It has been several months we are facing multiple power outages in a single day. After several complaints being registered with customer care, still the problem is not sorted out. The power cut is very unplanned and happens any time in day irrespective of the of multiple complaints logged no sincere actions are being taken. This unplanned outages occurs for hours causing unpleasant situation to our daily routine. Even though being in bangalore city, we are placed in place worse than a village.
Nobody is taking the complaints seriously, and making us hopeless.

Sir, the result of my college has not come out yet and all the college opportunities have come out. Megh Singh Degree College's BSc Third semester has not been so far outPlease do not hurry to get Sir Result as soon as possible

    We live in ags layout - arehalli-subramanyapura post, bangalore-560061 since three days street lights are not working. Even i am dialing 1612 & isro layout street lights bescom complaints division which are not responding.
    This situation is causing a lot of inconvenience to our layout people, visibility is very zero as street lights are not working. So i humbly request you to get the street lights fixed so that it is night safety. Please do the needful and oblige.

          Sir/Madam,

          This is to draw your attention towards the pilferage of electricity by the residents of "Amruth Haralayya and Rajendra Hadapad" in Basavan Sangolagi (Kuni Sangavi), Tq: Aland, Dist: Gulbarga, causing a lot of inconvenience to citizens since from 10 Years, who have a regular connection. As a matter of fact, most of the residents are using jumpers, the moment there is a power-theft by from other connections, it pressurises the transformer to generate power more than its capacity, leading to oc­casional breakdown of the transformers. In this regard I would like to suggest that you should conduct a sur­prise raid in the home of "Amruth Haralayya and Rajendra Hadapad" in Basavan Sangolagi (Kuni Sangavi), Tq: Aland, Dist: Gulbarga, after 7:00 PM to till morning 6:00 AM . Although this aspect is already in the knowledge of the staff of electricity office, yet no action has been taken, and the culprits are enjoying at the expense of people like us, who are the ultimate sufferers of such type of mal-activity.

          Hope, your good self will look into the matter and take proper and immediate action.

            Hello,
            I live in no. 975 building hsr layout sector 2. I would like to complaint about the disconnection of electricity before the due date which is 26/03/2018.
            I was not in bangalore for few days and reached today only in the morning, after reaching i find out that there is no electricity at my room, first i thought it's a power outage but no, people on the first or second floor had the electricity which i realised too late.
            I would like bescom to reconnect the electricity because i have paid my bill through paytm this morning.

                  This complaint is with regards to the bescom process. I paid my bills on time and even before time always. These guys cut the electricity of my house since monday and since last 5 days i am without electricity. I went to the bescom office in btm and they asked me to pay the current month bill which is due on 26th feb 2018. They asked me to go back as they would come back and fix it. Again when i call these guys they are asking me to go there. Firstly ask them to speak politely to customers and secondly keep someone really professional to attend calls and understand people. And i donot understand why they have a 24*7 helpline when they generate docker id but no proper system or manpower to process that. Finally i called the 1912 helpline and someone says within 45 minutes we are going to resolve the issue. I decided not to call these guys again. This is indeed a harrasment.
                  Too much power cut in ayappa layout.3rd cross, Marathalli.without rain also frequent power cut.please provide basic facility to citizen.

                      Worst congress government.. There is huge power cut in my are not able to study. Power cut in not only in one specific time, it occurs randomly whenever is possible.. Being a metropoliton city i cannot expect frequent power cut atleast. Please guys decide whom you want to elect next time..
                      It's so frustrating when you want to study or do some work you will find there is no power.. Really pathetic situation.

                        Bescom's temporary meter reader from kudlu gate, bommanahalli, bangalore - 68 office had removed the fuse for 40+ flats in vandana earls court in the month of jan 20017 and on 01st feb 2018.

                        1. And at times he disconnected few flats which had no arrears or any disputes with bescom.

                        2. For any dues of non payment of asd (Advance security deposit), the bescom is not including it in the main bill nor printing it legitimately that the consumer can read it. So we tend to look at the main due and pay it on time which never showed any arrears.

                        3. For those who make the payment thru auto biller, bescom doesnt produce the asd bill and we miss to pay it as the online account shows the due as 0.

                        The bescom is either not improving their system of communicating the dues with clear messages (Sms or email or include the asd dues part of main bill under different head like service charges).

                        Also there is no due date mentioned in the monthly bill about asd non payment.

                        So under what policy, section & clause are they exercising their power to cut the supply?
                        Their staffs dont even show the list of flats to be disconnected while entering the premises and always argue with the security when they are asked to sign in the visitors register.

                        Bescom must also co-operate with the security policies of the apartment's and instruct their staffs to be professionals instead of misbehaving.

                        Hope the bescom officials will get this message and take some action.

                        This is regarding ASD payment in our apartment there no maintenance charges taken, so the owner has asked to share the asd amount among tenants as we have stayed here for more than a year because from the deposit s they had deposited it is credited pls comment on this

                          I have a bill issue for account id [protected]. For november bill, i was charged for 3 months reading in 1 month and the bill had come to rs 4600. After raising this complaint, i had received a call stating that my bill has been reduced from 4600 to 2700 and will reflect in december bill. I have got the december bill and it does not include any adjustment as was mentioned earlier.

                          Can we please look into this urgently?

                            Every month i pay my electricity bill through online service providers. I have also paid my bills for the last month nov, 2017 on the 3rd of december, 2017. I checked in the bescom website bill payment portal which shows that there is no pending bills. Still the electrician is coming and disconnecting my lines. This is not the first time and has happened many times before. Please take necessary steps so that it does not happen again and again...

                              3 complaints lodged on 1912 since 11th dec requesting reconnection of line.

                              Got 10 calls per day from bescom office only to ask "has the issue been resolved" to which the obvious answer was "no, please guide and help".

                              Technicians and subdivision ae's number was given by bescom office to contact them and seek help. Extremely rude behaviour by both of them. Technician refuses to come and fix the issue.

                              Wrote mails to [protected]@gmail.com only to receive automated reply.

                              No electricity at house premise for the past 8 days even after complaining thrice. Who is answerable?

                                My consumer number is [protected]. I have received a bill of 8170 rupees for the period 01/nov/17 to 01/dec/17.in the last two months i have received bills less than 200 rupees.

                                Looks like three months bill has been sent together which has resulted in a huge amount of 8170/- rupees. This has been due to the fact that higher slab rates have been applied.

                                Request to normalize the bill for last 3 months and send me revised bill.

                                    My bescom account number is [protected], i got incorrect bill for november -17 and the amount for one month (Billing date 01/10/17 to 01/11/17) is inr 3070. This is my second bill for my new house and i got the entire units in this bill which was consumed from october. For the month on 01/9/17 to 01/10/17 i was charged only for 2 units.
                                    I should have been charged the consumed units only for the month which i consumed the units because of this problem my slab rates are high for the novemeber. Since it was last minute i have to pay the bill so that i dont default. Now i want that bills to be looked again and provide me the refund after adjusting the correct due for billing date 01/10/17 to 01/11/17.

                                      December 106 units - bill 1586/-
                                      November 123 units - bill 854/-
                                      October 164 units - bill 2043/-
                                      September 128 units - bill 898/-

                                      July 112 units - bill 655/-

                                      As you can see the
                                      October bill units are less than august bill units. But still got a higher bill value in october.
                                      December bill units are less than july bill units but still got a higher value bill in december

                                      58888 - i sent the message with my account id and details.. Got the reply invalid request menu dial 58888511 for examresults. Rs10/min. Cri for cricket score. News for news. Jokes for jokes etc..

                                      What is the next step???

                                      Look to get this rectified.
