We have installed and commissioned a solar roof top power generation system at our residence in
R r nagar, b, lore.in spite of it being commissioned and synchronised to the grid by bescom officials on 06. Sept. 2019. We have not received the net meter billing yet.

This is not any encouragement to others to install the solar power unit even when there is so much talk about advantages of solar energy and reduction of environmental impact.

Please do persuade bescom to speed up the process and hassle free billing.

I was billed in the excess of 1000 times my normal bill. My bill in October was 658, I almost collapsed looking at my November bill. My November bill is 10, 170. It is extremely frustrating after following up for close to 4 weeks now. BESCOM AEE tried to threaten me becauseI complained about the lineman coming totally drunk and unable to stand.

    I have been residing at the following residential address from dec 2018 till nov 2019

    Property owner mr. Was charging me the electricity bill of rs.300 everymonth without even submitting the actual power bill. I have noticed that it was a illegal power supply to the house which i was rented in during the above specified time. Is there a way to take a action on the property owner with this reason.

    Hi Team,

    what is the action taken against this case. My owner Stating that BESCOM have charged him Rs.300 for the Electricity consumption. Who is the incharge of BESCOM officer for this Location : Bettadasanapura, Jally Machine Stop? why is he deducting charges without even providing the bill. And another concern is how did he arrive at Rs.300 when the Metering is not set? Please suggest me the way forward immediately.

      I have paid the power supply bill due for 16th november, 2019 month as per the following details.

      Place of residence has changed. The biller was not deleted from smartpay option and bill amount was deducted due to smartpay activation in hdfc online banking. However, now the residence has changed and i am already paying electricity bill for different residence.

          Yesterday evening 6pm the power was gone.. Today now the time is 4pm.. No water.. Nothing.. We called many times no response.. One of my flatmate went to current ofz they told him that they wil come around 1pm.. Till now no one came.. This is rediculous..in our andhra apart from regular powercuts if power goes means they will come and resolve in 1hr..

            We have unusual and very frequent power cuts in our locality. Locality is shridi sai rathan layout/ mcechs layout hedgenagar/ dr shivram karanth nagar -560077. From past 2-3 months we are facing this frequent and long hours of power cuts, sometimes entire day we have no power at all, and we requested on several occasions to customer care to escalate as this is now everyday problem. We need higher authority to really address this issue as soon as possible. Everytime we call customer care gives us some lame excuses but nothing is done to resolve these issues.

                Fed up with bescom service, I don't know whether they are playing with peoples or what. Ramamurthy Nagar the place name where I stay if rain comes within a second they will cut off the electricity for almost a day. Almost every time I face this problem and I think it shouldn't be in place like bangalore. These people's never forget to get the amount then why we should suffer for them.

                  I suddenly received a very high bescom bill of 15, 000 rupees last month especially when i was the only person at home most of the days. On informing at least 2 weeks ago the bescom guys take their time and say it is some issue of mine, later saying it is a meter issue etc. They now say the bill is coming as high as 70, 000 rupees and cranking on per their records. Normal bill will be around 6, 000 rupees. The bescom guys say the meter is wrong but seem to suggest i need to pay the 15, 000 bill and dispute other etc. But taking time to fix issue. Please advice.

                  These power supply issue is so bad in chikkadevasandra KR puram

                  Power is not even there for 5hrs to 7 hrs

                  People are suffering due to this
                  Power Fluctuation, no power in some of the flats. Problem faced from past 4 days. Due to power fluctuation, TV got damaged. There is flickering of lights due to power fluctuation.
                  There is no electricity since morning and we are continuously raising complaints but all in vain...there are elders new borns at home and it's really tough to manage without current...it's really sad that no action has been taken inspite of repeated complaints

                      Dear officials,

                      I live in very small 1bhk apartment with 3 cfl bulbs and 2 fans. For month of may and june i have got bill of amount rs.450 and rs 488. But recently for past 2 months i have getting bills of rs. 988 and rs.1040 for the months of july and august.
                      It is not possible for above stated electric equipments to consume such watts of electric.
                      I think this might have been caused due to faulty meter boards or cross connection.
                      Please help me with this issue.

Even though power is not connected 6 units been used up by meter(faulty meter). I am alone and I won't cook and wont use washing machine, fridge. Expecting min bill.                         There are regular voltage fluctuations in four houses on dr. Raj road,
                        Chikkabommasandra, yelahanka new town from the past 15 days. Numerous
                        Complaints lodged on the helpline 192 and all complaints are closed
                        Without attending the complaint. Who is responsible to do this???
                        When i asked the helpline yesterday 11/09/2019 at 6.15pm that why our
                        Complaints are closed without attending he is simply arguing on the
                        Subject and rude in answering. Why do you have helplines to make our
                        Lives miserable.

                        All electrical equipments are damaged / not working due to the above.
                        Yesterday there was a spark in the electric pole opposite to house
                        No. 5 & 6 on raj road chikkabommasandra, yelahanka new town and no
                        Power since yesterday morning. There were several children playing
                        Near that area. Is bescom responsible for the lives. Shocked to see
                        The way bescom and thier helplines work. Such a shame on bescom.
                        Do attend the complaint immediately.

                        The bescom helpline is not at all useful as there is no monitoring
                        Of complaints???

                            In j. P. Nagar i phase, near j. P nagar health center, bengaluru-560078 is one park maintained by bbmp. The whole park will be in darkness during night times. However, by 4-30 a. M the lights glow and until 9.00 a. M there will be glowing lights. How ridiculous it is.
                            People who go for walk in the evening and up to 8 p. M have to walk in complete darkness. What a critical situation for them!!! Those who walk in 8 a. M will have full glowing lights. Do they need it at that time???
                            Pl look into the matter and it would be better if solar lights are fixed in the park and save electricity and provide lights to walking people at night.

                            Wiring not insulated near the pole, can lead to some accident (shock as kids play around) TC/258/103/SVG/SE/06/06 04/S is the no on the pole
                            Please provide street light in hegde Nagar first cross. The roads are digged up and it is pitch dark. With rains everywhere red mud which is slippery. The street light works only for few days then it goes off and no one to take care of.

                                Mutthappa block, ganganagar has been having continuous power issue. Even after mutiple complains no results. Power outages happen every single day. And some days power is not there for 5-6 hours a day. Its hampering normal life. Illegal power usage and mall practice are done by bescom. No one to look into it and rectify it. It its not addressed at high priority. Complain will be made to ministry level with written complain from the local people

                                  I have no electricity in my house since over 8 hrs now, bescom line man by the name of narayan swamy in whitefield eo4 subdivision, just took the fuse away without even letting me know and cross checking if i have any dues. I have no dues whatsoever and paid my bills on time. Stil i am made to run between one bescom office to another. Very pathetic and no one to help. The line man responsible is not even reachable now.

                                    Got an excess bill of rs 3291 for last month

                                    The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs 700 to 800

                                    I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check whether somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why i got so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.

                                      I created fast track name change request on june 27 2019 from bescom online portal and the request number is [protected]. Even after calling helpline there is no update on resolution of the request till july-09 and still waiting. The request was closed but there was no communication and also any update on what change was made or what action i have to take or anything missing from my end. There was no updates and helpine team is not at all useful as they have just forwarded my request to other ids like m. Suresh - aeec4. [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@bescom.co.in and aaoc4. [protected]@gmail.com where no one from that has responded. Nearly 3 to 4 emails sent but still no response.

                                      There is no meaning of having fast track when the process is not working. I have paid the amount of 618/- so i would request for refund.

                                      Please improve the process of communication the requestor for smooth operation.in this era of technology and internet we still don't have good online process then its really sad.

                                      For guys who are still looking for an update, i got a call from BESCOM.customer care and as per them online process is not alone sufficient for the name transfer . You need to present yourself at the BESCOM.office .

                                      I know cases where people were asked to.pay bribe .Once bribe is paid, immediately the name change will happen.!

                                        I made a payment of 2037 from my icici account towards electricity charges.
                                        My account got debited. But billdesk showed my transaction as declined.

                                        When i checked the bescom account again the amount is showing as not paid.
