Hi there is no power from evening 7 o clock i saty up in ramamurthy nagar behind sganimahathma temple old post office road there is transformer next to temple. This transformer is always out off service when ever there is rain. There is always a issue with this transformer. Fix it is asap. And this transformer is not fixed also properly. Because of that there is always a shot circuit.

      I have taken a new connection of 3 meters in nov dec 3l2018, due to issue with the temporary meter vendor, he didn't submit the meter, for 3 months I got very less bills and then suddenly in March month my actual bill came which counted the slab rates within one month instead of 4 months with reading. My bill is highly inflated due to all readings included in one month bill.

        I have received the electricity bill almost double than what i used to get. No new appliance added.

            As my mom invested in this company more than 800000 by collecting money from relatives and neighbors, however this company not refunded for more than 2 years, we are from kundrathur and due to this we are getting frustrated and some times our family planned to do suicide because of this company and we will write a letter about this, i have a sister who is in the age of marriage because of this we are more depressed and planned to do suicide we have no other option and also we have chased the company to do the refund on this but so far no response, if any one having knowledge about this company and planned to file any legal complaints, please let me know [protected]

              Hello,

              Since more than 1 year from my credit card bescom bill was getting paid, on 15th december amount of rupees 956/- got debited from my credit card for bescom bill payment, but in january this amount was added as arrears and disconnected my power connection abruptly even though payment was made.

              I again made payment of rupees 2070/- on 23/01/2019 (December + january bill) and submitted a complaint at the kodihalli bescom office. I visited the branch several times and still i have not got the waiver for this amount, no action from bescom team.

              Will i get this waiver or not? Sbi confirmed that the payment is made. Kindly do the needful. Thanks!

                I had one no. [protected] of reliance which was deactivated, i gone few months back to activate this no. From jio they told me without port no. Not possible and will not provide to any one. But for same no i'm using wts app but the no. Now activate and new user active that wts app so get to know that no. Now auto activate on other name by jio.

                The new user agreed to provide same no. To me but i need to transfer on my name. But this process is not available in your system. So i'm unable to take the same.

                Kindly help in this case as i want that no. Back on my name.

                I'm very disappointed about same as my all wts app contact spoiled.

                Please provide your no. So that i can talk with you.

                  I live in eshwara layout indira nagar, and the lane i live in has frequent and unscheduled power cuts. As i'm a working person living alone i don't know what it is like on weekdays but weekend is pretty bad. There is power cut for 3-5 hours with no prior notice and as i only have weekend yo do all household chores it's real problematic.

                  On top of that my bill is so high it makes no sense. I hardly use any power on weekdays and with the duration of power cuts we have on weekends i'm not sure why i get such high bills.

                  When you call bescom they say load shedding / incoming station repair. How many repairs are needed in a months time? Is the apparatus so bad. If this is the condition of a city what are the villages like in the state i'm thinking.

                    We are living in belluru appa compound, 3rd main, 1st cross, ramamurty nagar since april 2017. We are facing frequent power cuts in our area. These power cuts on all days in different timings. Morning or evening time at least we can able to adjust but nights also power not available most of the times. We tried to contact local bescom office but always phone not reachable. Villages are better than bangalore in terms of power cuts. We are struggling a lot in nights to sleep with a small baby. Please help us to get it resolved to sleep properly.

                      I bought new apartment in jigani. My previous owner didn't pay electricity bill so i paid and register docket in bescom website. I got call from bescom support team immediately and they gave jigani ele number. I called him and he asked me to submit reconnection memo.

                      Last week saturday i went to bescom office, spent half day and got reconnection memo. I took it to engineering office for submission but they refused to accept saying you have to activate the account first but account was already activated by bescom. I know bescom gave reconnection memo after activating the account but i didn't say anything so i returned to home with reconnection memo and created another docket.

                      This time got call from customer support and they told me to submit the reconnection memo in engineering office again so i went to their office [tuesday], submitted the document with ele and came back. After noon i got call from customer care executives with another bescom officer in conference and he shouted saying why you are calling customer care, you didn't submit the reconnection memo, you can't finish everything sitting in home.. Etc. I told him, i already submitted the document with ele but he didn't listen. Finally customer support team disconnected the call and shared his number and closed the docket.

                      Today i called that number and asked for update. He disconnected the call saying "you discuss with madam" (Customer care executive).

                          This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is one electrical pole right in front of my house which is very much unsafe, there was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to my family. All wires are open there is no safety to the people who are resident of the area.
                          I would like to suggest that the wires should be underground or else shift the pole to the corner of the society.

                          Request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.

                          With above reference mentioned subject the BBMP AE visit My House for verification attendind the Complaint reqarding BBMP Bore Water kept opposite My Shop without House Owner Concent at the time Kept Bore water opposite my Shop by offical fault with Political interference with local Cummunity standard People's Partialty then after He took Photos Bore Water Kept middle opposite shellter door also Point out The BESCOM kept Electric Pole opposite in middle between my House door to My shop Shelter door further The BWSSB kept Opposite my Shop opposite Road Sanitary underground tank They all together kept between 15 feet distance which in-built House two Portion Right one side House another left side Shop which great Hardship Me which related irregularities against BBMP Ruling and Regulations should maintain kept Bore water Point at the EDGE OF BETWEEN TWO HOUSE SITE to fail to discharge duties.

                          1) The BBMB Asst Engineer ask me Who did this work ? such I reply that Son of EX Councilor Mr. Anil Ranganna during the time I am living Single no body in the house which locked and I went duty reqularly inspite of I came lunch hours told Anil and others stop kept Bore Water Opposite My Shop because others misused while entry to going and coming into Shop the local Cummunity standard neighbours allege to committing wrongful gains moreover I should maintain Intergity and decent life but Anil Ranganna Refused Kept Bore Water Point then after I kept My two wheeler Bike outside in opposite My House door because the insufficient space entry in to My Rolling Shelter Shop getting inside and outside my one two wheeler impossible entry moreover I unable keep my two wheeler outside road due to more traffic more Vechiles goes on this road between connectivity from New building St.Lawarence school towards Kadi Mudhanna Road others sub Roads no connectivity cause more traffic passing all Vechiles If My Vechile theft It's causes above said Authority held responsible for insufficient entry to both My shop and House However I request Asst Executive Engineer Remove Bore Water kept opposite My rolling shelter Shop with immediate in case any local dispute take Police protection the same filling Prosecution Court case.

                          2) The BBMB Asst Engineer ask one more question that In Earlier Where The Bore Water Kept for use then How its kept infront Your Roling Shelter Shop ? It's Good Question to slove Problems without dispute Officals In this connection I shown Bore Water Earlier Kept Place which very sort distance Main Bore Pipe connective but It's made dead Bore Water spot the same shifted to My Rolling Shelter Shop Opposite by Sir Anil Ranganna at the Bore work done by him. Why he did this work and which Motive ? What is his intentions cause this ### Old Bore water replace to new which opposite My Rolling Shelter these what Criminal Conspiracy God knows also Global knows If any Criminal Conspiracy they will Punish by God.This Problems identified that Old Bore Water spot replaced to New one which is kept by My House opposite in between House door and Rolling Shop not legally Acceptable.which is enforce court of law. However Kindly Remove Bore Water Point with immediate make work order specified my case get earlier Sanction work order from BBMP If send me copy of Work order I approach to concern authority to earlier Sanction Work order to complete the this modify Bore water Work

                          3) While discussing this Critical issue BBMB Asst Engineer was seen Old Bore water Point also which shifted to new Bore water Point which intention happen by Anil Ranganna Such irregularities modify work order accept to Removal Bore Water Kept to Old Bore Water Spot which no dispute slove the Problems

                          4) I bring few Important issue to make making extra New two Bore water tap Connective next to My House Sir Elumalai Retired Sorting Postman Another one between Sir Raju Retired Sub Inspector and Sir Selvam they are newly Constructed House not getting Bore Water. My Motive is getting Bore Water Right Valid Owners House it's tents all equally they are forgery and threat and cheating others Properties This case All owners are Intergity Valued Owners not invalid owners that kept point View I request BBMP Authority and CM Karnataka and Water Ministry grant additional two more Bore water Point with immediate effect to make making Work orders sanction by concern Authority is My Prayer

                            I am living in a rented house in jp nagar 7th phase. My electricity bill came as rs.3433 where my consumption charge is only rs.502.16. They have added rs.2931.00 as credits & adjustment. Without explaining anything to my owner they gave the bill. Without giving any reason they simply added extra charge in bill. I lodged a complaint in bescom portal. I tried calling customer service which is termed as 24 x 7 but it isn't reachable. I am in a situation where i can't go to the consent place to enquire. Requesting your help. Even i couldnt find any proper details in google or bescom website also. Requesting with utmost humbleness to look into this and remove the extra charge or give a proper explanation for that charge. As a rented people i am not supposed to pay this charge if my owner needs to pay that. My owner is not understanding this and asking me to enquire and pay this amount.

                                My mother who is a senior citizen applied for name change ( fast trac service) online uploaded all documents and payed the fees. After one week i requested the helpdesk that service request is not completed how many days will it take. Helpdesk forwarded trailing complaint to respected division. Again after 2 days again i raised the issue and helpdesk forwarded again. But nothing happened. Next day Again i raised the issue and help desk forwarded but nothing happen. Then i thought of escalating the issue with next level. But it requires some docket number. Then i requested help desk for docket number. They replied your application is still pending. For further assistan please contact below numers. Then i called one of the number ( miss soumya) and enquired she replied i know your payment has been accepted bring documents and show. I replied i have already uploded it. She said you have to bring document. Then i enqired with helpdesk she asked for docs physicaly since i have uploaded and its fasttrack should i subimt docs. Help desk replied no. Only i have to submit acknowledgement. I replied to help desk it has not mentioned in portal to submit acknowledgment physicaly still i will submit all docs physicaly. But i believe honarable govt. Introduced online and fast track services so that consumers should not have hassle to vist officess. I will check through RTI. Then help desk forwarded that mail. After some time i saw my service request is closed but with out changing name.when i enquired helpdesk service request is closed has the name change done. They replied its still showing the old owner name again they gave same person number to contact.
                                Is it wrong to ask why should we physically submit docs when uploaded online.

                                  The amount has been debited from the bank account but it is still showing in the bescom account that the amount is due.

                                    Ref our customer id [protected] m. R code[protected].
                                    I am getting a very excess bill that is above ₹1500 since 4 months

                                    The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between ₹400 to 500

                                    I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check whether somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.

                                    I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

                                      Hi, I have paid my elctricity bill of BESCOM of karnataka for the month of Nov 2018 of Rs 1769.00 on 9th dec 2018 from my Airtel Payment bank account. The amount got deducted from my account but not reflected in BESCOM account.
                                      Still it was showing unpaid in Karnatakaone website.

                                      So i have paid through karnatakaone again of rs 1769.00 rupees.

                                      In Airtel payment bank wallet i got the message as it will get reflected within 2 working days. It has been a month still it was not reflected in BESCOM account of mine.\

                                      I have mentioned my consumer number with the transaction number that i had got from the Payment made by me.

                                      I got the confirmation from airtel payment bank customer service that the transaction was processed successfully.

                                        Hello,

                                        I had raised a complaint regrading excess billing for the month of Oct-2018.

                                        Complaint details -
                                        Docket no- DS17DUNP51
                                        Dated 27-Nov-2018.

                                        For October 2018, month there was a mistake while billing update in BESCOM system.

                                        I received the printed with 1 amount and the BESCOM billing portal showed different readings.

                                        Printed bill no[protected], Rs. 491
                                        Online Bill no[protected], Rs. 1656

                                        I raised the concerns through telephonic conversations, email and even visited their offices. no resolution.

                                        During all these 3 months I interacted with multiple MRs, account dept staff, the JE and for unknown reasons nobody resolved this problem after listening to my apathy though everyone agreed it's a mistake in the system.

                                        However after visiting the Bescom offices at HAL road and Marathahalli I got to know it was a mistake in the system during the transfer of accounts from HAL to Marathahalli division. And now neither of the offices is taking the onus for this mistake.

                                        On top of all this I am not able to clear the bills for subsequent months as BESCOM doesn't accept part payment of the billing amount. And all the billing amount is added on as due amount for last 3 months (Nov, Dec, Jan).

                                        Now I don't have power in my house since yesterday as the new MR doesn't know all this history and the due amount is above Rs 2000.

                                        This is complete harassment by BESCOM staff even after having advanced setup for handling grievances. It clearly shows technology can't help unless people using it are irresponsible and negligent.

                                        Please note, JE responsible for Kariyammana agrahara road, kadubisanhalli area was never available during my 3 visits to Marathahalli BESCOM office, and the other JE was not ready to address the matter and provide any suggestions.

                                        I intentionally have not mentioned the names of the staff in public forum. I can share more information with respective authority if needed.

                                        There has been no action from BESCOM yet, they have disconnected power and demanding bill payment instead of resolving this dispute. The AE is also adamant on asking to meet the officials in person and does not matter if they are absent during work hours during my past 3 visits to their office.
