This incident happened on 09/10/2017 around 6:30pm at forum mall bus stop which is in the vicinity to big bazaar.

My neck was held by the govt bmtc bus conductor who was on duty. He abused me! With extremely inappropriate and vulgar words in kannada language (He even involved my family members constantly while cursing me), he held my throat tightly and i was out of breath and choking and i was pushed out of the bus in the middle of the road.

Just because the bus was about 10 foot far from the bus stop and i tried to get on the bus he has done this to me.

I had a near death experience today!!!

What kind of a bus conductor who was on govt duty would choke a passenger to death and push him off the bus in the middle of the road.

I could have died.

    I have lost my student bus pass (Rs 1600) while travelling from college to agara. What is the procedure for getting new volvo student pass and what is the fine to be paid for replacing the old pass? Can i fill in the lost report form online and get a print out? Is the following statement in the picture enough as a report? And where should i go to replace the new bus pass.

    I have lost my wallet on 7th November in bus*500 F while traveling from kadubesanhalli to Kadugodi at around 5.30 pm.

    It has all my identity cards n bank cards. Please help me find.

    Today morning I took bus from tin factory to hebbal.
    Bus no KA-57 F-2152
    There was an old person age is around 70yrs.

    He asked to give ticket to nagavara from tin factory which cost approximately 20rs .
    Since he doesn't know local language he paid 30rs n conductor din't returned the remaining change.
    This s wrong way of collecting bus fare.that to from old age people.

    I would request BMTC managers to take necessary action regarding these type of employees who s cheating passengers n charging high ticket fare.

      I lost my wallet in bmtc bus while traveling from btm to tin factory today (Nov 9th 2017). We boarded the bus at 9.38am and got down at 11.30 and found that i lost my wallet. I have all the ticket details with me.

      My wallet has all my gov id cards and atm card. It has my parents id cards as well. Sir, please help me find my wallet.

      My wallet is light brown with creme border (Wallet holder and mobile holder too)

        Hi,

        Today morning around 10.10am i forgot my tupperware orange colour lunch bag inside 2 containers lunch box one in blue and one in beige color - ibc knowledge park (Bangalore). I boarded the bus at kr puram around 9.55am and got down at the ibc knowledge park, near dairy circle bus stop. I forgot my lunch box while getting down.

        I have waited for more than 2 hours even single G4 bus didn't come where as 5 G3 buses gone in the meantime.I have seen a couple of buses coming with G4 board and after reaching brigade bus stop they are changing board to Shanthi Nagar.This is highly ridiculous.. please increase G4 bus frequency atleast in peak hours.

          First thing bmtc bus stops are placed in an uncivilized manner. Most of the bus stops are very close to a traffic junction (Banshankari temple stop, going towards kumaraswamy layout) or a crucial turnings (Jayadeva bus stop before flyover, ibblur stop) or the start and end of a flyover or underpass (Basaweswara nagar khb layout) there are lot more examples just like above places within bengaluru where traffic is getting hit because of bmtc buses. No wonder buses are the major reason behind bengaluru traffic jams.
          Kindly move the bus stops at least a 100mts. Away from any traffic junctions, flyover entrance and turnings etc.) and make sure bus driver stop busses only near the designated stops (Please levy huge fines on drivers not following this rule). Bmtc busses should be a boon to bengaluru not a thorn in the flesh.

            There is only 1 bus in the route jalahalli cross to k. R. Market, bus number 248r. There are many people who rely on this bus but unfortunately this bus will not operate on weekends (Saturday and sunday). Which is creating problem as many rely on this bus. When the bus is getting sufficient collection why is it not operating all days. Before it was operation all days and bull will be house full every day. Please consider this on priority we have already complained to depoit16 manager multiple times on this but no action taken.

              Today my wife was returning from to home after dropping my son to school
              Venue: opp to rastrothana school on thanisandra main road before trafiic signal.
              As she was moving and when signal went red she stopped all of sudden bmtc bus number ka 57 f 2379 which was behind came fast and stopped with gap of less than inch of distance and with narrow escape from accident. When my wife went to enquire with driver, he started abusing in filthy language and insisting her to move despite of signal being red even conductor also joined, they did not stop even public reminded them of their mistake. Is this the kind of rowdies you hire and they don't even know how to behave with woman and it's shame of people treating our kannadigas in kartnataka?
              Need immediate action otherwise will go full public in facebook and twitter

                I travel from kempegowda bus station to kempegowda international airport by bmtc bus on 30/10/2017 (Time 11:18:44).
                I paid rs.500/- towards bus fair. Actual fare charged rs.233/-
                But driver forget to return balance amount 500-233=267. (Which was written at the back side of ticket).
                I also not remember my balance amount. I attach ticket for your ref. Document.
                Please return my balance amount of rs.267/- as soon as possible.

                    The bus driver come conductor of bus ka-57- 1906 has took 15 rupees extra charge on travel from tin factory to bellandur. Usual charge is 20 rupees where as he took 35 rupees. I. E he took 15 rupees extra on each passenger and he has spoken very rash with all the passengers. He is very careless in driving where he stopped bus on road and took a parcel of puri. And in the entire journey he was very careless, rash driving and arguing with passengers. And mainly he spend some 3-4 minutes time to prepare his pan with beetle leafs while driving only. He also collected back the tickets from passengers while they are getting down. He put his more concentration on money and pan not on driving. The journey was on saturday night i,. E[protected] from tinfactory to silkboard bus around 11:10-11:45. He was wearing the bmtc uniform and having big kumkuma bottu.

                    Please dont encourage such kindof drivers who are playing with public lifes.

                    Hope you take necessary actions on him as i have mentioned all the necessary details to take action. And i didn't understand the reason for taking 15 rupees extra money saying that night bus charge.

As this bus number ka01fa984 conductor talk unnecessary things about personal and he does not give stop in bustop next day he will say that yesterday i only purposely left and went because you talk in cell phone. It is your wish what ever we want we will do it is our cell our currency why should he interfear in our personal life.

                        Today i boarded the bus from bellandur bmtc bus 5000-d towards hebbal bus no ka-01 f-9068.in tin factory suddrnly the lady conductor asked all of the passengers to get out from the bus and she was saying ac is not working. After 2 minitues the bus started to move and she allowed only the ticket holder and was asking if you want to buy ticket you can board the bus else go by another bus. I shouted at her and then she allowed me in the bus. I know this lady conductor she did this kind of thing earlier also. I am regular passenger of this route for last 3 years. Sometimes this lady does not give the change when the stopage comes she says no change. I am bringing this in your notice so that you can educate the conductors that those who are holding the pass they are also paying the amount for the ticket but in monthly.

                          Hello. Over the last few months, the frequency of 500ca buses have drastically reduced. And since the mid of october 2017, the frequency of 500ca buses is one bus in a span of 30-45 minutes. A lot of passengers were raising a complaint even today and despite waiting for 45 minutes, 505 bus to electronic city arrived but not a single 500ca/500na whereas every 2-5 minutes, there are 335 buses towards majestic which run empty.
                          I find that both in the mornings and evenings there are several people waiting for 500ca. If our motive is to encourage people to use public transport than their private vehicles, we have to consider running more buses especially on this route which comprise of all the major tech parks. If people are put to such inconvenience, we will only add to the traffic further as people will opt to use their private vehicle to reach office on time.
                          335 buses follow the time schedule provided in the website whereas 500ca/500na doesn't maintain the schedule at all resulting in taking over 2 hours to reach our destination.

                            From banashankari to chunchaghatta buses are not running on time after 06:00 pm. Now 06:00 pm itself it will be too dark. So many ladies and students are waiting to go home early. But the buses which were there that time are not coming on time last one month. After 05:30 next bus is coming only at 06:45 pm. Before there was 3 buses between this

                            So please do the needful to send sufficient buses at least 15 minute intervals to this route in the evening and morning

                              There is No buses after 9 PM in NGEF byappanahalli back gate of Metro. There is good service only in Day time { Up to 6 PM } after that there is limited buses service up to 8PM. .And you should increase the buses service to Rama murthy Nagar & TC Palaya .

                                Myself shruthi, i want to lodge a complaint against a bmtc bus driver (Bus details :ka-01-fa-476) running between gkvk to shivajinagar. Today around 9.20 a. M. At cbi stop, i boarded this bus at gkvk and i wanted to get down in canara bank stop which is a requesting stop and which comes between hebbal and cbi... I requested driver to give a stop but he was rudely behaved and his words are so annoying and very rude.. So, i would like to lodge complaint against the driver for his misbehavior towads the public...

                                  missed flight owing to driver taking bus late

                                  I had the misfortune of taking the vayu vajra service on the 9th of october to reach the airport for my flight at 615 am. I reached the bmtc majestic stand for the bus and got the information that the kias 9 service from majestic to airport is at 4:25 am. (The bus schedules board also confirmed the same) believing that the driver will take the bus on time and that there will be no traffic in the early morning hours, i risked taking this bus....

                                  I am a resident of ramamurthynagar.
                                  I travel to metro station daily and there are no metro feeder buses facility in ramamurthy nagar, from past a month in the morning from 8am to 8:30am. Most of the people here needs metro feeder. Its getting late for college students as well as employees like us to reach our workplace in time. Kindly oversee the issue. Thank you.

                                    Hi there,

                                    It’s very sad to see a very low frequency of buses plying from shivajinagar to whitefield via tin factory and itpl respectively. Iam a regular traveller and past 1.5 years i have hardly seen buses 1 bus for an hour and for the past five months these buses now every two hours and because of this i am reaching my office late i have also registered many complaints with the shivajinagar depot people but i dint find nd any changes made also it’s not easy for one by catching two buses on a daily basis with 50₹ minimum on one side

                                    Kindly look into these concerns, also there are many ppl like me waiting for the buses just at least 2 hrs everyday which is absolutely disgusting.

                                      Today morning me and my friend got on a bus KBS-1 going to vydehi hospital. All the ladies sits were taken so my friend sat beside me on a general sit. The conductor was so rude. He didnt let my lady friend sit and he told us to get off the bus. This is how you people treat a passenger. This is a public service bus but the conductor didnt let us use it.
