Volvo 500 ca, bus no ka 01 f9111 didn't stop in most of the bus stand, driver will stop at his wish. Morning bus started at 7.20 am from silkbord to itpl. People showed there hands at bus top tp driver but he didn't stop, even the ladies conducter did not made any attempt to stop bus at stops. Also the driver will open the door at his wish to let passenger get down from bus.

    Sir,

    I would like to complain about ka57f1923 bus driver who drove on 16th jan 2017 from 8:54 pm to 9:40 pm. I had taken this bus from marathahalli bridge to kadugodi at 8:54 pm.in order to get down at kadugodi bus stop (Before bridge), i had stood up and was waiting near the front door for 2-3 minutes prior. There was a hoskote bus boarding people at kadugodi bus stop too. I requested the driver to please stop at the bus stop and he simply refused just because he dint want to stop there. I even told him i have to catch the hoskote bus. He instead stopped at the kadugodi bus depot at 9:40 pm and i had to walk back through an extremely dark lane back to kadugodi bus stop.

    My only question is why don't the drivers stop at respective stops where they are supposed to? Is it because of the freedom bmtc gives its drivers and conductors to break rules? I hadn't asked him to stop in front of my house or in the middle of any road! All i had requested was to stop the bus at kadugodi bus stop where he was supposed to! Please tell me if at all i had to face any bad experiences while walking back at 9:40 pm, would the driver had taken responsibility? For that matter will bmtc take responsibility?? Hoskote buses are not even frequent after 9 pm and the wait in the dark empty kadugodi bus stop goes on for at least 20- 30 minutes for the next hoskote bus.

    I am a daily traveller and this is not the first time i have faced similar issues. I face trouble with the 500ca buses that go to agara. Most of them refuse to go through under the bridge simply because of traffic. Commuters have to struggle to walk all the way till agara bus stop inspite of paying ticket prices.

    Please take action against this driver and be a bit more kind to late night commuters.

    Regarding the frequency of hoskote buses, i have been stuck at hopefarm many times with large no of commuters waiting for hoskote bus from 9:30pm to 10:15 pm.. so i kindly request you to increase the frequency of buses all the way until hoskote as there are large no of commuters who stay in hoskote, come from work located in far areas and depend on public transport like me.

    And regarding 500CA buses, i unfortunately do not have the details you asked for as i am a gold pass daily traveller. I was only lucky to get the bus details of 16th from the bus ticket, as i hadnt taken bus pass for January 2018. I would be grateful if they dont ask us to get out of the bus before agara bridge and alight us in the respective bus stop itself.

      Is bmtc department keeping rowdy’s as their staffs?

      If yes its not good for passengers as well as your department. And beating in public is a affence.

      Please fire this ediot he is absolutely not fit for job.

      I’m a cool and guy in place me if someone was there story will be different.

      Its shame for me as a karnataka guy got beaten from bmtc rowdy (Driver).

      Thanks for response.

      I can come for face to face discussion ( on 20/01/2018 @9AM ) but what if he is attacking or giving supari to Rowdy's after coming out.

      What is the guarantee he won't do ?

      Who is responsible for my Life ?

      I'm feared about Driver attitude please take serious action Cutting salary or Issuing warring letter.
      This ### is unfit for his Job.

      Dear BMTC Team,

      On Saturday 20/01/2018 I was busy ( And to reach from Attibele to Shanthinagar it will take lot of time ). When i called to BMTC office they said every Saturday 1.30 PM office will be closed.
      But after 1.30 PM i was free.
      Anyways i can come on 03/02/2018 11 AM.

      Note : When i reach there after coming out from discussion. If driver Driver do something BMTC will be responsible for my Life.

        On january 8, 2018, at around 6.40 p. M near vidhan soudha signal, the driver of ka 01f 5571bus which is having the scrolling of manyata tech park hit my car. He couldn't wait for a min for the bus before him to move, violated the lane discipline and hit my car leaving the scratches over the body of the car, though i was honking. The body of the car had left with a strong deep scratch where as the front part got several scratches.

          I took vajra spl pass ticket from bommasandra toward majestic route no v 360b/26.
          Bus detail ka01-fa-344 toward majestic around 6:30 pm from bommasandra n depot no 07.
          Date 12 january 2018.
          Ticket t no. 50 and total fare 37/- for vajra spl pass ticket.

          I gave 500/- n conductor told he give later but when i asked when my stop came he refused n told he had given along ticket 463/-. He fought n insult me in public n didn't give money 463/-

            Today I travelled in BMTC buses from Rajajeswari Nagar to Jayanagar 4th Block via Banashankari. I boarded bus route No. 13 from Banshankari to Jayanagar at about 5.47 pm vide ticket No. T 108 210FA/1 11.01.18. I am a senior citizen of 64 years of age and I produced my Aadhar Card No.[protected] as evidence of my claim as senior citizen. He refused to accept Aadhar card as evidence and insisted me to produce Senior Citizen Card as per instructions from his higher authorit Is it a fact? . I travelled by paying normal fare. Incidentally I travelled from RR Nagar to Uttarahally and to Banashankari in 2 different buses of BMTC and the conducts of these two routes have accepted Aadhar Card.When the conductors of these two routes have accepted Aadhar Card wheat is the problem is accepting the same by him. When Aadhar card is issued by the Government of India and the same is accepted through out India by all the authorities including Railways, Income-tax, passport authorities, why the same cannot be accepted by BMTC. The conductor behaved rudely with me and created a scene before the fellow passengers . Please advise your staff to accept aadhar card also as a proof of senior citizen and suitably warn your conductor.

              Extremely Rash & careless driving by BMTC Bus drivers even in an extremely slow moving traffic at Graphite Signal, Whitefield. The bus was driven very rashly and turning just like a two wheeler hit my car causing damage and fled, even least bothered to apologize. I had to chase him down in the next bus stop to even take pictures attached.
              Even though this is a simple damage, it is hard for me to digest since I have driven the vehicle with utmost care for the past two and half years, even without a Scratch on the vehicle, now I think I may need to spend Rs. 30, 000-40, 000 to get it repaired and repainted.
              Usually the BMTC drivers are not penalized for causing damage to other vehicles hence they drive recklessly and dangerously. I believe a system needs to developed to penalized them so they show some respect to other vehicles on the road.
              Hence I request to kindly look into this matter and Penalize BMTC so they educate their drivers about safe driving and I believe I may also need to be compensated for the damage done to my vehicle.

                Hi first I would like to thank you for bmtc's great service in areas like Kundalahalli.It would be great if you could provide similar or atleast better services from main silk board junction towards Chandapura.It is a nightmare as every night we have to wait atleast for an hour to get a bus and it is overcrowded.If possible atleast provide Volvo buses

                  Respected sir,
                  I regret to inform that, many of the bus conductors never give the bus ticket even after asking them. Yesterday (6.01.2018) while traveling towards btm layout, the conductor of bus no. Ka-01, f 4812 misbehaved with many of the ladies including me. I gave him 100rs and he gave 90 rs as balance. I asked him for the ticket, instead of giving the ticket, he shouted on me and said - i gave you the change so keep quite. Beside one old lady was asking some doubt about the stops, on that he started shouting on her too.
                  He was a fat man with good height.
                  I kindly request you to take action against him and people like him. So that, they will never repeat these kinds of things.

                    I've been a frequent traveler in bmtc buses now. And i've noticed that most drivers and conductors can be quite harsh with the passengers when rendering change or asking them to step aside for place. But, i was quite amazed at how the conductor of bus ka 57 f0591 (Depot: 03, route no: 500f) behaves with all passengers. He is pleasant to every passenger in the bus, ensures that most passengers especially old, ill people get seats and renders exact change without having to follow up. I've even noticed how he tries to communicate with people who don't speak in kannada or don't know hindi and is quite patient with them.

                    Wishing this conductor all the best in his life and career and hope that bmtc staff recruit more people like him.

                    The original post is not a complaint but an appreciation of the conductor of KA 57 F 0591. I traveled on this bus on Friday, Dec 29 2017. The bus started from Kadugodi at around 7:40 AM.

                    I got ticket from Marathahalli to satya sai hospital for 53 rupees. I gave 500 rupees as I didn't have change.I forgot the collect remaining 447 rupees while getting down. I would like to know how I could get the money back.

                      Am traveling frm saptagiri clg to k. R. Puram. Some 507, 507c nd 507a buses don't give proper stop only. Why bmtc simply wasting the money by paying those conductor and the driver. Tis is the one of those buses i can able to get bus number. Conductors don't support for senior citizens reservation, so many times i saw drives using mobile phone while driving in the way between bel and gorgunte palya. Some buses display wrong route. Feeling very bad about bmtc.

                        Hello,

                        Pls treat this as an official complaint against the conductor of a
                        Bus of route number 356, number of bus being ka01 fa1424. The bus reached huskur gate at around 10:40 pm on 31st dec, 2017 so, i guess it can be identified who was the rude and corrupt conductor.

                        I regularly use bmtc bus service for the last 2.5 years, but this is only
                        The second time, i saw this kind of an abusive as well as corrupt conductor. The 356 route numbered bus
                        Conductor was abusive and behaved rudely with a few passengers including
                        Me. He gave me a ticket of rs 10 where as i had given him rs 20 and he did not bother to return the change of rs 10 even when i asked him.in such a beautiful city like bangalore and such a big team like
                        Bmtc, these kind of badly behaved and corrupt conductors are a black spot on the entire team. Hence, take necessary action, to make bengaluru a more
                        Beautiful place and bmtc a more efficient team. This is my second official complaint against the rude behaviour of bmtc conductors and this conductor was also corrupt since he refused to give proper ticket. Really bad - conductor like this should be punished.

                          Why there were less or no bmtc buses in bangalore from 12.45 to 1.45 am. From all bus stops to majestic bus station. I asked this question to some of bmtc persons. They told me on account of shift changes it happened. So many people not knowing this matter, standing in bus stops throughout bangalore in a sad state of mind. Rich people go by car, some afflurent middle class hiire autoriksha to reach majestic bus station. But about the poor and common people. They suffered very much because there were no buses from 12.45 to 1.45. Please take this matter seriously and solve this daily problem.
                          Another a strange problem is that i took a bmtc bus number ka-01 fa-82 from indira nursing home (Promide hospital) (Bus front number is 20n) to majestic.
                          Bus is good but distance between seats is very less and congested. It is impossible for a 5.6 inches, 5.75 or 6 feet man to sit properly. If any body tries to sit he get pain in the centre of the legs. All passengers are unhappy. They wonder who fitted bus seats like this. So please take back that bus and provide good bus. Remove the bus seats then arrange properly. Then another thing is there are 2 buses to market and it is going almost vacant. But only one majestic going bus coming to indira nursing home stop. Please increase the buses to majestic bus stand between afternoon 12 to 1.45. The people suffering without bus in these hours from so many years. Please solve the problems.

                          It is not 20N but bus route no is 210N it is going via indira nursing home to majestic bus station.This for correction.

                            I boarded a bus in Mayo Hall around 8:10pm bus no. KA-57 F-2553 on 27dec 2017
                            Kbs-1k towards Hal.. I paid 10rs for Domlur but Conductor did not give me ticket in spite of asking so many times..
                            Many conductors not giving tickets from Mayo Hall to Domlur just eating our hard earned money.. U shld strictly take action towards them.. Stop encouraging such people from making illegal money. Ur immediate response is appreciated

                              This is to inform you that while i was travelling by bus no. Ka-01 f-4820, depo no. 33 on the date dec 18 2017 (Monday), the conductor of the bus misbehaved in most insulting manner.

                              I boarded the bus at time 11a. M. From place kadirenahalli bus stop to banashankari along with other passengers.

                              I was asking about the route to the conductor and i was shocked to hear that the conductor started abusing me with bad words and responded in a rude way. I was unaware that he is frustrated to do his daily job.

                              I was telling him to behave properly and it's an unprofessional behaviour that too with a lady passenger, but the conductor spoke very rudely to me with abusive words.

                              In spite of this, he was insisting that he will be rude, and do whatever i can. When i told him that i am going raise a compliant on this.

                              I was trying to find his name and asked driver about his name, driver told me that he is not aware about his name.

                              When i started taking picture of bus number and conductor photos to complaint on him, he came to hit me and thrown my mobile by manhandling on me.

                              The matter would have taken a serious turn, had not some people intervened.

                              It is highly objectionable for a public servant to behave like this, that too with a lady passenger.

                              I got few pictures of him at the moment he hit me on my hand, you can see how ferociously he came to hit me, i was rather scared to even stay inside the bus. I requested him to stop the bus, but he did not stop the bus!!

                              I would, therefore, request you to make an enquire and see that the conductor is given some suitable warning and punishment.

                                Sir,
                                I am 68 years old. Yesterday at 11.30 i caught bmtc bus no. Ka57 2695 at hopefarm. The conductor refused to give senior citizen concession though i have shown pan card (Issued it dept of goi) saying it is invalid. I am very much surprised to hear this as pan card is issued by govt of india in which karnataka is a part. He even refused adhaar card also and i had felt very bad and got down at whitefield paying hi rs.5/-. Earlier bmtc in a reply to my querry confirmed that pan card and adhaar are very much valid for senior citizen concession. I am unable to unserstand whether conductors are not properly educated about rules or some conductors (As some conductors are accepting) are acting on their own personal rules framed by them, and the result if senior citizens are put to much insult and inconvenience. The said conductor is not a young man and appears more than 50 but still behaved in such an adament way. Please caution conductors in the matter and make them know rules and warn not to implement their own rules but must stick to bmtc rules. I felt very bad at this. It is unfortunaate that some conductors refuse to give senior citizen concession to illeterate senior citizens of over 75/80 years age also for want senior citizen cards. However when this gentleman refused pan card/adhaar card we cannot expect conductors to use brain. Please take suitable cation against this conductor to rectify them. Furher please supply and make it compulsory for conductors to wear name badge as they are refusing to disclose name when asked.

                                I have earlier complained to you about refusal of conductor of bus from hopefarm to kbs and you have replied that PAN card is a valid proof for getting seniorctozen concession. But many of the conductors still refuse pan cards. Another pity is that they say even senior citizen cards issued by dept for empowerent of differently abled and Senior citizens Govt of Karnataka. One more pitiable observation is one conductor refused senior citizen ticket for an oldman of age 85+ as no id card possessed. I feel this condition is only to ensure that the person is a senior citizen but any body can know a man of 85 years of age as senior citizen. If a person of age of 60 or + is required to show id there will be meaning but insisting for aged 85or + appears to be rediculous. Please give suitable instructions to all conductors by a circular about senior citizen concession so that senior citizens are not put to ambarassment in future.

                                Please issue general and strict instructions to all your conductors and drivers(as some buses are run withput conductor but with driver inly). please doo needful and avoid inconvenience to senior citizens
                                I had travelled today(14.12.2017) in 144E ( Rose garden to Shivaji Nagar) bus number KA 01 FA 167. The driver is very harsh and rude to the passengers, he doesnt stop in the bus stop, because of him i was late to office today which costs me a days salary. Kindly change the driver.

                                  I regularly commute by bmtc volvo bus on route no.356
                                  Yesterday (I. E-08/12/2017 at 4.45 pm) i boarded a v-356 from kudlu gate bus stop to travel towards kbs (Majestic) the registration no. Of the bus being ka-01-fa-2272, as soon as me and my friend boarded the bus we could see that it was a little crowded and we couldn't find a seat because of which we both decided to get down at next stop and board another bus so i went a ahead to show the conductor the pass as we had to get down at next stop, upon showing the pass she started to shout on us telling what hurry are you in cant you wait for a while, this really irritated me and we went and stood near the front door as the stop was approaching. The conductor came back and pushed me towards the door and when i asked her why she was like you should not stand here and started to scream on me, just because she was a lady we had to hold not to speak rudely with her and we got down at next stop. The experience was really terrible and even after that when i contacted the helpline number, there was no proper response from there they dint even bother to provide me with docket number. At the time where the bmtc is asking the employee's to use bmtc bus and is pushing companies to hire the volvo bus this kind off attitude is completely unacceptable. And as a passenger i hope i have the right to at least file a complaint.. (Thanks for the manhandling experience) and even after giving a complaint i did receive a response for setting up a enquiry date but nothing happened

                                    As i got on to volvo bus on 15th december at 8:30 am at kalena agrahara. I gave the conductor a 500 rupee note and took the ticket to bannerughatta and he did not give me the change and when i asked for it he told to be seated and would give later. I went and asked for change near jelly machine stop and he gave me all 10 rupee notes and by the time i could count my stop had arrived and which he didn’t give me the complete change. It was 42 rupees for the ticket and he gave me 358 and i was not able to count properly and had to get down immediately which made a loss of 150 rupees the volvo bus number is ka-01-f-8862. This is how i got cheated in the early morning. Kindly take strict action against the conductor.

                                      Hi, i have been a frequent traveller in this bmtc busses from hebbal to yelahanka. But always i have noticed an issue with gents occupying ladies seats.in spite of we asking to vacate they male passengers do not react. This is a situation from past few months. There has to be some strict action taken against this. And the conductors have to fullfill their duty by collecting 100rs fine on a male occupying a ladies seat. This issue was faced even today in bmtc bus no. 298m.

                                        It is to inform you that, i boarded on bmt bus registration no ka57 f0633 from mayohall to marathahalli on 11th dec 2017.
                                        There was some crowed and the conductor of said vehicle misbehaved, abused me in presence of other public commuters and dragged and dropped my laptop bag.

                                        Due cause, my laptop, laptop bag and mobile got damaged and a huge loss to the undersigned. Vehicle and driver details are enclosed for your perusal.

                                        Request you to take appropriate disciplinary action against the driver and recover my loss amount out of his salary.

                                        I dont want to come and confront, the photos as enclosed is more enough to understand the attitude of your conductor.. It is your conductors and you can understand their behavior and handle them with care rather than others..

                                        He's the public servant and he has to coup-up with an environment and understand his customer.

                                        In view of the above, I request you to provide personal details of that conductor, so that I can lodge police complaint against him for manhandling and attempt to murder.

                                        Moreover I request you to deduct my damaged cost out of his salary.

                                        BMTC is always try to defend their staffs. Please ask your management to travel in BMTC to understand the quality of people they are hiring.. Look at their audacity and behavious.. the Corporation housekeeping is better than your driver and conductors. and at least they behave themselves and do something to the society.. but your drivers or conductors enjoy their live out of customers money and heedlessly behave with the passengers and doesn't have a basic etiquette or knowledge how to behave.. That itself is the mirror for your way of hiring for your management.

                                        Many people are in urge to go to work.
