informed me that Set up fee I have to bear initially and later on he will give cash back to me after loan disbursement . for which samira, his colleague sent me a confirmation mail for the charge back. post which I gave consent to process the loan.

                          Now loan has been disbursed july only but till now I am not getting the revert from Bajaj finserv team. even after complaining to them, I am not getting any response.

                          this is so pathetic and customer is getting cheated just to finish their targets, Local Bajaj Finserv executive who collected my documents and processed the loan also well aware about the case.

                          Anywhere is not any mention of bajaj finserv elite card. Bajaj wallet is not showing any elite card features. I am so tense from urs this elite card fraud. Plz tell me about elite card.

                              I bought a smart phone with bajaj finsev emi plan. Everything was good on that day but one thing that i just hate and want to resolve asap. They told me after all processes and documentations that my emi will be of 1650/- rs. On 2nd of next month for seven months on my first emi they deduct 1650/- as they told me but on second emi they deduct 1959/- rs. And as i put only 1800/- rs. As my emi 1650/- to be deduct on that day but i got message from my bank that cheque is bounced and they charged me of 295/- rs. Of bounce charges after i tried to find the reason and i got to know that they insured my phone worth 1800/- rs. Without telling me and after bounced i charged 450/- to bajaj too so ultimately i charged of rs. 1000/- without any reason they did insurance even after my "no" to insurance. I wrote to bajaj already and they told me to reply me soon withing to working days but now its been a week and there is no response from them at all.

                                From last 1 year i am getting calls from bajaj finserve, regarding something called overdraft facility. I am not at all interested and evrytime i request those guys to put my number on dnd but everytime they say ok but next day same thing happens.

                                One day i had fight as well, guy from other side abusing me for almost 15 minutes and surprisingly 2 days after again i got call offering same overdraft facility.

                                Is there any way to stop there calls, i am completely tired

                                  Since my cibil score was low i took an report in which it shows i have loans in bajaj finance i have took a loan of a/c:4030cd26882027 worth rs; 8944 due amount to be payed. Which actually i haven't took any loan in they organisation because of this my score are getting lower. I can't even apply any new loans because of this issue.                                       Dear Sir,
                                      I have taken a personal loan of amount Rs 3, 11, 000.00 from Bajaj Finserv at the rate of 13.14% interest per Year for term of 5 Years. Bajaj Finserv has made my emi Rs 8, 589.00 per month and 5 emi has been deducted in my bank account per month. Some days ago i checked my emi detail on internet with an emi calculator at given rate 13.14% for 5 years of terms period. Then i saw at this interest rate emi is Rs. 7099.00 per month and which emi is dedcting in my account rate of interest is 22% per year. I complained from bajaj finserv office about this orally But No solution made for me about this.
                                      So Please Sir Solve my problem and give me perfect advise about this situation.

My Loan Account is 456PHT66338693. Bajaj Finserv has made my emi Rs 8, 589.00 per month and 5 emi has been deducted in my bank account per month. Some days ago i checked my emi detail on internet with an emi calculator at given rate 13.14% for 5 years of terms period. Then i saw at this interest rate emi is Rs. 7099.00 per month and which emi is dedcting in my account rate of interest is 22% per year. Bajaj Loan agent which made my loan file did not told me about this interest rate. He told me only 13.14% per year rate of interst rate. So Please revised my loan emi against 13.14% rate of interest rate. which become Rs. 7099.00 per month.

                                        I have bought thed igital camera on july 12th 2018 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation.
                                        And processing charges at the time of purchase. I have seen that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs july-18. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted...
