Request to repair street light not working, next to janapriya bharath enclave, ward 71, sunkadakatte, behind Adishwar show room. you are requested to check & repair immediately

Electrician has changed only the bulb but no COVER, further allowed open giving chances to get often repair. Please it is requested to get done properly.

      E5 subdivision, apartment Samruddi Grace, Viviani Road, Richards Town. No power supply. Now total lock-down, Work from home. Unfortunately our BESCOM not adhering to our basic Fundamental rights of power supply to its customers. None of the nos given in the website, NOT REACHABLE. Appreciate an early action to this complaint.

        Hello sir/ma'am,
        After heavy downpour of rain here in chandra layout 5th cross road near dr. Rajkumar academy, 560040... An electric pole is making a lot of noise and a lot of spark... I am worried about people's safety here... And i don't know whom to contact oabout this... There is no activity because of lockdown here... And it is already 11.30pm... I am seriously worried about people and animals roaming freely... What if it doesn't get fine by morning... Nobody will be able to see the spark... Can anybody tell me where to complain about this and to whom? Am just a tenant here... J hope the residents nearby must've complained but i seriously doubt that because i hear no activity of action being taken. Can hear the humming and buzzi g sou d of electric pole and spark from it... Opposite to the pole is a local kirana shop... People will definitely visit

          Bescom do not provide electricity to people 24x7.
          As soon as there is rain, their power supply goes off. It takes almost 5-6 hours to get online. My request to take strict action against this company.

              I have paid bescom bill inr 720 for the month of february 2020 through bhim app from my sbi account number ending xx5399 on 16th march 2020. Due to transaction failure issue, i have tried 3 times and paid it finally. But the amount which has been debited during the first two transactions has not been refunded yet (720*2=1440). Hope my complaint will be provided with the solution

                I've paid the electricity bill of march 2019 twice. First payment of 941 was on 15th march 2019 and the second payment was done on 24th march 2019. First payment was through phone pe and the second one was through the bank's portal. I've tried contacting the bank but they asked me to enquire the same with the above mentioned company, as i don't have any option to connect with them. I'll be obliged if this issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

                For RRNo - [protected] The Electricity bill for March 2020 was paid twice . Amount was 1158.

                One transaction was made via Payzapp and other was via HDFC Smart pay (auto payment every month). Both transactions were successful and amount was deducted from the bank.
                Request you to please refund one of the transactions.
                There is no street light in 13th cross, sapthagiri engineering college road chikkasandra b'lore 57. the whole road does not have light from the past one week please see to it.

                  Hi. This is jay shah. I stay 10th main, 8th cross, maruthi nagar, malleshpalya, kaggadaspura. We have a electric pole there from which electric current is flowing and sound is coming everyday since last 10 days. Its very scary as electric flow and electric current colour also we can see. Some one may get electric shock as it is very scary. Unfortunately, no one has come to see that spot. Please look into the matter seriously as one can die if they touch the electric pole.

                    This is rajendra l, i am from 4th a cross, 17th e main, khb colony, koramangala 5th block, bangalore 560095. Our residential area connected to commercial line for changing the line 2 time letter given to subdivision and 1800+ compliantes launched with bescom in past 7 years but till today no action taken and when ever i ask about the past compliantes no response from them. Ours is 4th a cross behind to us 4th b to 4th h roads we hardly see power outage for about 3 to 5 times in a year but we experience the outage everyday minimum 8 hours to 15 hours and even after explain situation to them no concern to subdivision staff. My question is when the mistake is from electricity board who has given wrong connection and making us to struggle like hell and after many compliments and we went to begging situation some times due to unable to see the infant children situation entire nights and also we were spent so many sleepless nights since last 10 years use to skip breakfast and lunch due to last night power outage and having food will lead to sleep in the work environment. At the time i am writing this compliant as on 15th feb 2020 @ 11:46 pm where we have power outage since 7pm and no guarantee of power restore for entire night and today also sleepless night for all the people's in this street. Finally i have decided to take this to consumer court along with all the complaint number i raise sofar.

                    Though EB paid for Feb 2020, Power was disconnected on 15 Mar 2020. Please investigate the same and rectify the mistake.

                        Our wall got heated many times. We got the connection line changed. It was observed there was power supply in the neutral line of the transformer. Every connection (Neutral) in the street was having this fault. There is huge leakage of power because of this. People from bescom said they will repair the transformer and its lines in one day. Hope they will repair and save power (Electricity).

                              Pole at Gate no 88, mosque road frazer town is obstructing our passage, it is also bent causing more problems, its foundation is weak. Every time BBMP does work around the pole by removing stones of drain the pillar bends and BBPM workers put back the stones in that postion. There is no action from Bescom on the 1. foundation of pillar being weak, 2. pillar being bent - AE of Robertson road said we have fixed it but it is clear from the images that it is not fixed, netiher the root cause problem of foundation being weak is addressed.

                                    No timings, no proper reason.. The power is gone anytime.. Some times even full day power cut. Can someone please make sure this is fixed and taken care. This is there from very long time.. Calling the bbmp will not help because 9/10 times we call them, they don\'t have any answer and update why there was a power cut in the area.. Most of the times they won't attend call itself.

                                      I have given ecs to the bank for bescom bill payments but the bills are sent to the bank 7 to 9 days in advance before the due date please ensure the bills are sent to the bank on the due date last month though the bill was paid bescom person had come and collected the amount from my residence from my son without my knowledge. Please refer your ledger and any excess amount please debit the same in this months bill

                                      Hi Team, I used to pay regularly the online bill through basecom but the arrears amount is high and I don’t know from where I am getting this .

                                      My bill for this month 553 where bill actual is 203 but arrear is 349.

                                      Please solve my issue
                                      I was billed in the excess of 1000 times my normal bill. My bill in October was 658, I almost collapsed looking at my November bill. My November bill is 10, 170. It is extremely frustrating after following up for close to 4 weeks now. BESCOM AEE tried to threaten me becauseI complained about the lineman coming totally drunk and unable to stand.

                                        I have already paid for last month bill as before due date (16/11/2019) which is 349 rupees.in this month bill i am seeing the same amount is showing as arrears and my total bill is 553 rupees.

                                        (Bill amt-203.61 and arrears-349) and i need to pay before (16/12/2019).

                                        I am not understanding if am paying the bill regularly before due date why the arrears are being added to my current month bill. I am not sure how many times these arrears were repeated in my earlier bills. Please help me with correcting the bill amount.
