    Hello BMTC,
    I travel to college by bus number 342, the route is from Sarjapura to KBS/KR Market. This route is populated by school and college students and many other working people, but the frequency of buses is very less. No matter what time it is, bus numbers 342 do not show up at all. At peak hours, buses are filled upto the door, people are literally hanging outside the bus as nobody wants to be late. I request you to kindly look into this matter and increase the frequency of buses on this route, it will encourage more people to use bus service and reach their destination on time.

      Iam traveling daily from balluru to bommanahalli after covid norms things are as usual from past 2 yrs the bus which used to ply from balluru to market has been stopped as per govt order . But now Only one pick up is there at 7.am and it halts at ballur at 10 pm not only me many of the school childrens and daily wage workers travel here . Pls make the trips as usual

        To BTM to domlur route very less bus are there but in that bus lots people will going it's too crowd and AC bus also not there in this route some rote buses are passing btm layout there is no passenger then be why that route bus i don't know once you to check btm to domlur bus route and how Many people are traveling in that there is no safety in that bus some people was lost their phone and wallets please release two bus this route where not too much people are traveling that bus or AC bus also in this route i didn't seen even AC bus are going this route please

          Hi dear team,
          We have travelled from Byatarayanapura to Airport yesterday and the cost for both o[censored]s is Rs 330/-, i gave conductor Rs 500/- and forgot to collect change while getting down at airport. I would like to know how to get back my money Rs 170/-

            The man who is not stopping the bus in the stop.
            It's a Stop but the driver is telling it's a old stop, so i m not stopping here
            This is the worst behaviour of the drivers
            I am the one who is son of bmtc employees, the drivers are not stopping for us and what about public!!!
            It's a worst behaviour of a driver and a bad name to BMTC
            There are many people are traveling like me

              The bus did not stop in bus stop(kacharakanahalli) as it was crowded. Many of the buses in this route. Don't come on time. Public is facing lot of issue due to shortage of buses towards kothanur side. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

                Time: around 3PM.; Place: K.R.Puram bus stand.
                Bus Number: KA57F2110

                I had a daily pass (number 1756564) punched correctly, I had written aadhaar number and signed. I had the aadhaar card also.
                Initially conductor checked and it was ok.

                But after sometime, conductor asked to see the pass again. So, I showed him again. But now he was shouting frantically, for no reason. So, I had to get down from the bus in the middle.

                    Student bus pass has wrongly filled in the new registration application form BMTC[protected] WFSY.The student has already been held the pass with no. Bmtcst[protected]. It is supposed to renewal is required.

                    You are requested to cancel the new registration application and permitted to renewal for the student bus pass.

                      Please provide enough number of buses for the route Vijayanagar to mathikere, 401b, r, e... Especially for the work schedule of the people like in the morning, evening time.

                        I write with anguish that on 09, September, 2022, around 9:25 am, the driver of bus number KA 57 F 4264, hit me without noticing the public on the left side of the bus while halting the bus at Tin Factory bus stop. It was fortunate that a person next to me held me from falling down, which would have otherwise caused harm to me and for the baby that i am carrying. The driver who was negligent about his driving be brought to enquiry and take suitable action against him

                          Today dated 07th sep 2022, one of BMTC driver drive very rash and negligence and bus number is KA 57 F 4032 and i stoped him and get into bus and told him to go slow and he locked the Bus door and move the bus and my 5 year old daughter alone in bike and again again i ask him to open the door to get down the bus but he refuse and continue the rash driving and after that he stoped the bus near bus stop vijayanagara TTMC and I get down and I take my daughter to her school.

                          His behavior is very bad and he doesn't know children value.
                          Please take the correct action immediately.

                            Please provide more Shivajinagar buses from ( Nelamangala to Shivajinagar ) and from (Shivajinagar to Nelmangala) at peak hours (8 am to 9am) and (6.30pm to 7.30 pm)
                            Buses are rush due to lack of buses and buses are not on time 2 buses move at a time and no buses are available till half an hour.
                            Please provide more buses at correct Timmings so that all peoples are helpful, it's a sincere request. Pleased do consider my request.

                              Dear sir your organization is oparation G 4 route, please provide the busses . The bmtc staff will remove the board and keep bus stop in brigade road terminal, if possible please provide us 368 as early operated. Tc said 18 bus is in oparation. But it's not all 3 to 4 bus going one behind another. It should be done frequently . In lunch hours we require more bus 1 to 3 pm i looking forward for your time and consideration thanks

                                Students are not able to travel due to lack of buses

                                  We are the students of 2 year of engineering and our 2nd year is not yet over and we have not paid the next year fee yet ... Therefore we are not able to apply for the bus pass.. but now we are made to pay for the tickets

                                      As we all know, bmtc has extended pass validity date only for final year engineering students but not for first year, I would like to mention that first year students also have exams until 31st October and prior which we can't apply for student pass as it is getting rejected, since we are 1st year students and we only have 1st year fee receipt.
                                      Without the student pass, I have to pay Rs70 everyday for daily pass and if this continues until 31st october, it would cost us a lot of money.
                                      So i kindly request BMTC to extend student pass validity date even for 1st year students atleast until our exams are over.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        Today i getting Marathalli bus (333) evening @6.15pm green colour bus, Maharani College to Domlur, i gave 500rs, he didn't give the change i ask 2 time, when i m getting down that time gave the change when i am hurry. After that I check they gave only 380rs, 100 rs he cheat me.

                                        Pls give the proper training to Conducter for this route
