Pls treat this as an official complaint against the conductor of a
Bus of route number 356, number of bus being ka01 fa1424. The bus reached huskur gate at around 10:40 pm on 31st dec, 2017 so, i guess it can be identified...

Why there were less or no bmtc buses in bangalore from 12.45 to 1.45 am. From all bus stops to majestic bus station. I asked this question to some of bmtc persons. They told me on account of shift changes it happened. So many people not knowing this matter, standing in bus stops throughout bangalore in a sad state of mind. Rich people go by car, some afflurent middle class hiire autoriksha to reach majestic bus station. But about the poor...

Kbs-1k towards Hal.. I paid 10rs for Domlur but Conductor did not give me ticket in spite of asking so many times..
Many conductors not giving tickets from Mayo Hall to Domlur just eating our hard earned money.. U shld strictly take action towards them.. Stop encouraging such people from making illegal money. Ur immediate response is appreciated...

Yesterday (I. E-08/12/2017 at 4.45 pm) i boarded a v-356 from kudlu gate bus stop to travel towards kbs (Majestic) the registration no. I was travelling from esteem mall to yelhanka police station.
The conductor has taken rs.20 rupees and gave me the ticket for rs. 15 but haven't returned me the change. When i asked about the change, he said he doen't have it and previously, i have seen him holding the rs.5 in his hand.

This rs.5 doesn't matter to me anyways but can save many other...

less frequency of ordinary buses to itpl

Everyday i am travelling to itpl from hal policestation. I observed for every one hour only one ordinary bus travelling to itpl. The ratio is like 15:1, if 15 vathuru or whitefield buses only one itpl ordinary bus.in meantime 10 ac buses are passing that to half of them are empty buses. Why bmtc don't care about ordinary buses. Due to less frequency the comimg buses are fully occupied and over rush. Is this really required for a common man....

conductor not giving balance money even though he has the change

Bus reg no ka 57 f 1107. I had traveled in this bus twice from rupesh hotel to bonnasandra, where the ticket cost rs 5. The conductor had never given me change even though he has enough chance in his hand. After i had taken ticket, another passenger had given 5 rs. I had demanded to give the balance, and the conductor don't even ready to give it.
I had experienced twice from the same bus. The same issue is being faced the same situations...

poor bus frequency towards kalyan nagar from domlur

We dont get buses to kalyan nagar from domlur. At times 1 bus in an hour. While we have 15-20 of 201 series buses in an hour most of which where very minimal passengers travel, we are left waiting for an hour for 8 and 412 buses to arrive. To add on, you at times find 2 buses one behind the other n no bus for next one hour. Frequency to be increased to atleast one bus in half an hour...

I am a regular passenger past from many years, hereby i had obseved that there are not frequent buses towrds lagaree & studio (From jalahalli cross) we passangers will be waiting for the buses more than half an hour buses, this problem we are facing from many years. I request you to assgin the buses to the above said route.
And one more thing is that the conductors will not initiate to stop in bus stops...
