Hi,

My electricity bill amount of Feb was 205, Bill was generated on 12th Feb and after two days I paid my will online.
When the new bill came for the month of Mrach, I see that we have added 205 as well from Feb, so the bill has already been paid on 14th Feb but still not updated, please help me urgent, below is the required details:

    Transformer is burning from last half an hour. It may lead to a dangerous accident. There is some problem in this area, every time some transformer issues are there. Please get this fixed.. It looks very dangerous. It can lead to serious problem

      My bescom account no is [protected]. I have not received the printed bill for the month of march 2017. When i checked online, the bill is shown as rs6539. My average monthly bill is in between rs850 to rs1150. There is some wrong calculations for this month. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

      I am staying in the apartment and as per our care taker, the person came to generate the electricity bill on 10th march 2017 has entered wrong meter reading which results in high amount. That is the reason he has not handed over the bill.

      Two times I have put a complaint for this issue. But no response. This month the bill is huge and we didn't use electricity so much. No response received from electricity board regarding same. Please assist!
      Tree is growing over the transformers and electricity wires and growing over the house to be pruned. West cliff Keshavaraj Lay out 3rd cross Cambridge road Halasuru. Yesterday one huge branch fell and still lying on the house gate and road.

        The Power outage in the K.R.Puram area is very frequent and almost everyday we are losing 3-4 hours through power cut which is making our work/personal life very difficult.

        The power outage has to be informed to the customers so that we will finish our tasks in before hand. Kindly treat this as priority as the Electricity is the basic people need's and we need this for our everyday life

            Hello Bescom, I had taken a temporary connection, date[protected] with RR #
            7SKTP-17229 and 7SKTP-19823. Amount of 22, 100 has to be adjusted to RR#
            7MSKL-77159 and this has not been done for past 2 years. Please check and help us resolving this outstanding amount and arrange for a refund of the deposit amount. This is pending for many days, Please resolve this. Please find attached the photocopy

                I paid BESCOM Bill through HDFC BANK/PAYTM and since the first transaction failed I paid it again. Hence it has been paid twice.
                Bank has informed that the first transaction was actually successful hence request BESCOM to refund the amount

                  I'd made online payment of rs 323 towards bescom through freecharge service on 15 dec 2016. The transaction was successful but fund transfer was delayed till date. A message showing your transaction to bescom will be delayed, regret inconvenience. Eve after 7days the payment is not made. And it is ridiculous that there is response from your side. Last day for bill payment is 22 dec 2016. I need immediate transfer of funds to bescom. Transaction details: order id:fcew[protected]. Bescom id: [protected]

                            Dear sir,
                            Bescom keeps disconnecting electricity everyday from morning 6am till 1pm.everyday I call and log complaint. They restore the electricity for 5mins and close the complaint and then again disconnect it for 2 to 3hours.Why are they treating rural area people as animals to save electricity. Why are they not disconnecting city areas every area for 30 to 40mins ?? Today the current has gone for 5hours. They automatically closed my complaint .please do the needful or let me know if there is anyway it can be highlighted to higher level .

                              I am living in b.Narayanapura area next to mahadevapura flyover since last 6 months. I am facing the unnecessary power cuts for hours ever since I shifted here. This is a daily drama. The power will be cut for 2 to 5 minimum and on calling their helpline number either they won't pick up or they'll give some nonsense excuse as to why power is not there. On top of it, even though power is not there at least 40% of the month my bill is coming very high. I am seriously fed up with these people and their PATHETIC service. I have been patient for a long time now. Daily I have to place at least 5 to 6 calls then only they take any action. For example - Take today only, on 22th Oct, 2016 the power has been out since 10AM in the morning and it's 2:30 PM now and still no power and their helpline is not working and other numbers they are not picking up. I mean what is the use of giving a 24X7 number if it is not working...idiots. Seriously PATHETIC Service. No respect for other people time and how their services are affecting us on a daily basis..heartless people.

                                I am staying at a rented house at following address. BESCOM person come and disconnected electricity Connection with out any notice. All money reflecting in bill are paid by online and no outstanding amount is pending even as per every moth bill. Still connection disconnected saying Rs110/- pending. That amount is mentioned on Pen on printed bill and also not reflecting in online payment.
                                Last date for Paying bill is 25Th of every month no outstanding payment.
                                What ever the amount mentioned in Pen are legally correct or not sure. That amount will not reflect in invoice. And forcing us go BESCOM office and making us pay money.

                                  Dear Sir, I am Smitha Nair Flat No B 311 Nishant Prime Himadihalli, White field Bangalore.since last March 2015 minimum ELECTRICITY BILL charge was 133/=and153/=per month respectively.Last month it shows 363/= and I deposited online in time till last month.This month it shows Rs 716/=instead of Rs 153/=as I am not living/locked my flats since took possession.may I know the reason.The builder provided my meter No.is 42397484 in 4th panel RR NO MSEEH109708 and I D No provided by Biulder is[protected].I always made the payment in advance to avoid the disconnection.

                                  Kindly let me know why this increase taking place( not using a single unit since took possession in December 2014)

                                        There is a 24X7 service by bescom to resolve electricity issues. I waited in the office for an hour but could not find the incharged person nor could i reach them over phone. But next day after paying the due amount, i asked them to reconnect my electricity connection. The person incharge denied to do so saying it was a government holiday, asked me to come by 4 PM. I insisted that 24X7 is the service assured by bescom and the reply was rude. But again there was noone available in the office at 4 PM. Later after lodging a complaint via 1912, i got a call after 1 hr asking me to come to the office with the bills. When i reached the office as usual noone was available. After calling the same ph no, the person asked me to come back home. Then the reconnection was done after i visited the office 3 times in one day. The service assures that consumer need not go to the bescom office, the rude behaviour of the staff made my day horribly frustrating just making some random statements.
