On 04-sep-2017, i have boarded an 500 ca ac volvo bus from jayadeva and took a ticket to kundalahalli colony. By the time bus reached silk board, since there was heavy rush of passengers in d bus, the conductor has guided some o[censored]s to get down and board another 500ca as there were seats available there. When i went as per directions into another bus the conductor over there asked for ticket and i have shown my ticket taken in other bus. Then he started yelling at me that i can board a bus by taking in another bus. He just stopped the bus in the middle of the road and shouting at me infront of all other passengers to get down at the moment. He didnt even take me to nearest bus stop nor the bus which i originally boarded was found. If borading a bus taking ticket in other is mistake i should have been told politely that i should by another ticket as this not acceptable. I had no clue where i was dropped off from the bus and it took lot of time for me to reach my place. Will i get my money back?

Also please make sure that conductors are trained to respect customers and value their views. I cant imagine my situation if it was very late in the night and i was left alone on the mid road by governtment transport.

    Usually i am travelling from st johns hospital to sarjapura by bmtc ordinary bus. I am finding much difficulty to get the bus in this route in the evening time (From 6pm to 8pm) very few buses which runs in half service only ie upto either kanahalli or carmelaram. We can see many buses are going towards electronic city, hosur road via st johns hospital
    Why such a situation when there is huge crowd waiting for the bus in this route
    This is the 2nd time i am putting my request whether bmtc will consider my request or not

      As already complained by many, even today 6-9-2017, there are no buses from kodigehalli gate to sahakarnagar and kodigehalli circle and onwards.

      As i observed nearly 50, 000 per day passengers from kodigehalli gate (Ballari road) to kodige halli circle are struggling to reach their destinations from k halli gate. For further details pl contact mob;[protected].
      Therefore, i request on behalf of all such passengers to introduce at least mini buses services frequently covering kodigehalli gate, sahakarnagar, k-halli circle, virupakshapura, p&t colony, defence colony, thindlu, vidyaranyapura and back.
      This will ease the problems of such a huge bmtc commuters and bmtc will also get good profits. It may be remembered that this trip covers super markets, super speciality hospitals, international schools, along side of the resedintial areas.
      Awaiting early action to introduce a least immediate trial trips are expected.

        Today morning at around 8:10 am i boarded bus 600 f. The ticket issuer was at the other end of the bus so i thought i will wait until he comes near the front rows as it was very crowded.in the next stop a ticker checker got up i didnt even know that she was one and gave her the money to give the ticket as i thought she is a ticket checker. She started shouting at me and told me to give fine for not having ticket. I told her politely that i would have got the ticket but because of the crowd i was waiting for the conductor to come. She took 200rs for me and gave me receipt which says i boarded the bus from chandapura which is not true. When i asked her name she refused to tell me.
        What happened to me was unfair and the way she was shouting at me was shocking. When i asked her name she did not even tell me that. Neither could the bus driver or conductor. I pay my tax and i always buy tickets then why this kind of treatment with me?
        I request you to please resolve this issue. The receipt says y-16c 011970. Handwritten 78969 is also written probably that's the bus number. This is not just about money. It is also about how the staff should behave. Please help me so that next time such incident does not happen again with another person.

          Hi,
          Being a student we are facing a issue of bmtc from peenya/jalahallicross/nes to dibbur cross, morning we have 2 busses to reach college around 8.15 to 9 and there are hundreds of students waiting for the same.. Presidency college is also not taking any actions on the regarding the travelling part. All the students are facing issue missing out the classes, taking blames for being late and it's effecting their studies as well. Government is held responsible for the worst and irresponsible routing. I hope this will be considered as a serious action before taking risk on student's life & career.. Thank you

            I want to lodge a complaint against conductor and driver of bmtc bus (Details in the attachment). The incident occurred on 26th august 2017 around 9.30 a. M. At hebbagodi. I boarded the bus at btl college and asked for the ticket to hebbagodi. The ticket charge is rs.5 and i gave a 50 rs note to the conductor. Though he had enough change at that time to give the balance amount, he asked me to collect the balance while i get down at hebbagodi (The journey time was 5-10 minutes).
            I asked him for balance amount when i reached hebbagodi and he gave me rs. 25 instead of 45. When i asked for remaining 20 rs, he told he don’t have change and i need to wait if i need the remaining amount. The bus already started and i informed the driver to stop the bus. He stopped the bus and communicated something with the conductor in kannada (Which i didn’t understood) and started abusing me loudly in front of all the passengers and again started the bus. I shouted at the driver to stop the bus and took a snap of bus number and him and told i will complain this. He again abused me in kannada while i got down from the bus.

            I request the concerned ksrtc/bmtc officer to take the necessary action so that this won’t happen to passengers again. Also request you to let me know the status of this at the earliest.

              Hi we are finding difficulty to get the bmtc buses from st johns hospital to sarjapura in the evening time (Between 6-8pm).
              Hardly very few buses are only plying with very short distance upto doddakanahalli. Even if we travel up to doddakanahalli we could not get bus to sarjapura either we have to wait for 342a which is coming from city market or from kbs (342f) after very long time
              We are seeing some private buses are plying during this time. But since we are regularly using bmtc monthly pass (Rs 1050) we could not travel on those bus.

              During day time we saw many buses 342h are plying between st johns hospital and sarjapura but in the night time we could not see any such buses

              Hence we need more buses on this route especially evening time

              Today on 22.08.2017 i have travelled by BMTC BUS NO. KA 01/57F/479. (401 BUS)Time between 10.10 am to 10.25 am
              I gave 10 Rs. for two tickets to conductor but he havent give the ticket.
              Asked few times but he did not give ticket.
              Pls dont encourage like this behaviour. I am not arguing for 10 Rs. .

                I travelled in a bmtc volvo bus in bangalore today from kadubeesanahalli to karthik nagar in an airport bus # ka 57 f 343 (@ 5.45 pm on august 23 2017). Since i did not had exact change, i gave the conductor 101 rs for 21 rs ticket. He asked me to give change, and i said i don't have. Soon he started shouting at me and asked me to get out of the bus. Since it was too late for me and my kids were waiting for me at day care, i did not get out of the bus. The bus was stopped for few minutes to send me out @ marathahalli bridge, but i was not ready to go out. He finally gave me a ticket and asked me to wait until my stop to give the change. I agreed, and evenafter having enough change, he was not paying me. Moreover he was insulting me in front of other travelers in kannada (He thought i didn't understand). As soon as the bus reached my stop, i asked him for change and he gave all torn notes. I refused to take and after few minutes he gave me good notes. Through out my travel i had to go through a lot of pain. Despite being a woman, he gave me no respect. After paying volvo bus a high charge, the service i got was very poor. Kindly request to take necessary action against him

                  Respected sir,

                  This is sujay a pu student... I travel in bus from my college (Esteem mall) to shivajinagar.. The bus number ka 51 f 2147 (Yelankha-shivajinagar)[284g]. The bus on 21-8-17 dint stop at the bus stop and more than 10 passengers were waiting for the bus for atlest more than 45 minutes and wen we saw the bus coming but it dint stop at esteem mall bus stop.. This all happened around 2:04pm... Plz do the needfull sir... All the students are dependent on the bus only

                    I was travelling with ac bus having no ka01fa1395 and the ac was not working and when asked the same to conductor he started shouting and told me to take another bus. If we are paying the ac bus fare then ac should work else they could have displayed the board as non ac. This is not with every bus but you should regret for inconvenience if caused but should not start shouting.

                        Hi,
                        Brother on 14-aug-2017, has got the bmtc smart card from kengeri satellite counter.
                        When he boarded bus at vijayanagar, somebody has stolen.
                        Then he tried calling to the axis bank help line, they were telling that the card details was not updated in there data base and asked to check with bmtc counter.
                        On 16-aug-2017, he got police acknowledgement saying as the card was stolen and went to majestic counter to get the duplicate smart card. But they refused to provide the duplicate smart card, instead they asking him to get the new one with the same amount have to paid again.
                        Why we have to pay again the same amount. Then where the initial paid amount went. This is not the way to treat poor students where money is a crucial thing. Please provide the duplicate smart card as soon as possible.

                            Today morning[protected] from Chanshandra I took BMTC bus at around 5:45 A.M. for ITPL and issued non A.C. day pass (Rs 70). Actually I had to go to majestic. So I took bus from ITPL and that time I came to know that the conductor of previous bus had issued Sunday pass. He punched correct day, month and gender.
                            Conductor of majestic bus told that to give complain at majestic and they will refund the amount. I went to enquire counter to ask where I have to give complain. They told they can't do anything. I have to go and search bus and take the refund or take new pass.
                            They suggested platform No 17 as that bus was traveling to Tin factory. It was very difficult to find that bus as I wasn't knowing bus number.
                            I request you to please take some action against that conductor because at same time he issued day pass to other 4members and definitely they also faced the same issue as I faced. Generally in hurry we don't notice these type of error.

                              From last one and half month only 4 conductors issued me tickets. Even if i ask for ticket they do not issue the ticket and on top of that they yell at me to get down your stop is here. Some times they do not even issue the change and the ticket as well.
                              Today it's the worst i asked for the ticket he yelled at me like anything as if i have committed some mistake and embarrassed me in front of public.
                              I take bus from veerannapallya to Manyata Tech park.

                                Bmtc bus conductors do not give balance amount if the ticket costs rs. 19 from st. Johns to sarjapur road, kaikondrahalli. When asked for change they say "i don't have".
                                Is rs. 1 not earned by passengers? Every time i travel that route i have to force myself to not ask for balance 1 rupee because the conductor insults passenger for it. Are we passengers supposed to have change for 9 rupee?
                                They always give torn ten rupee note and when i say it's torn give me another note they use abusive language. This is a everyday routine and the more we ask the more they abuse.
                                This incident happened even today 13 august 2017 at 8.11pm, from st. Johns hospital to sarjapur road, kaikondrahalli, vehicle number - ka 57 f 760, bus number 342.

                                  It was not pleasure in travelling in bmtc bus at midnight. I boarded the bus at 2 .45 am but driver and conductor left the bus after issuing the tickets to all passengers in the bus and came back at 3.45 am. This ia not the way it should have gone. Bmtc must take care of this.

                                      Bus No. K2 is the only bus which connects areas like Hebbal, Boopasandra, Nagashettyhalli, Sanjaynagar, RMV II stage, Ramaiah Hospital, IISc, CPRI, Yeshwanthpur, etc. to the nearest Metro Station i.e. Sandal Soap Factory. Unfortunately this bus does not stop at the Metro Station though it goes via the bust stop meant for the Metro station and stops only at ISKCON. For a passenger from these areas who wants to take the metro after getting down at ISKCON it is very difficult to cross the Chord road to the other side and take the metro entry or come back and cross the Dr. Rajkumar road and take the metro entry on this side. There are no pedestrian crossings on both roads. BMTC can think of having a bus stop at Soap Factory Metro station for K2 or run feeder bus services from these areas to cater to the needs of passengers who want to use the metro.

                                        I am a college student.. I have a student pass. I get on the bus at chikkakalasandra
                                        But today i got on the bus in the behind stop which is 100m away... The conducter of bus 375d / ka 01 fa 1893 insulted me for getting on the bus and started scolding me in bad words in kannada and charged 50rs and he insulted me very badly in front of everyone. How can he do this!! He isn't fit for conducter job..!!
