Today morning (14.9.2017) i took bmtc bus no f8716, route no 226n/23, i boarded the bus at kengeri police station, since bus was jam packed i could not take bus ticket immediately, but bus tc boarded the bus near by kengeri bridge, since i didn't have the ticket by that time he asked me to pay penalty and i paid the same but same time two more passenger were also ticketless and tc spared them and didn't collect the fine from...

criminal intimidation of passengers by conductor

This is to lodge a complaint against the conductor in route no 600 ca to banshakari. The incident took place on 12th september 2017 at 9.59 am. The bus conductor ordered for the doors to be shut so as to isolate the passenger and threaten him. He even hit the passenger. Throughout the journey he was insulting to the women passengers too. The vehicle number is ka - 5- f - 1003. I request suitable action to be taken....

worst behavior of driver and conductor

The driver was very rude and disrespectful to women's and passengers he stopped bus for more than 5 minutes in the road and was arguing with women. Both driver and conductor are behaving very badly with the passengers, shouting at them and not considering women for their age.
Kindly please take action against both conductor and driver.

bus conductors not professional and very rude

On 04-sep-2017, i have boarded an 500 ca ac volvo bus from jayadeva and took a ticket to kundalahalli colony. By the time bus reached silk board, since there was heavy rush of passengers in d bus, the conductor has guided some o[censored]s to get down and board another 500ca as there were seats available there. When i went as per directions into another bus the conductor over there asked for ticket and i have shown my ticket taken in other bus....

more buses required in the peak hours st john's hospital to sarjapur

Usually i am travelling from st johns hospital to sarjapura by bmtc ordinary bus. I am finding much difficulty to get the bus in this route in the evening time (From 6pm to 8pm) very few buses which runs in half service only ie upto either kanahalli or carmelaram. We can see many buses are going towards electronic city, hosur road via st johns hospital
Why such a situation when there is huge crowd waiting for the bus in this route...

bus connectivity to sahakar nagar/kodigehalli circle

As already complained by many, even today 6-9-2017, there are no buses from kodigehalli gate to sahakarnagar and kodigehalli circle and onwards.

As i observed nearly 50, 000 per day passengers from kodigehalli gate (Ballari road) to kodige halli circle are struggling to reach their destinations from k halli gate. For further details pl contact mob;[protected].

irresponsible routing

Hi,
Being a student we are facing a issue of bmtc from peenya/jalahallicross/nes to dibbur cross, morning we have 2 busses to reach college around 8.15 to 9 and there are hundreds of students waiting for the same.. Presidency college is also not taking any actions on the regarding the travelling part. All the students are facing issue missing out the classes, taking blames for being late and it's effecting their studies as well....

I want to lodge a complaint against conductor and driver of bmtc bus (Details in the attachment). The incident occurred on 26th august 2017 around 9.30 a. M. At hebbagodi. I boarded the bus at btl college and asked for the ticket to hebbagodi. The ticket charge is rs.5 and i gave a 50 rs note to the conductor. Hi we are finding difficulty to get the bmtc buses from st johns hospital to sarjapura in the evening time (Between 6-8pm).
Hardly very few buses are only plying with very short distance upto doddakanahalli. Even if we travel up to doddakanahalli we could not get bus to sarjapura either we have to wait for 342a which is coming from city market or from kbs (342f) after very long time

conductor misbehaved

I travelled in a bmtc volvo bus in bangalore today from kadubeesanahalli to karthik nagar in an airport bus # ka 57 f 343 (@ 5.45 pm on august 23 2017). Since i did not had exact change, i gave the conductor 101 rs for 21 rs ticket. He asked me to give change, and i said i don't have. Soon he started shouting at me and asked me to get out of the bus. Since it was too late for me and my kids were waiting for me at day care, i did not get out...

This is sujay a pu student... I travel in bus from my college (Esteem mall) to shivajinagar.. The bus number ka 51 f 2147 (Yelankha-shivajinagar)[284g]. The bus on 21-8-17 dint stop at the bus stop and more than 10 passengers were waiting for the bus for atlest more than 45 minutes and wen we saw the bus coming but it dint stop at esteem mall bus stop.. This all happened around 2:04pm... Plz do the needfull...

ac not working

I was travelling with ac bus having no ka01fa1395 and the ac was not working and when asked the same to conductor he started shouting and told me to take another bus. If we are paying the ac bus fare then ac should work else they could have displayed the board as non ac. This is not with every bus but you should regret for inconvenience if caused but should not start shouting....

regarding bmtc smart card issue of duplicate card

Hi,
Brother on 14-aug-2017, has got the bmtc smart card from kengeri satellite counter.
When he boarded bus at vijayanagar, somebody has stolen.
Then he tried calling to the axis bank help line, they were telling that the card details was not updated in there data base and asked to check with bmtc counter.
On 16-aug-2017, he got police acknowledgement saying as the card was stolen and went to majestic counter...

Today morning[protected] from Chanshandra I took BMTC bus at around 5:45 A.M. for ITPL and issued non A.C. day pass (Rs 70). Actually I had to go to majestic. So I took bus from ITPL and that time I came to know that the conductor of previous bus had issued Sunday pass. He punched correct day, month and gender.
Conductor of majestic bus told that to give complain at majestic and they will refund the amount. I went to enquire counter...

not issuing tickets taking the money

From last one and half month only 4 conductors issued me tickets. Even if i ask for ticket they do not issue the ticket and on top of that they yell at me to get down your stop is here. Some times they do not even issue the change and the ticket as well.
Today it's the worst i asked for the ticket he yelled at me like anything as if i have committed some mistake and embarrassed me in front of public.
I take bus from veerannapallya...

bmtc bus conductors bad behavior

Bmtc bus conductors do not give balance amount if the ticket costs rs. 19 from st. Johns to sarjapur road, kaikondrahalli. When asked for change they say "i don't have".
Is rs. 1 not earned by passengers? Every time i travel that route i have to force myself to not ask for balance 1 rupee because the conductor insults passenger for it. Are we passengers supposed to have change for 9 rupee?
They always give torn ten rupee...
