I boarrded c-500ck/10 at[protected] at 6.15 pmwhich belongs to bus depot-13 from hsr bda complex.. I had a big central cover with 2 other covers in it which included 3 pink forks of kids and 7 clothes of women and other things from health and glow.. Total worth of 10000 rupees.. Since bus was rush and i was standing i kept the cover behind the conductor seat.. I got down at the banshankari bustand at 7.30pm which was the last stop and i was the one who got down at last. I forgot the cover which i had kept.. After 10 minutes i realised and went to kamakya bus depot 13 and enquired there.. The driver and conductor were not available. The bus cleaner who cleaned the bus said me that he found a cover in the bus and he said the exact place of the cover and color of the cover and the sub-covers it had.. Conductor is supposed to check the bus at the entry gate and handover the things to security before entering the depot. But when i ask him he says he checked and there was no cover in the bus whereas the cleaner boy says when he was cleaning he saw the exact cover with exact color and exact details of it and he says the in exact bus. I went to depot again on[protected] at 7am in the mng.. The driver of the bus was on leave and his phone was not reachable.. The tc was not ready to listen to me or take my complaint and conductor and the bus driver where very rude to a woman like me.. The bus enetered the depot with the cover inside. I am purely suspecting the driver and the conductor.. But staff at the depot are not ready to consider my problem.. Pleas help me finding the cover or the culprit who stole the cover. Bus details are -

    Time of travel: 9.00 am (At neeladri stop)

    Around 7-8 people boarded the bus at this stop. Most o[censored]s were travelling to a place that whould cost 10/-. The conductor did not give tickets to any o[censored]s. When we asked for the tickets he easily went to the other part of the bus to avoid us.

    Later another person who was about to get down asked for the change. The conductor simply refused saying he doesn't have the money and get lost. The person looked like a daily wager and was pleading for the change which the conductor refused. When he kept on insisting the conductor pulled him outside the bus and started beating him. The bus was stranded in a traffic congestion and the driver joined him in beating him and stamping him. The local crowd had to pitch in to stop this nonsense. The victim had no fault of his. I was not expecting this behaviour from government employees who are supposed to be responsible and respect their role of duty.

    Please take strict action against them.

    Even if such companies dont accept coins then it adds value to rumours. Please fix it or educate conductors. Else people like us who don't obelieve end up having all coins.

    So please make sure conductors accept this

      Incident happened today 7/5/2017 while I am coming from MG Road towards Domlur near ASC centre, I was on bike with my wife and this bus was coming at very high speed from behind and also honking. I was almost left side of the road and on my right side there is another bus but still that bus driver tried to overtake and came at very high speed and almost was about to hit me if I haven't stopped my vehicle.

      The driver was careless and also about to hit other vehicles on the road. I request you to look into it and take appropriate action against driver.

      My name is nithya anand.I have lost my student pass in Eeshwari theatre on 4/5/2017.As I am a student, i cant afford
      to take another one and I don't have sufficient money to reimburse it. So please suggest me that what steps need to be taken to get a duplicate bus pass and reply to me as early as possible. Thanking you
      Bus is Not parking in parking place that as given by government .the buss is parking infrent of our so v have problem .i have completed many times no one reacted to our complet. The bus coming earlier than there time of arrival bus no KA 01 FA 2360 (221B) thavarekere.. Respected sir or madam Plz take some action on them..

        Don't know if this will get addressed and action will be taken.

        Here is the issue brief

        4-May-2017, 8.30am bus route - 600NL.
        Driver did not stop the bus at Vijaynagar-Garage stop.
        and when I even trying to stop the bus by getting middle of the road, Driver overlooked and just drive-away.
        this is one of the incident and often its been observed such many mis-behaviours form those drivers.
        So requesting you to please take an appropriate action against the driver for this act.
        Also would like to know the status progress on this issue.

          Hi,
          I'm working in ITPL and so I'm taking bmtc bus which starts from ITPL in the evening as it is convenient for me if I get late from work. Yesterday, 3 May 2017, evening I took the bus to Whitefield with my friend. As I was tired, and the seat opposite to me was empty, i wanted to keep my legs on the seat but when the conductor told not to do so, I kept my legs down right away. I didn't even say a single word. Later, while I was getting down from the bus in my bus stop, the conductor started commenting about me to driver and started staring at me like I am something to eat.! As I didn't like his gesture, I showed my friend how he is staring and told him "why he have to stare at me like that. What did I do.?". Right then the conductor stopped the bus in middle of the road which was leaving with other passengers and came back to us and started scolding us in Kannada. As I can understand kannada but don't know how to speak, I asked him why you were staring at me in English. Then he started saying this is Karnataka, talk in Kannada.! He started shouting in the public and tried to make an issue like I did something big. I don't understand what's the actual problem with all these BMTC conductors. Just because we are not kannadiga we are not supposed to get justice?? This is Bangalore. Even foreigners are coming here. Then also if these people say This is Karnataka talk in Kannada, what they will do? Hope my issue will be noticed by authority.

            I am traveling from Ahmadabad to Bengaluru at least once in a month. Every time when I got down the flight at 1.30am there are no buses towards JP Nagar. But plenty of buses are available towards Electronic city. Why u r not plying buses to JP nagar. We are kannadigas. U should give us comfort. Why only lot of buses towards Elec. City. Hope you will solve my problems at during my next visit.

              Sir everyday i travel in bmtc anf i do not get my ticket in a correct manner they give me ticket of 2 to 3 stops previous ticket and say that it's the rule to do that and even simetimes at crowded buses some ticket checkerd don't get the tickets from all because they say that i have pass and conductor agrees to it and doesn't anything and returns to his place they should have decipline and should not do any harm to any one.and that was the problem which is legally accepted by all but government doesn'thave knowledge about it we need changes .

                Bus conductors are not giving tickets if we are travelling for less distance. For example, if we are getting into bus at kalamandir, Marthahalli and need to get down at multiplex bus stop, they are charging around 5 to 10 rs and they are not giving ticket which in return going into conductor pocket. We can contribute any amount of money for the development of the city and for government.But, if the money is going into conductor purse, it is not acceptable.Have observed so many situations like this and if we are asking for ticket, in return they are shouting.Will the government or bus conductor allow us to get into bus if we did not get proper change or for free of ticket if it is less distance ? .Please take strict action on this issue .

                Bmtc buses are not stopping at veeranapalya bridge even though good no of passengers are waiting for bus. Even though we raise asking to stop, they are neglecting and not stopping. Though the area is not good and not safe for women, we are not able to get bmtc buses at veerana palya mostly late evening either on the bridge or at bus stop. Could you please take necessary step?

                I observed the same situation today . We got in at multiplex bus stop and conductor took 20 rs for 2 tickets to kalamandir and gave ticket . While return from kalamandir to multiplex stop conductor charged 10rs for 2 passengers and did not give ticket .Can you please display fares also for passengers . which fare is correct now? If we ask ticket 10 rs or if are not 5 rs .Please justify

                  Hi Team, It's been noted that staff from Hennur depot occupy seats meant for ladies on buses plying towards Bagalur specially after their EOD by 7pm. When asked to provide seat to the ladies to these men, they end up with an argument of whether its my property or my father's. Worst part is they speak loudly around the bus irrespective of the foul language used along falling all over. I did try to take pictures of these men when few of them rudely stated that they would come in the morning with full makeup & pose for the picture. At times when the conductor is asked to interfere, then the remaining change if any wouldn't be returned with various reasons at the tip of their tongue. This is accumulation of various instances piled up to notify the plight of a common man with no help received. PLEASE HELP.

                    The bus conductor charged 1.5 times the fare by giving one adult and one child fare for the journey from majestic to graphite India. Bus route 335 A bus no KA 01 F4687. On asking the reason, he justified by saying it's night fare as it was 11.30 pm.. there is no official site which says that BMTC charges 1.5 times for night fares..So how can these conductors charge excess..On asking to give regular fare ticket, conductor asks to get down the bus. Request to see this issue as it's taking undue advantage for public convenience..

                      Please see the case, I got in the bus 600F near js auditorium and the conductor was at last seat to cut ticket, and i called him once, then in the mean time the checker came and Asked for ticket I told him let the conductor come near as I have pain in leg... Then he misbehaved with me and physically tou hed my hand roughly and snached my mobile and told give all money you have in bag or I will put FIR in madiwala police station. Then no one helped and told you know kanada and I told 1 week only to bangalore, he shouted and said go out of Karnataka if you don't know the language. I am new to city. Then started bargaining... Give 500, 300, 250 and then hold my hand tightly and told me to get down of bus and told give all money or I will do fir. Please help... So bad experience I gave 430. But they gave only receipt of 140... when I asked for actual receipt he told i will not give your phone. TR -34 slip nk 018992, Y -16C.. Please raise a complain. 4 people were there and they misbehaved... I came here in bangalore for study and job... He told go out of Karnataka... Please take action against them, they were 5 people.

                        When we board the buses in silkboard, we have to wait inside the bus for more than 40 minutes for just the bus to start. Today I took the bus at 4:30am and the bus moved from its place near silkboard at 4:53 am for nothing. The bus number is KA57 F1197.
                        I was given ticket immediately but was not serviced good! Could have taken taxi instead. The charges are high and the service is too low

                        I Lost my wallet yesterday evening when i was traveling from Electronic city to Jayadeva, the wallet color is black, it had my original Driving license, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Voters ID card with cash of 1800 in it.

                          I would like to bring up the fact that the bus number KA57F-41 which is an A/C bus commuting in the route ITPL to Banashankari(500CA) does not stop at Iblur bus stop/sarjapur signal stop on most of the days. On asking the driver and conductor to stop also the explanation that they are giving is that they can't stop due to traffic. And that there are lots of same buses in the route. When all the other bases can stop at the same stop I really wonder why they can't do the same. This happens around 8.30 AM. We have to wait for at least ten minutes before the next bus comes. Ten minutes lost there is equalent to half an hour lost during the entire journey. This is creating great inconvenience to us. As this is a very simple matter which can be easily resolved kindly do the needful at your earliest convenience.

                            Dear sir /madam,

                            I boarded bus from banashankari to vydehi.
                            When i asked for ticket conductor forcefully gave itpl destination ticket.
                            Reason he gave was itpl and vydehi cost are same.
                            Instead to 85 rs he asked 101.

                            Shame on bmtc, thinking that lady is boarding the bus conductors try to metal harass them in local language and take benefit out of it.

                            Thanks for replying with docket number. Infact I have 2 more docket number but these are useless..No action taken till now hence I am asking RTI.
                            Below are dockets bmtcc10188090, bmtcc10188175.

                            This signifies BMTC complaint department is useless only a hoax to satisfy public . No action has been taken and public is left to suffer.

                            Please remove dust from old complaint files and start acting on them.

                              Hi, I am a regular traveller from Benson Town to kr market.
                              I've always encountered bus drivers either driving very slow or sometimes rash. They always try to overtake every time and their course of driving is definitely a pain for people who drive cars. Today while I was on my way to my office, a bus driver almost hit me, abused me and threatened me of lodging a non bailable case against me and wonders to our policemen over there supporting those bus drivers and a minus point for me is that neither do I understand nor speak Kannada. So it all started when I was near unity building when there was bumper to bumper traffic. I was in the middle of two busses not only me but other cars as well. As I tried to move along with the other cars, one bus driver out of no where just over took me and I was scared for me car and had to stop because of his dangerous driving. While i over took him and asked to drive good he instead started to argue and abuse me. While then I decently stopped my car and took a picture of his bus detailing his registration Num, then with a lot of aggression which was so offensive, the drive, the conductor and other person who was government official came out and tried to hit me and also abused me. I asked them to stop there vehicle and they did and when I asked them to come to the police station which was nearby the driver started telling me that it was my fault and started abusing me, the one big mistake I did was I asked them to come to the police men who were near the signal, but as usual, the police men of India are cheats and as usual supported the government workers, hats off to there unity amongst them. The traffic policemen also gave that driver an idea to lodge some non bailable case against me. I lost hope n called my father to spk but my father asked me to leave the government workers would support each other. As I tried to leave the bus men's showed a lot of disrespect and also abuse but I said them that this is not it I would take this thing far and I would c to it that they are punished for there behaviour as well there driving. But the driver and his fellows tried to pull me in to their bus and asked me to come along with them and asked me to leave my car behind. I was literally scared as people who could try to hit me and abuse me in the middle of the main road would definitely have the guts to do more harm to me if i was in the bus. So I just escaped some how with the bus registration Num, people be aware of this bus and the driver, it's a blue Volvo bus with reg no- KA-01 F-3956. I'll try my level hard to reach out to the max and spread this review and complaint of mine so that some one or the other, hopefully any good government official or the transport department take any action against this person.

                                He behaves very badly. Pushes people like pigs scolds very badly. Even with ladies he does the same.

                                G9 bus number 2199 and 2178 both the ladies conductors​ are veru rude with commutters please give them warnings.

                                  There are insufficient buses, number 410 FC starting from Nayandana Halli and 410 FA starting from Banashankari via Nayandana halli - Nagarabhavi ring road during 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. We need to wait minimum of 1hr to 1 hr 30 mins to get one bus (410FA) which will be very crowded.
                                  There are lot many private (TT) vehicles plying in this route and there are running full. In-spite of this if no BMTC buses in this route gives a suspicious on deport manager that they are helping private buses in this aspect.

                                  It is becoming very difficult to travel from Nayandana halli towards Summanahalli (via new ring road). Requesting respective authority to look into this matter and put more buses in this route to ease public who are depending on BMTC buses.

                                  This is my second complaint, with first complaint being not effective.

                                    In the route from Hebbal to Silk Board/Banashankari, there are lots of VOlvo buses (500A and 500D) that travel empty or with a few passengers. The buses are very frequent, but as the ticket prices are very high compared to normal buses, they often go empty. So many buses plying empty results in high level of pollution. Why cannot the passengers in Volvo buses be clubbed in a single bus and the frequency reduced? At that time, the number of normal buses should be increased, so that more people can travel conveniently. BMTC is only concerned with profit from a few and do not think about teh latger good for people.

                                      Rude behavior and used slangs also took more fare cheated on me

                                      HI SIR\MAM this is a serious issue regarding 306D Bus which runs from devanagundi to majestic.
                                      The bus conductor took from me more fare for Halasuru to corporation bus stop the fare is 14 RS but this bus conductor took from me 17 RS that too I gave him 20 RS note and he didn't returned me change also. He also argued and talked with me with local slangs and very rudely.

                                      Generally I go to office from BTM to Richmond Circle on Bike. But today my bike was punctured so my friend dropped me till Nimhans Hospital Bus stop. From there I took bus towards Richmond Circle. Bus Number was KA57F0423.
                                      When conductor asked for the Ticket I gave him 100Rs note and he returned me 90Rs without giving any ticket. when I asked him for the Ticked he told me to wait. After 5 mints I again asked him for the ticket he said that "ticket price is 12 RS you give me 2 Rs and change I will give you the ticket" . I said that take another 10 Rs from me and give me the ticket writing 8Rs balance behind the ticket. He got angry while doing so and started abusing me in front of other co-passengers. He had change but he still did't give me.
                                      People in bus told me that this is the Scandal going on, all conductors on the name of change of 1 or 2 Rs don't give tickets to passengers and put that money in their pockets.
                                      Later I again asked him for the change he very rudely returned 8 Rs to me as People give money to beggars and scolded me again in front of the co-passengers.

                                      I think BMTC should take a step to educate conductors how to behave with the passengers and start checking for the Scandal happening in the name of the change.
