The conductor misbehaved with me as the permanent address is written on my id card which doesn't match with my current address.. He told me to get down from the bus or take the ticket as he thought i was travelling via wrong route.. I want u to take strict action against him and choose a literate conductor so that he can read the address properly and do not misbehave with any women...

Today, ie, on 25-nov, i was standing for g2 at bellandur gate from 1:05pm to 2:30pm for going to mg road (Bangalore). But there was no trace of g2 bus. The app shows many bus timing.

This has caused immense problem for me..

I was having very important work to complete at mg road, bangalore.

Who will listen?

Who cares?

Bmtc please listen and do not put citizen in trouble.br...

conductor charging more for ticket

I hav uploaded the pic which bus i was travelling from east end busstop to sony signal 201d bus no ka-01fa-1332i asked for a ticket to sony signal which is rupee 17th but this person gave ticket for indranagar police station which charges around 20 this isn't the first time am facing this problem i want to take strict action towards this conductor wen i asked him he said i did that by mistake it's a complete lame excuse...

didn't give ticket of same amount as charged

Today i took bus ka-01 fa971 from nagawara to kempapura and the conductor charged 10rs. When i asked for ticket first he was not ready to give, but when i forced him to give me than he give me ticket of rs5 and then just moved away. If does this with me, he must be taking money from others like this, which is not correct. This is not the first time this happened with me... Many conductors behave like this. Some strict action must be taken....

I travelled in the bmtc bus reg no ka-53-f-126 through electronic city phase 1 route at about 7:45 pm today. I got into the bus from neeladri and i was supposed to go till electronic city. The bus was full and people were hanging in the door step. Me and my friend got into the bus n we were standing in the door step itself. no accuracy for bus route 316 v

Sir

The bus 316v in the route byappanhalli to kr puram is not come on right time. Especially if the driver is manju nath.. He is taking his own sweet time to start the bus. The timings varies from 6.45 the 7.15 in morning. This is problem for all the public who are depending on this bus during morning hours. So mang students and daily labourers are de po e being on this bus.

Take this as a serious issue...

charged extra for daily pass in bmtc volvo (500ca)

Hi sir,

I travel daily in bmtc volvo bus. Occassionally i choose daily bus pass which costs 147rs (7rs for gst). But as far as i have seen, one among 10 conductors will only be honest and consider 147rs for daily pass.

Many conductors are taking 150rs for the daily pass. When we give 150rs, they will not return change for 3rs (Dont even write on the pass so that we can collect later). And we being it professionals...

Bus no ka-53 f - 031 route from ramurthy nagar to marathahalli. Passenger board the bus around 8.45am. After a long time i boarded the bmtc bus had a very bad experience. I have the driver cum conductor rs 100 and the conductor gave ticket and wrote balance 80 behind the ticket, i did not know what the actual price of ticket. obscene and inappropriate behaviour of bmtc bus conductor

This incident happened on 09/10/2017 around 6:30pm at forum mall bus stop which is in the vicinity to big bazaar.

My neck was held by the govt bmtc bus conductor who was on duty. He abused me! With extremely inappropriate and vulgar words in kannada language (He even involved my family members constantly while cursing me), he held my throat tightly and i was out of breath and choking and i was pushed out of the bus in the middle...

Most of the bus stops are very close to a traffic junction (Banshankari temple stop, going towards kumaraswamy layout) or a crucial turnings (Jayadeva bus stop before flyover, ibblur stop) or the start and end of a flyover or underpass (Basaweswara nagar khb layout) there are lot more examples just like above places within bengaluru where traffic is getting hit because of bmtc...

The bus driver come conductor of bus ka-57- 1906 has took 15 rupees extra charge on travel from tin factory to bellandur. Usual charge is 20 rupees where as he took 35 rupees. I. E he took 15 rupees extra on each passenger and he has spoken very rash with all the passengers. He is very careless in driving where he stopped bus on road and took a parcel of puri. And in the entire journey he was very careless, rash driving and arguing with passengers....
