Hai i am an advocate and practicing in an High court of karnataka. Today i have travelled in KSRTC bus from lakkasandra to Anekal in Non-stop, Bus no KA 42 F 2144 @ 2 O Clock, the lady conductor abused me in a filthy language for not closing the bus door and i have informed her it’s not my duty to lock the door and also i had my two bags in my hands so that i couldn’t close the door at that moment and at last i have only closed the bus door but also conductor scolding me for an hour and she also abused the ksrtc department for not providing the comfortable doors and also she stated that our department is worst department and there are in loss not providing good salary to us and higher authority are eating our salaries and public will come and eat our heads and i kindly request you to take a necessary action against the lady conductor and i don’t have an knowledge about her token number or name and i kindly request you to intimate me that what action taken against conductor..Thank you.

    Dispait my daughter is having a Student Pass ( aswathakatte - sultanpalya to Malleswaram 18th cross) VIA - (1- CPRI, 2- Sadashivnagar), condcuters are asking her to get down at CPRI and take another bus to sultanpalya, they are not allowing her to get down at TV Tower. Kindly note whiel going from sultanpalya no one is questioning but during the trip from malleswarm eveyday she is complelled to pay. pleae suggest what to do? Bus pass copy enclsoed.

      There is only 1 MKT-5H bus which comes for every 15-20 min in Halegabbadi, I've been waiting since half n hour the following buses did not stop in the bus stop..
      What if I had exams n missed the bus?
      These are the following buses,
      KA57F 0474
      KA 57F 4992
      Even though I waved my hand to stop. They didn't. Plz consider this as an serious issue n take action against them.

        I was travelling in a bus from Sarjapura to checkpost. And the destination was checkpost, i wanted to get down at Koramangala water tank. And this is stops at Koramangala 1st block and says this bus won't go further. I was trying to ask why and conductor was trying to shout at me stating that he had been mentioning it. Then why the board?

        And i got down at Koramangala first block. Another bus came from Sarjapur side. Number: KA-57-F-0833. Which didn't even give a stop there wherein there were so many more people along with me wanting to board that bus. Please look into these things

          Dear Sir/Madam, My Son have been illegally charged bus fare from hebbal to Hennur cross in spite of having valid student Bus Pass for the same route. Charged ticket and Students bus pass is attached herewith for ur ready reference. Request to look into the matter urgently and issue necessary instructions to the bus conductor.

            Bus no KA-57-5031
            I get inside the bus in Byatarayanapura it was rush there was place near driver one more girl was stood and i was also stood near by her . I was left place for people walk but still driver not moving the vehicle because I was not back. Because he stopped everyone started scolding me. Who are they to talk about me and he told get down from the bus who is he to tell . If I distrub someone or not leave place to go inside it's my fault but I was stood in side where no one get disturbed.. It my request to teach tight manner to respect everyone BMTC is not his own vehicle it's public transport everyone has right we pay we travel. If possible I'll try to give a complaint on this. Please address these issues

              As a BMTC commuter, I have observed that most of the bus does not stop at palace grounds, going towards yelhanka.

              It is problem for commuters .

                This payment was done on 24th September 2022 at 7:57am through Google pay and the payment status was showing as processing and i showed same thing to Bus conductor and waited for the transaction to complete but it didn't reflect and amount got deducted from my account and Bus conductor she talked with me in very rude manner and again she again asked me to do payment and i refuse to do as my previous payment amount deducted and the conductor is not talking in proper manner after long conversation i made payment through phone pay then it got deducted so as i have done payment twice i should get my refund amount immediately for making twice payment.
                I need it immediately and for misbehaving she should be fined.

                  I was travelling from mekri circle yo nest in G9 bus on Sunday 6pm . So many illegal acts took place in the bus .
                  1.Driver driving slow as I am a student i travel always in bus so i know that it would take 30 minutes from makri circle to nes Or max 45 minutes but this driver drove 1hour to nes and Sunday's there is no much traffic also
                  2.Conductor had no 5 rupees as change so he did not ask other passengers but he said that do paytm to his number so i said I will get down and give this called illegal act
                  3.The bus number was Go first but at Hebbal he changed the number to 253 and then again at nes he changed to 401
                  4.I counted totally 7 to 8 buses passed on the way we were going that slow driver was driving

                  I have the bus number also that is KA-57 F-2819 on Sunday 6pm

                    Due to covid 19 the route no 382AB has been stopped on lockdown time and after lockdown BMTC is not operating this route.

                    This route is from KR Market to Beerahalli via Hosakote and Depot 39.
                    As this route connects village to city the formars/students/village people's depending on this route to transport.
                    We request to operate this route agin and help village people's.

                      The frequency and the number of G2 buses in the Sarjapur to MG road route are too less. The wait times for G2 are over one hour, even in its starting point Mayo Hall, and I’ve found many citizens complain about the same multiple times on my journeys.
                      As G2 route is connected to many premier spots of Bangalore, such as MG road, Koramangala, etc, and as it is one of the only buses that go to these spots from Sarjapur, it is the daily bus for many people who live along this route, including myself.
                      As a student, it becomes crucial to have buses available often, and the concerns are mutual as the G2 buses are always crowded as there’s a limited number of them available. Also, due to the unreliability of G2, usage of student passes becomes difficult.
                      I’ve noticed that G2 route doesn’t have the green (Suvarna) service buses or the AC (Vayu Vajra) service buses. It only has the old blue (Bengaluru Sarige) buses and rarely the new ones.
                      The claims online of G2 having a frequency of 20 minutes are false, and the reasons for it (limited number of buses, low frequency, no other bus services, etc) are also apparent.
                      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible because Bangalore deserves it.

                        Even though there is provision for online payment but most of the time BMTC bus don’t accept UPI payment .
                        Another problem there is no option to buy daily ticket and bus pass not very efficient for daily travel if one has to travel few days in week.

                            I was traveling in bmtc purple colored electric bus from kadugondanahalli to shivajinagar. The bus was filled. Near Fraser town bus became free and there was 2 to 3 empty seats. I went to sit in one of the seat, the lady conductor had her bag on the seat and dhe was standing. I told her to take the bag so I can sit. She told I'm standing from yelanka where am I supposed to sit? Where is the seat for conductor? I told her there is no seat for conductor in this bus. She started yelling at me. I felt so bad in front of whole bus, every one was staring at me. I got down from bus near coles Park, board another bus to shivajinagar. My ticket number is 479411 SS 110. please look into this. This was so unnecessary I feel.

                            The bus number is KA51 AH3659. The camera in the bus was turned towards the window, it was not facing the passenger.

                              I am a PhD Scholor in Christ University Bengaluru. Today I get on the BMTC bus KA57F949 from chandapura to Christ university bus stop on[protected] at 7.55 a.m. I have a prepaid online monthly pass valid till[protected]. I have tried to validate the pass by myself but only the pop came up and it was not updated on the page. I tried so many times and still it was the same due to the server problem. I was facing the same, server issue for two-three days. even it is slow it will get updated after some time. But today the bus conductor misbehaved and forced me to get down from the bus in between. Even though I asked him for making the conductor validation, he was not ready for that by saying he can't carry a scanner all the time. I lost a whole day of research and my attendance because of the issue. I booked the pass by trusting the online application and this is the issue that a lot of people are facing. Please either provide a better working version of this app or provide a scanner to every bus conductor and take action on the misbehaved Bus conductors.

                                Volvo bus enroute to silk bord is too slow, as if the driver is scared of driving even wen the road is empty, apart from that all the buses stop near tin Factory n KR Puram for a long time waiting for the bus to be filled, its like we are travelling in some local city bus waiting to fill as many as passanger as possible

                                  The passengers o[censored]s can't travel in this bus KA-53 F-0191 because of odor smell. They haven't cleaned any dust in the bus. There is no two rows seat in the bus. For doing this, you can take out all the seat, we( passengers) can stand and come.

                                    Bus are not running in time even after availability.
                                    E.g.KA41 D2353, approx at 7 pm on 20th Sep 2022, even after availability staff are not using the bus till they fill 4 new available bus. BMTC is creating inconvenience to commutors. As an evidence you may use CCTV and bus stop records for evidence. Just to fill buses above capacity and they are making commutors to wait 1hr even after availability of bus.
                                    Please help us. Pathetic is in this complaint site (no option to complain on BMTC buses)
