I pay my bills via internet banking through my account; however since last 2 months August & september I have not recieved the bills in my online login. Very high electricity bill

I am staying in a small 1 BHK house where I generally use 1 table fan, 1 laptop and 1 or 2 lights for around at max 9 hrs per day. This month my electricity bill shows that 210 units have been consumed and the bill amount is Rs. 942.

It is never possible, there is high probability that there has been some manipulation done near my meter box. Can you please investigate it as soon as possible?

We are experiencing power failure for one phase in Ramanjaneya lauout, Marathalli in Bangalore.
When we are calling BESCOM, they are telling us no one has compained regarding the same and asking us to call another number to give the complaint. But no one lifts that other number.

Wrong Billing
