Improper service by Volvo buses

When we board the buses in silkboard, we have to wait inside the bus for more than 40 minutes for just the bus to start. Today I took the bus at 4:30am and the bus moved from its place near silkboard at 4:53 am for nothing. The bus number is KA57 F1197.
I was given ticket immediately but was not serviced good! Could have taken taxi instead. The charges are high and the service is too low...

I would like to bring up the fact that the bus number KA57F-41 which is an A/C bus commuting in the route ITPL to Banashankari(500CA) does not stop at Iblur bus stop/sarjapur signal stop on most of the days. When i asked for ticket conductor forcefully gave itpl destination ticket.
Reason he gave was itpl and vydehi cost are same.
Instead to 85 rs he asked 101.

Shame on bmtc, thinking that lady is boarding the bus conductors try to metal harass them in local language and take benefit out of it....

I've always encountered bus drivers either driving very slow or sometimes rash. They always try to overtake every time and their course of driving is definitely a pain for people who drive cars. There are insufficient buses, number 410 FC starting from Nayandana Halli and 410 FA starting from Banashankari via Nayandana halli - Nagarabhavi ring road during 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. We need to wait minimum of 1hr to 1 hr 30 mins to get one bus (410FA) which will be very crowded.
There are lot many private (TT) vehicles plying in this route and there are running full. In-spite of this if no BMTC buses in this route gives a suspicious...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I(omkar sinha) was travelling on 16/2/2017 on KIAS-5 bus from AIRPORT to JP NAGAR 6th phase. I boarded the bus at about 7:00pm and departed at about 9:15pm.
I forgot my WALLET in the bus. It was a black wallet which had:
-driving license
-debit card
-hostel id
-mess id
-around 2200INR
-ticket
-some bills
