Hi dear BMTC hope doing good. As a subject I already mentioned that the rude and insulted behaviour of the bus conductor, To day 28th Aug 2022 I was traveling in a BMTC bus no KA-01-FA-2280 which is from nilsandra to KR market I got departed at St Joseph college. The bus conductor who checking the bus passes and tickets came to me and asked to show the bus pass because of slow net and low server the aap taken time to load the pass so for that reason the bus conductor insulted me in front of very passenger with a very rude and threatening way. I ask bmtc to please take and Immediate action on it

    From many months after repeated request from daily and monthly pass holders conductors are collecting 3 RS in Hoskote in the name of Toll Fee... According to me as BMTC busses are travelling in service road, it is illegal to collect extra money, as the fare of monthly pass is RS 1050 and Daily pass RS 70 which includes all charges still collecting extra amount is not fair and against the rule...I am requesting you to stop this unfair thing from your department and help the public to use your service. Thanks

      Bus stand near Raheja Park Apartment, Magadi Road, most of the G7 buses are not stopping even the bus stand is made and passangers are waiting for the bus in the scorching heat...

      Please take immediate action to this, as there are not many frequent busses are available from this stop to majestic bus stand ...

        Not even a single bus from 1:00 pm to 2:25, bus 210N or 210p. From uttarahalli or chikkalsandra. Please add some bus at the time frame.

          Sir,
          As you all know, people in Bengaluru in morning around 8.15 to 8.45 am will be going to office in various corner of the city. Many buses come out of the depot in Puttenahalli Yelahanka. we will be waiting in the Puttenahalli bus stop. But none of the buses will stop and take the passengers, they go empty. All the buses will be going through NES and some buses even go through old town yelahanka. If they take the passengers, buses can start their revenue collection from there itself and it would be so helpful for the passengers. We have to be waiting for the buses coming from Doddabalaapura side and catch another bus 401 series in NES to come to Yelahanka old town. Please instruct the drivers and conductors to take the passengers from Puttenahalli bus stop itself.

              Today I was travelling from Hebbal to Ayyappa Bakery stop (Next to bhoopsandra) on bus no K2. But the conductor gave me the ticket to Ashwathnagara. I cited this and told him to change the ticket. When he recognized that I don't know kannada, he shouted at me very badly. He didn't change the ticket and also didn't give me balance amount.

              I am raising this issue not to get my balance amount but to point out his bad behavior towards the passengers even if it is a woman.

                Hi,

                This is to bring to your notice BMTC bus KA01FA1838 route is via Corporation the conductor is rude and he spoke the vulgar language to the girls and women, he also speaks in a threatening way, when the bus is full he will not even see the girls who stand he will just push them and touch them in an inappropriate way.

                Kindly request you to look into this issue on priority as it's a regular issue in this bus even if the driver is rude to the passengers.

                As Indian citizens we have the right to report the concern, hope this issue will be taken care of on priority bases.

                    You BMTC CONDUCTORS act as i[censored] r a multi-millionaire and are rude to general public. If you people have so much guts meet us in private and will show you the way you people treat us. You don't have any rights to misbehave with us. BMTC hires all these bloody conductors who don't know how to behave with passengers. These bloody people stop the bus to just ensure they collect the ticket keeping the passengers precious time at stake.
                    We go to offce and have to reach on/in time to office but these BMTC buggers are supposed to show some 5-7 trips a day and those ### stop the bus wherever they wish to until they take the tickets of all the passengers. They are not competent enough to issue the tickets quickly, these bloody +2 conductors act as if they are IAS officers and are so rude to the passengers that they behave as if they are paying and feeding the passengers.
                    EITHER CHANGE THE WAY YOU WORK, YOU ARE FROM THE PUBLIC BY THE PUBLIC AND TO THE PUBLIC. Behave properly if not, a day will come when BMTC conductors will be kicked by the passengers who are frustrated by them.

                    I gived him a nice slap
                    And he come to his line.
                    After that he said to driver stop at KG HALLI police station .
                    Though he was a man after 2 punches and 3 slaps his behavior is like a girl.

                      Today[protected] when I was riding Bus No : KA57F3419 to my college in Peenya from Hesserghatta on my student ID with number ST21TCG247148, the bus conductor was trying to harass me by saying that my student ID is fake even though it is issued by Banglore One itself and has its expiry on 31-08-22.
                      I was constantly telling him to speak in Hindi or English but he was using Kanadda to communicate and was bent on charging fine for this .
                      Later some elderly person told me that what was going on and said not to give a single penny as the conductor is only trying to get extra money and nothing else .
                      I request to please take this matter into consideration and maybe teach them a language which is common to all so as to stop these kinds of public molestations .

                        Hi

                        I am new to Bangalore i sat in bus ka01FA1396 from airport to mekhri circle paid by online informed the ticket collector that i want to go to Mekhri circle

                        However the driver dint stop at my stop and when i came to ask him about mekhri circle after a while he said its gone and made a face for me to get down more thn 2 kms ahead of the stop

                        There was too much traffic and wasted my almost half n hr in this rush and being new to Bangalore was a bad experience

                        Atleast the tc should inform the stops or either stop at every stop mentioned on the bus

                          I want to complaint on these buses towards vagata route. Already there are less busses towards this route in that too not following proper timings. Evening from 4 to 8 there's no busses only. What is the service you are providing. Please take this complaint seriously and make note of this buses.

                            Everyday about 70 people wait at platform 24, Kempegowda Bus Stand, Majestic for RT nagar buses (111C and 114C) for more than 30 minutes between 8:30am to 9:10am. It is very inconvenient for commuters. Please look into this matter.

                              Very poor bus service in MKS layout Doddakallasandra to Banashankari, KR Market or KBS, effecting the residents of MKS layout, BCMC layout & Narayan Nagar. At present bus starting from BCMC layout having fewer trips daily and also its route is round about which results in people can not depend on this service. Request you to please provide / divert buses starting from Anjanapura to travel through Avalahalli-Tippu circle- Anjanapura double road - BCMC layout- Gubbalala gate-Konanakunte cross. And also there's no bus stop name board and bus stop shelter on Anjanapura double road. Please provide bus shelters at this place

                                Today ( 18th August 2022 ) the bus conductor of the bus ( Ka57 F4877 ) from bayapanahalli to ITPL, the conductor was very rude to passenger's .
                                Firstly he doesn't respect anybody and uses abusive language. The bus conductor was rude to a passenger who was from North India and didn't know kannada. The passenger didn't understand and told the conductor to repeat in hindi but the conductor didn't know hindi and started shouting on him for not understanding kannada . This is total discrimination. The conductor have no rights to tell people to learn any language nor he has any rights to disrespect the passengers to that extreme. He started using abusive language in kannada and didn't return the money to that passenger until his stop came. He also told us to get down near the big bazaar mall opposite to Just Bake and told that he wasn't giving stop near the big bazaar bus stop so we had to walk a lot.

                                I request you to look into this issue . We can't let the day be ruined by a conductor for no reason, there was so much stress in bus today. I had exams and I had to remain calm but the conductor was shouting nonstop .

                                  I travel every day 45 kms of distance through metro and bus on one side holding laptop, in heavily filled bus. I take bus from baiyappanahalli metro station to Big Bazar stop (opposite the cloud nine hospital).
                                  Everyday the bus stops at the signal junction (far behind the signal) and the conductors will compel us to get down there. They shall stop right at the baricade beside footpath, so we shall not be able to enter the footpath and will have to walk amidst all the heavy vehicles and buses at the signal..this is really unsafe. If we request the conductors to stop at the Bus stop...they use filthy language and scold for the right request also. This is especially seen in the busses which go in the channasandra or ITPL buses.
                                  Instead the bus stop is very safe for getting down.
                                  So request u to please attend the issue and resolve it and facilitate the passengers.
                                  Also request the BMTC to instruct drivers and conductors to avoid scolding passengers for requesting the stop at bus stop.

                                    The number of busses towards K.B.S from BEL circle are very few in number .only one bus for every 30-45minutes . Due to very few number of busses the number of people in each bus a more than limit .

                                    Hope you would resolve this as soon as possible.
                                    Best way to resolve this is to increase the number of busses in this route .

                                        I had a really terrible experience at the Bangalore metro station. I went there at 7:30pm on 17th August. I went to buy ticket and this guy was extremely rude to me even though I did not speak anything that would offend him. I told him to call his supervisor and he started abusing me. Please look into this guy at the earliest. I have attached the guy's photo as he was hesitant to show his ID.
