I travel 26 days a month from Kundalahalli gate to the Agara bus stop. Every time 500CA and 500CK are used, These AC bus conductors refuse to return 5 rupees. They had coins but they didn't return, and sometimes they didn't listen, just ignore intentionally. On return time, I took a bus from Agara to Sarjapur signal, but they didn't return the 5 rupees and ticket either. From the Sarjapur signal to Kundalahalli gate, if I took the AC bus again, it was 5 Ruppess Extra.

It is not possible every time to wait for a non-AC bus. In a day, I pay an extra 10 to 15 rupees. It will be OK if I pay 5 rupees less ?? I always suffer from this. Just calculate how much extra I pay per month and per year. This is a very bad thing because they have coins but they didn't want to give.

    Hi Sir,

    While travelling from Vydehi bus stop to ITPL on BMTC bus no. KA01F9538 on 10th Aug'22. at 11.30 am, conductor on the bus misbehaved and abuse me because I am not from Karnataka. He was talking dirty and abusive language to me.
    Please take a action against him.

      From kamnahalli main road route number 302 buses not came every day passenger wait, half to 1 hour for the, buses they not provide at least 1 bus in 15 minutes many buses came but they didn't came returns, bus driver and conductor, , stop the buses and they chilled, every time, passenger get daily late, for work and other things, bmtc is very worst., in kamnahalli main road route 302, how the passenger waiting for the bus see daily iam sending photos

        There are no buses at mathikere to majestic from 8 to 9 pm we have to wait 20- 30 minutes for 1 bus . people waiting for buses are very huge.

          I traved in bus KA-01 F-8701 Whitefield to kundanhalli gate. 9/August/22 11:30 am. This conductor refused to give me change for my 100 rs and kept saying I don't have change just to keep all money

            We Had Applied for a Student Bus Pass on 19/7/2022 for Student TANISH SASHWATH V with BMTC APPLN NO: BMTC[protected]ZL4 and the status shows Institution/School to approve .

            The School has not received any communication from BMTC and they have sent the mail to BMTC with Below details of Tanish Sashwath V on 21/07/2022 with no response till date.

            Every time we spoke to the BMTC customer care at [protected] they assure us they will look into it with priority with no result.

              KA 53 F 0087, August 8th 2022, 11:10 AM, towards electronic City bus, kodipalya cross bus stop...this bus driver doesn't stop in bus stop even more number of people are there in stop and bus was also empty driver refused to give stop.

                Hello sirji, was to disappointed by conductor behaviour was traveling in bus number KA 04 F 1580 from majestic to nelamangala i borded at jallahahi stop and took ticket at dassarhalli so he was too rude. Please take action or ese I will file case against BMTC

                  I had paid Rs 1100 for my son’s student BMTC Bus Pass today and was told by the lady at the Malleswaram Seva Sindhu counter that Bus Pass has been submitted but she is unable to print. I need your help in getting the bus pass printed as we have done everything including payment and this is just held up

                      A bus from banashankari to electronic city KA-01-FA-2121 on 06Aug 2022. We 3 members took ticket to roopena agarahara. We gave 50 (15*3-50=5-). But he refused to give rupees 5.

                      Actually this was happening in bmtc frequently. So pls take action towards it.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        This is with regard to Rash and dangerous driving exhibited by the driver of Bus No. KA 57 F 0833

                        This bus was weaving in and out of traffic and cutting vehicles off near the divider, and even on the left hand side of the road.

                        My two young kids were returning from school and were asleep in the car. They could have lost their lives as a result of this rash driving.

                        The incident occurred multiple times with various vehicles at different points on the Sarjapur Road. The time was 14:45 when he nearly struck my car and pinned me against the divider.

                        This is the time when most school children are returning from school. I request you to please intervene and suspend him for a time, as it could result in an accident where there is loss of life and property.. It would also be a lesson to all errant drivers.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          This is with regard to dangerous driving exhibited on Friday afternoon at 14:45 on the Sarjapur Road, by Bus No. KA 57 F 0833

                          The driver of this bus was driving very rashly, and missed causing accidents multiple times. It was raining quite heavily, and visibility was poor, however this same driver did not hesitate to cut vehicles off who were traveling on the right lane.
                          He did this to several cars including mine. I was traveling with two young school children who were asleep in the vehicle. This is the time children are returning home from school.
                          This kind of rash driving on the road can cause an accident where some kids could lose their lives as a result.

                          I request you to please suspend him for this kind of behaviour as a lesson to the others who are doing the same.

                            The bus driver driving the Bus no.293 D moving in hennur bagalur road around 5 in the evening shows his attitude towards college students by not stopping the bus at the bus stop instead stopping it 1 stop ahead. Even after asking and shouting to stop the bus, the driver ignores the student's call. I'm very disappointed to see this rude behaviour of drivers and conductors especially towards college students. I understand sometimes it is a bad day even for the drivers, but it doesn't mean they are going to show their anger in this way on the wrong person. Some students also try to lie and fool the conductors by not taking tickets, but not all the students are the same. I humbly request the drivers and conductors to behave properly with college students.

                              600C, 600F, buses are very less in number at earliest of the morning and people are hanging out at the door...
                              Many are late to the college, schools etc
                              Please do look into this...

                                Bus number KA-57-F-1759, on the route KIA-8D/2, on the Marathahalli road NH 44. The bus conductor charged 40 rupees for a 30 rupees ticket (10 rupees extra) by saying that it was an Airport bus. Driver was also supporting this statement. He refused to give back exact change and did not answer when questioned about this wrong behavior. Need strict action against both driver and conductor

Because of the Absence of The Luggage Rack, all students and Professionals are Carrying their Bags in their Back or in Hand its Leading to Less Space To travellers to Stand and Discomfort to One Who has Backpack And Luggage, so I request you to Sanction Luggage Rack on BMTC city Buses Also it's Leading to More Spaces to Travellers to Stand and Leads To Profit To BMTC, I Hope You Will Consider My Request.

                                    The driver is very arrogant and doesn't wait till everyone gets inside the bus .
                                    He moves the bus when people are getting into the bus .
                                    And today I was about to fall from the bus and injure myself.
                                    And he has the attitude of nothing can do anything.
                                    Today it was me and tomorrow it might be someone else, so I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful . As life is precious.

                                      Many Students have entered wrong From Stop in their BMTC Application. But the application is approved from both Bmtc Department and College.
                                      Now the Student is Not Knowing what to do. Even when they try to apply other application it shows Aadhar Number already used for this Year.
