Conductor behaves very badly with passengers

He behaves very badly. Pushes people like pigs scolds very badly. Even with ladies he does the same.
If he does not have change he can ask us to wait or get down he starts scolding badly for change

    There are insufficient buses, number 410 FC starting from Nayandana Halli and 410 FA starting from Banashankari via Nayandana halli - Nagarabhavi ring road during 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. We need to wait minimum of 1hr to 1 hr 30 mins to get one bus (410FA) which will be very crowded.
    There are lot many private (TT) vehicles plying in this route and there are running full. In-spite of this if no BMTC buses in this route gives a suspicious on deport manager that they are helping private buses in this aspect.

    It is becoming very difficult to travel from Nayandana halli towards Summanahalli (via new ring road). Requesting respective authority to look into this matter and put more buses in this route to ease public who are depending on BMTC buses.

    This is my second complaint, with first complaint being not effective.

      In the route from Hebbal to Silk Board/Banashankari, there are lots of VOlvo buses (500A and 500D) that travel empty or with a few passengers. The buses are very frequent, but as the ticket prices are very high compared to normal buses, they often go empty. So many buses plying empty results in high level of pollution. Why cannot the passengers in Volvo buses be clubbed in a single bus and the frequency reduced? At that time, the number of normal buses should be increased, so that more people can travel conveniently. BMTC is only concerned with profit from a few and do not think about teh latger good for people.

        Rude behavior and used slangs also took more fare cheated on me

        HI SIR\MAM this is a serious issue regarding 306D Bus which runs from devanagundi to majestic.
        The bus conductor took from me more fare for Halasuru to corporation bus stop the fare is 14 RS but this bus conductor took from me 17 RS that too I gave him 20 RS note and he didn't returned me change also. He also argued and talked with me with local slangs and very rudely.

        Generally I go to office from BTM to Richmond Circle on Bike. But today my bike was punctured so my friend dropped me till Nimhans Hospital Bus stop. From there I took bus towards Richmond Circle. Bus Number was KA57F0423.
        When conductor asked for the Ticket I gave him 100Rs note and he returned me 90Rs without giving any ticket. when I asked him for the Ticked he told me to wait. After 5 mints I again asked him for the ticket he said that "ticket price is 12 RS you give me 2 Rs and change I will give you the ticket" . I said that take another 10 Rs from me and give me the ticket writing 8Rs balance behind the ticket. He got angry while doing so and started abusing me in front of other co-passengers. He had change but he still did't give me.
        People in bus told me that this is the Scandal going on, all conductors on the name of change of 1 or 2 Rs don't give tickets to passengers and put that money in their pockets.
        Later I again asked him for the change he very rudely returned 8 Rs to me as People give money to beggars and scolded me again in front of the co-passengers.

        I think BMTC should take a step to educate conductors how to behave with the passengers and start checking for the Scandal happening in the name of the change.

          We are residents from D group layout. Our route buses are C4 and C4A, Begining we had 8 buses in our route and now it's been down to 4 buses. And now it's been heard that 2 more buses will be cut off from out route. We Students from college and school along with daily workers are facing hell lot of problem due to unavailability of buses. Kindly look up this matter and do the needful.
          Today i.e on 14th march few kids went back home waiting more than hour for a bus from D group layout, and we reached our office late due to non-availability. Evening it has become lot of trouble for us to get back home due.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            I am writing this on behalf of the residents of Gattahalli, the bus numbered 349B which starts from Gattahalli Village to K R Market does not come to Gattahalli. It Halts in Huskur(previous stop) itself and it also won't come on time. If asked they (Driver & Conductor) say that they have their own business to be looked after and they are not there to drop the passengers (as if it is their own vehicle and not for public). They also say that we can complain to whom ever we want they are not worried as they have contact of influential people (mostly politicians). This is the only bus to our place. So please help us solve this problem as soon as possible and if possible please provide us with the schedule of that bus, so that we can also have a check on the timings.

              Hello Sir

              I wanted to bring your attention to bus number KA53F0040. I boarded the bus from Marthahalli Bridge to Kundanhalli at 18.06.40 on 28th Feb 2017, ticket no. 8312. The conductor and driver misbehaved. They don't give back change and when requested for, they move towards the end of the bus and pretend to dispatch tickets there. Upon continuous calling the conductor, driver speaks rudely and says that they don't have change. 1 bus has taken so many rounds since morning and at 6pm in evening they say they don't have change? Which is surprising sir. It might be a matter of Rs5 for you sir but I am sorry to say as middle class family person who travels daily in buses and not returning the change has become a habit of all conductors.
              If i consider the count I lose Rs10 daily (Rs5 not returning change while i go and when i return again Rs5 not returned). Rs10x30days =Rs300 i lose per month.
              Around 20, 000 people travel in 1 bus daily. considering Rs10 not returned person for a month ((Rs30x20, 000people)=Rs6, 00, 000), around Rs6, 00, 000 the conductors earn per day which is not even accounted for tax, it directly goes in their pocket. And this is just 1 bus that i have counted. I am not sure how many such people they rob everyday by not returning change.
              You have a reputed BMTC firm and I believe you will take strict actions against them. If asked for change in return they talk very rudely and insult us in Bus. Being a girl I always considered Bangalore as the safest place, but the way conductor and driver behaved, I am beginning to doubt this now.
              I request you to please look into this matter sir and take strict actions. For your reference, I have attached my Bus ticket.

                  Our layout, Zed Earth, located on Yelahanka Doddaballapur road, is ~600M from bus stop in either direction, i.e. in the middle of 2 bus stops.

                  There are 100+ people who use the bus regularly and have to travel this distance every time. This number will grow as more people occupy the houses.

                  There are many seniors, ladies and school going children who have to make this walk every day. Especially at night and with no street lights, it's highly unsafe for seniors, ladies and children.

                  This complaint is to provide a request stop in front of Zed Earth.

                  Today morning I am travelling in BUS route number -600F. KA-01 FA-4966. Conductor was very rude and threatening me file FIR against me. Try to push me out from bus by both driver and conductor by stopping the bus in between.
                  The bus conductor pushed me back and used vulgar words and threatening file FIR against me.
                  Please take action soon.
                  Requesting to relocate graphite India bus stop opposite to RMZ Centennial, It is not feasible to walk back again since it takes time to cross the road and the vehicles move very fast in that route.
                  Where 335 E, T, 500 CD buses pass.

                  Drivers don't stop on request instead scold us, please help us in this regard.

                    From raguvanahalli to banashankari (took bus at Doddakallasandra) which is only 5 km is charged Rs.14 why much is charged for a ordinary bus,

                    Public transport is costly, it is indirectly promoting private transport like cab, auto and using personal vehicles is in increase since per km transport cost is cheaper ...

                    Optimally from Doddakallasandra to banashankari should be less than Rs.7,

                    Public transport should be lower so that more people will start using this and traffic reduces and burning additional fuel is really waste when public transport should be robust,

                    Why can't the government bring ola kind of app to know the next coming bus status at nearest bus stop...

                      On the morning of 26.02.2017, at about 0810, I was driving on New BEL road along with my wife and 2 small children. There was a BMTC bus ahead of me Ka – 01 / F – 9429 Route number 276. The road was otherwise almost empty. This bus was ahead of me at M S Ramiah hospital signal. At the bus stop he stopped in the middle of the way and didn’t allow me to pass. I horned to let him know I was waiting behind him. Then after some time he began to move but still didn’t let me pass. After the central median was over, I tried overtaking him on his right, but he didn’t allow me and tried to block me completely. He was weaving left and right just to avoid me passing him. He didn’t even slow down on 2 humps on the road to prevent me from passing him. Finally, just before the CPRI bus stand, I managed to overtake him on his left.
                      At the Sadashivanagar police station signal, it was red and I had stopped. The bus came and stopped too. The conductor and driver of the bus got down and started banging the driver window scaring my wife and children. As I opened my window the driver started punching my face and mouth causing loosening of left upper tooth. He also forcibly pulled out the keys of my car causing damage. I got down and he was shouting at me for driving a Tamil Nadu registered car and how we have taken away his jobs. He was abusing everyone in my family and called my wife names in front of her and my parents too. It took 2 police to calm him and send him away.
                      The main message I got was that he thought that I was a Tamilian and being a doctor I could be bullied. I am a doctor of good standing for the past 13 years. I was born in Bangalore and have lived here for 37 years. Just because I drove a relative’s car which is registered in a different state, a Kannada goon cannot threaten me and my family. I know that the moment I give such a complaint, my car will be damaged by the BMTC mafia, but my pride in being a Bangalorean is hurt.
                      I request BMTC to suspend the said driver and send him for psychological evaluation. He has damaged my property, Insulted my wife in front of my children, Insulted my state thinking I was from outside, Such a guy will commit murder the next time.

                        Hi Sir, I travel by BMTC in Bangalore often since these have very good service all over the city. However, my experience today was quite bad. I got in at the stop after Marathalli bridge, sat on the ladies seat waiting for the conductor to get my ticket. Bus was moving forward to next stops. Till the time the conductor came, stood next to me, starting issuing tickets to other girls around. i was waiting for my turn. Last, when I asked him for my ticket, he spoke something in Kananda gestured no from his hand. By then ticket checking officer was at the gate asking everyone for tickets. I told him I dont have since conductor never issued one to me. Narrated the whole incident. He was just insisting on one sentence pay fine of 250 rupees. He didnt believe me. I was pleading and saying it was not my mistake. He just wanted me to pay fine. the conductor looked happy and was smiling all throughout. Just then a police man came from the other side of the bus. I narrated my incident to him. there were girls sitting next to me. they also narrated everything to him in Kannada. I am very thankful that he was there today. He asked the conductor to finally issue a ticket for me. conductor was smiling to him. once he went away, conductor yelled at me in Kannada. Just because i dont understand this language doesnt mean they have a right to misbehave with us. The Ticket checking officer was also very unaccomodating. I am very thankful to the those girls who supported me and the police officer. I could not say thank you to them. BMTC, please educate your employees to respect other citizens despite the culture they come from. As far as rules are concerned, it is a rule to pay fine if I dont have ticket in a bus but what if conductor fails to give me ticket before checking happens? Any rules there? We should be flexible in our rules and regulations as long as intention and value system of that particular rule is met. This rule is meant to teach lessons to those who cheat and not punish the innocent. Please teach these value systems to your employees too. In few cases, conductors are polite too. They are the role models for others. Pls encourage them. The conductor today was very harsh and rude, aggressive and he put me in trouble unnecessarily.Till today, I used to take pride in believing that I use BMTC who has won awards at national level for the best state in transport. Pls stick to the pride that we all indian citizens have in BMTC. Your transport system is a role model to the rest of the country. Let your conductors/drivers/checking officers have the such a value system too. Thank you!

                        BMTC Regrets the inconvenience caused. This is your docket no for your further reference BMTCC 10186832 Whenever cheking staff boarded the bus passenger should have valid ticket or pass otherwise they impose penalty on the ticket less/pass less passengers.and it is the duty of the conductor to issue the ticket further passengers are requested to demand the ticket from the conductor immediately on boarding the bus.

                        Further your complaint has been forwarded to concerned depot/line checking authority department to take action against the crew/checking staff.

                        It is  the duty of the conductor to issue ticket compulsorily to all the passengers. and also it is the responsibility of the passengers to demand ticket to avoid penalty from checking squad if the board the bus, .

                          Hi iam travelling vide g3 services from brigade road to bommanahalli on a daily basis, today[protected] i took g3 service with reg no ka01fa2254 with ticket no 13380, said bus conductor just after reaching the johnson market asked all the passengers to get down saying can exchange the next bus and left, and no other bus was accepting this as there was no proper information, here i would request you to check on why such improper activities are done during peak hours and also lead people to pay twice for a single ride, please take necessary action on them, we have huge respect on our bmtc services and let us not spoil it

                            Bus conductor charged me 20 rupees and did not returned me the change after giving a ticket of 12 rupees and when i argued the conductor left hand on me and was challenging me for what i can do.
                            Being a student i can not do anything because i do not want any bad thing happen which may affect my career.so i came out of the situation silently...

                            I am a pregnant woman used to travel from bellandur to whitefield in 500 c volvo. Many times I wont get seat. Even sometimes I asked lady conductor for the seat but they looks up and down and it is irritating like anything.

                            I request BMTC to reserve a seat for pregnant women in bus.

                              I(omkar sinha) was travelling on 16/2/2017 on KIAS-5 bus from AIRPORT to JP NAGAR 6th phase. I boarded the bus at about 7:00pm and departed at about 9:15pm.
                              I forgot my WALLET in the bus. It was a black wallet which had:
                              -driving license
                              -debit card
                              -hostel id
                              -mess id
                              -around 2200INR
                              -ticket
                              -some bills

                              I use bi-cycle to commute to my office. Today evening while coming back around 8:30 PM near KTPO bus stop, the bus driver of 'KA57-F-1677' came from the right lane and without any indicator stopped the bus on the left lane right in front me.
                              On asking he said he stopped at the bus stop but doesn't he wait to let me pass and then come to the left lane.
                              Also he started shouting and when i crossed he again came from behind and crossed my lane and parked the bus and started shouting again.

                              Please help me out how i can complain about it.
                              Every day i see these incidents happening with me and now i am fed up of such ####.

                              Please let me know if filing a FIR will do anything as well?

                                I have lost my purse in bus number 176. It had my bus pass and some money. I want my purse back along with the money and bus pass. It had cash worth 8, 500. What should I do? Please help me I really need that money to pay for my colg fees. I was traveling from Maruthi Mandir Vijayanagar to Navrang. I got down in Basaveshwara School/College stop. There is my photo on the bus pass. If you can help me in getting my purse it would be very helpful. Plz help me. It's my sincere request to the people of BMTC

                                  This is Ravikumar. Our Village is Kempayanapalya. From last 4 days our village bus 213 DC Kempayanapalya to K R Market was not coming. We asked in depot they told canceled the bus. But here so many college students, employs, Village People got so much of problem. This bus route covered totally 6 villages but now these 6 village people got problem. Therefore please rearrange the bus as early.

                                    There are many people commute from yelahanka new town to airport road even students. but there are no direct buses to airport road. atleast some bus routes should be diverted from yelahanka new town to KIAL road in the morning 8.20 or 8.30 am. There are several companies, hotels have come up in airport road and there are no direct buses from Yelahanka New Town is really surprising.
                                    Request the Higher Authorities to look into the grievance and divert some buses to airport road in the morning starting from Yelahanka new town at 8.20 or 8.30am to reach the offices in time.
