Hello Sir/Madam,

Today I took BMTC bus KA 37 F3415 from Kundalahalli gate to Kundalahalli colony which is just a matter of 3 stops where the bus conductor charged me ₹30, but the actual amount is ₹10.

This is a form of loot. I hope you look into such matter.

      I'm Bangalore kengeri everyday I'm traveling from Trinity bus stop to Marathalli but there is no proper bus from here we need to wait for an hour for each bus, please kindly look into this and di needful

        401R in bangalore is very less and it is very difficult to travel when there is just one bus for an hour. If the frequency is increased I think everybody would be benefited by it.

          500 hebbal to silk board bus no kA57F2686..THE Driver is been very slow he took almost 30mns to reach from kempapura stop to kalyan nagar and the other buses have been overtaken to this bus.

            On 14 th og august at 2.45 pm, me and my friends took a BMTC bus from majestic bus stand, Bangalore, Karnataka to lulu mall. (Bus number KA 57 F4942). I gave him RS 50 and when I asked for the ticket he pulled us out of the bus. Kindly do the needful.

              I climbed up from yelechenahalli to saalu hunse, ticket cost 20rs and I gave 50 rs, he gave 20rs and 10 rupee change, 10 rupee note was torn half, so I asked give good note, he took note back n told give change else get down.. rude behavior.. asked to give 10 rupee tom... how is that possible?                 Been facing issue with bus frequency in the route Indiranagar to Kalyan nagar. Need to wait for an hour or more at times to get the bus and they don't stop at the bus stops and we need to get in front to have them stop. Also they make passengers get down before the last stop at Jalvayu as they get late

                      I ve travelled from garebhavipalya to banashankari in 600F on 14th aug 2022around 7;09pm. i have given the conductor 50rs but he didn't have change to give. i asked him to write on the ticket he said that no need i will you after sometime. after crossing BTM signal i asked him he said that why . i said that he needs to give me the change again he said at depot if they check i will get shortage after reaching banashankari i asked him again he said that i don't owe you any change nor i written on the backside of the ticket. he said me get off the bus.

                        Respected Sir,

                        Incident is of today around 5:30 PM at PSN signal ( Prestige shantiniketan).

                        I was driving on the right side of the road and suddenly the bus driver turn towards right hand side with high speed and no indicator. I applied the brake instantly and my vehicle stoped instantly since speed was very less but the bus driver didnot even applied break.

                        He only applied break after finding another vehicle in front of him since signal was red. If i would not have applied break on time than i would have met with the accident since the bus driver didnot see that there is a car on the right side neither he applied break to avoid any find of collision.

                        I want this matter to be taken seriously since its a matter of life and deaths.

                        Please educate them that ppl life matter more than there speed or whatever

                          Many times it has happened that conductors never have change. They won't return it as well. BMTC started electric vehicles but can't add epayments? Gpay or PTM should be introduced in BMTC. This is a feedback for authorities.

                            Today i was traveling in BMTC from Murgeshpalaya to Kempegowda bus stand.

                            500CA - KA-57 / F-3156, took the bus ride at morning 5.12 am, bus has to go to itpl but conductor says it will only go till Vaidehi… but when asked the last stop is itpl, the conductor says to get down of the bus. IS THIS THE WAY WOMEN IS TREATED AND THE SAFETY BY ASKING HER TO GET DOWN AT MIDWAY. IS THIS HOW YOUR BMTC PPL BEHAVE … SHAME !!!

                              From few months I noticed that the buses are not stopping at bus stop. It goes little far from bus stop. We need to go little far from bus stop. Sometimes they don't even stop the bus. In govindpura cross from (shivajinagar to yelahanka) in 8.30 am. I request company to please take an action on this problem.

                                Language Issue

                                Conductor abusing me in Kanada language. Is it legal to abuse a person in public in kannada and i dont know kannada language. Conductor is not supportive at all he is shouting at me in public place. Bus no: KA57F2814...

                                I travel 26 days a month from Kundalahalli gate to the Agara bus stop. Every time 500CA and 500CK are used, These AC bus conductors refuse to return 5 rupees. They had coins but they didn't return, and sometimes they didn't listen, just ignore intentionally. On return time, I took a bus from Agara to Sarjapur signal, but they didn't return the 5 rupees and ticket either. From the Sarjapur signal to Kundalahalli gate, if I took the AC bus again, it was 5 Ruppess Extra.

                                It is not possible every time to wait for a non-AC bus. In a day, I pay an extra 10 to 15 rupees. It will be OK if I pay 5 rupees less ?? I always suffer from this. Just calculate how much extra I pay per month and per year. This is a very bad thing because they have coins but they didn't want to give.

                                I hope you consider this complaint.

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  While travelling from Vydehi bus stop to ITPL on BMTC bus no. KA01F9538 on 10th Aug'22. at 11.30 am, conductor on the bus misbehaved and abuse me because I am not from Karnataka. He was talking dirty and abusive language to me.
                                  Please take a action against him.

                                    From kamnahalli main road route number 302 buses not came every day passenger wait, half to 1 hour for the, buses they not provide at least 1 bus in 15 minutes many buses came but they didn't came returns, bus driver and conductor, , stop the buses and they chilled, every time, passenger get daily late, for work and other things, bmtc is very worst., in kamnahalli main road route 302, how the passenger waiting for the bus see daily iam sending photos
