Today we are journey to kudlu gate to majestic in bmtc bus i given 100 rupees conductor was issued ticket no is code is ss1 serial no is 0074935 depo no is 19 the conductor was written change on ticket back side after end journey i forgot the taken change he also not reminding about change taken back today evening i visited the concerned depo but they are telling we don't no why u leave the change it's ur mistake we don't response this they are talking unless words so pls take necessary action concerned persons and refund my valuable change pls my number is[protected] and [protected]

    Bus No. K2 is the only bus which connects areas like Hebbal, Boopasandra, Nagashettyhalli, Sanjaynagar, RMV II stage, Ramaiah Hospital, IISc, CPRI, Yeshwanthpur, etc. to the nearest Metro Station i.e. Sandal Soap Factory. Unfortunately this bus does not stop at the Metro Station though it goes via the bust stop meant for the Metro station and stops only at ISKCON. For a passenger from these areas who wants to take the metro after getting down at ISKCON it is very difficult to cross the Chord road to the other side and take the metro entry or come back and cross the Dr. Rajkumar road and take the metro entry on this side. There are no pedestrian crossings on both roads. BMTC can think of having a bus stop at Soap Factory Metro station for K2 or run feeder bus services from these areas to cater to the needs of passengers who want to use the metro.

      I am a college student.. I have a student pass. I get on the bus at chikkakalasandra
      But today i got on the bus in the behind stop which is 100m away... The conducter of bus 375d / ka 01 fa 1893 insulted me for getting on the bus and started scolding me in bad words in kannada and charged 50rs and he insulted me very badly in front of everyone. How can he do this!! He isn't fit for conducter job..!!

        Hi sir/madam please help me in getting my shoes back, yesterday on 5/aug/2017 at 3:45 in ragigudda i entered the bus i was suppose to go to domlur, the conductor said the bus travel to domlur via ulsoor so in hury i get down from bus the bus no 201 travels to domlur via ulsoor from ragigudda even the bus has display inside the bus it was showing as, destination domlur.,,, please please help me in getting my shoes back. Thank you.

          I had recently gone to the shivajinagar bus station to make my smart card as a student on august 4th, hoping that they would make it and provide the card but the people should seriously be taken care of as to being carelessly providing customer support. I went there in a hurry to make my card but there careless and useless people, just kept talking to their other colleagues and friends instead of taking care of the situation. I have waited for about 50 minutes in the que and still nobody cares about it when we i went to them and asked they said to come back the next month again, what sort of service is this? Some people said that i the server is down but they could have informed immediately but these people are careless, they said ghat you must just get the token for the smartcard but these people are so jobless and cunningi hereby request you to take serious action on them.

            We do travel everyday in bmtc bus. But the bus frequency of 180 is very less in rtnagar to kh colony route. We have to wait at least 45min everyday to catch a bus.in the morning 9.20 to 10.15 there are no buses.
            Every time we hear the dialogue that make use of public transports as much as possible but there is no proper resource for it. Maximum capacity is 60 but 200 people will be filled in a bus.
            We are paying and we expect proper transportation/ service. Kindly take an action asap.

              Kia 7 (Ka 57f0223)- leaving hsr bda at 7.10 am everyday.

              Every time this particular conductor and driver takes bus - they continuously use cell phone and miss signals.

              For instance driver today missed st. Johns signal, koramangala - 3 times and the bus got delayed by 20 min.

              Also every time this bus driver and conductor take the bus route - they take bus routes which are round about and have no passengers who board the bus.

              They simply waste diesel/ govt money as no passenger boards the bus and simply circling the city.

              Please look in to the same and kindly take strenuous action

                As i'm student was travelling to nagarbhavi today morning to college i had student pass but i still college id is not issued so i showed a soft copy of my fee receipt but a lady conductor didn't accept that she said that she need a hard copy of fees receipt, though the bmtc is getting smart why not the employes are getting smart i want to know whether hard copy needed​ or not. Because while issuing the pass they completely check a students details

                This bus comes at 12:10 near the central stopHe does not stops the bus at the bus stop at central. He stops the bus near the mantri mall even though there is no buses in the bus stop.
                OK but in KA-57-F-584 bus conducted

                He had ask me bus pass I had shown him he said OK and he asked me collage ID the collage had not provided but I had fee receipt he said that get down of the why ? From MICO Layout .

                  Frequency of bmtc buses from shivajinagar to itpl via tinfactory is very very low and one has to wait minimum of 1hr today it was more than 1.5 hr late and tat too there was a volvo ac bus which started plying newly for past few days which is otherwise very expensive for a ticket and it's not all required for a small budget person like me since one cannot afford such high price tickets and cannot change two to three buses every day it's becoming difficult to wait and frustrating on daily basis.

                  It is observed tat there are more buses to whitefeild from shivajinagar via hal, marathahalli route which is every 5 to 10 mins. But even through this route there is no buses to itpl from shivajinagar

                  Kindly see to it there are frequent buses from shivajinagar to itpl via tinfactory.

                    Me and my two friends got into the bus at roopena agrahara. I asked the lady conductor for three tickets and gave her 105 rs. She gave me thirty rupees and gave only the tickets for amount of 40rs. We could not check the tickets as there were bunch of tickets and bus was very crowdy. As soon as the bus reached the electronic city toll gate, ticket collector (One lady and one gentle man) came and asked us the ticket. Then we realised that the tickets were not properly given. That lady ticket collector asked us about the ticket and we asked the conductor to give the remaining tickets. She ignored us. That lady ticket collector understood that it was that conductor's mistake and she was telling to her in kannada that "i know you did not give the correct ticket". The lady ticket collector even after knowing that it was that conductor's mistake, took 500 fine from us and stopped somewhere one km after our office. They did not give us the receipt also for the fine.

                    Please take strict action against both the conductor and the ticket collector.

                      They didn't even give tickets directly to the exact spots. If i ask him from pushpanjali to indian express, they will give me kaval byrasandra to shivajinagar ticket.
                      Also they don't return the money like if my ticket costs 17₹, i gave him 20₹ note, he won't return the rest amount.
                      If you say something they start misbehaving.

                        I was traveling from kr market to christ junior college by bmtc bus 342a. When i got down at my stop i could not find my mobile which was in my left pocket. Please find it i[censored] can and enquire the bus driver and conductor about the mobile.

                          On[protected] around 3.30pm. Ka 01, f - 4427, bus number 60 travelling from majestic to vijaynagar side.. I got into the bus in majestic and asked 2 tickets to okalipuram and gave 10 rs, the conductor gave 2 rs change and walked away i asked for the ticket and he started scolding me in bad words instead giving ticket and without any reason he abused my friend in bad language. If we continued he wld have bet us as it was next stop we got down. They should learn to behave he looked elderly i spoke with respect calling him uncle but donno who gave him the rights to talk in bad words and he doesnt know how to speak to a girl. Hope government understands and take action.

                            I am writing this mail with so much pain in heart. I[censored] feel my complaint is genuine please take action against him. I boarded the bus from biayapanahalli metro to hoodi. Ticket i got was from Isolation hospital to hoodi. Also Ticket Amount was 19 ( i gave 20). I asked him why it is from isolation hospital and what about the remaining amount (Rs 1) . He started scolding me and even he caught on my t-shirt and torn it. All the guys in the bus was supporting him telling that u should learn kannada and ask query. Not on english. .
                            I dont know his name. But bus number is KA 57 F 1471. Even i attaching the pics of him coming behind me and threatening me, if i complaint he will beat me.
                            You can see in the pic for asking 1 rupee . he was throwing the 20 Rupees note.
                            These images was taken by a co-traveller while the incident was happening

                            It is very painful . In India such a secular state these type of physical assaults is done by government servant. It is very shameful. Please do enquire on this case and take action

                              The conductor on rout ITPL via kundalahalli to Marathalli bridge Bus Reg. no KA-57, F-1471 was so rude that he was not returning me the change back. After asking several times he gave with murmering despicably. He behaved similarly with others also.It was so disturbing in the morning around 8.59 AM . Not understanding local language is not a crime. I asked him very politely but he was so reluctant about it. His face clearly said he was playing with me, I asked for help from people in the bus but nobody helped instead they started laughing at me. I felt so harassed there.
                              Such incidents are quite common on BMTC. These things happen every other day. They don't have any right to harass people like this.I can file a harassment case against him but this not gonna solve common man's problems. He even challenged me that I cant do anything against him. Go and complain if you can. Please take action against him. Teach lessons how to talk to passengers. They don't have proper manners and are always disposed to quarrel for small things.

                              I am studying puc I got my bus pass fully wet by rain .What to do now?Can I get a duplicate pass or should I need to take a new pass?
                              If I go to mejestic and ask about it they just scream on us and will not say the solution for it.I am just fustrated about it.Please do not do this for other students.Please say them to mind there language.😒
                              Same kind of experience happened to me. I have raised one more complaint. He torned my t-shirt. I have attached his pic. A co-traveller have taken his pics.

                                The person who give student pass in pass counter in yeswantapura bus stand is sitting not to give pass instead scold students and send them without pass. He wrote pass not instead and putted seal on fees recepit whithout giving pass.
                                Now wherever i go i am unable to make my student pass. I would like to lodge a complaint against pass counter worker who is hurting many students. So i request you to take action in this case and i want justice.

                                  It is very sad that the driver and conductor both are shouted on ladies like any thing. There is no place at all to move a step but driver urged us to go back and i said 'no place' and he shouted on me ' if no place get out from bus and search for another bus where there is place' and conductor shouted on me like ' come back' in kannada. I understood and trying to move and he scolded on me that 'don't know language and don't have any common sense and get out from bus'. Please ensure that they should give min respect to girls. We are not travelling for free and we are paying. We are the public.
                                  I am demanding to take action against those persons.

                                    I was travelling from majestic to vasanth nagar on[protected]:15pm in bus number ka01 f3451, the conductor got 15rs as fare and he issued a ticket in which nothing was printed. I asked him regarding this and he simply said "no problem checkers wont be comping", and he didnt provided a new ticket.

                                    Before some condutors wont give balance amount in bmtc and nowadays they have started a trick like this, most of the people wont view the tickets whether it is printed or not.

                                      Driver has not stopped the bus at bhagya nagar bus stop, where usually all the buses stop. I had to chase the bus until gottigere to get into the bus from bhagya nagar bus stop (Luckily my husband was there). When i checked with the driver he started using bad words and started speaking singularly as if he has owned the bus. If they cant stop in the bus stop then why the hell he has to drive the bus.

                                      Why we have such drivers in bmtc, please ask the drivers to learn from other cities where they atleast respect the ladies and stop. If the same happens to his wife or daughter who is pregnant what he will do. I need the answer for this.

Moreover we pay the fare and do not use it for free.                                         I can clearly see there is no fee for Urinals usage and Rs 5 for WC. But, They are collecting Rs 5 for Urinals and Rs 10 for WC. Is it acceptable. Many people came inside for Urinals thinking it's free and the guy inside (who is incharge of bathrooms) demanding charges as mwntioned above. One custome even went back when I was paying.

                                        Are you encouraging poeple to pee in public ? I think, it's basic need and should taken care.

                                        I would like to hear from you regrading this.
