Complaints
1) Morning 8:00AM to 9:00AM there is no 60A bus, after 09:00 AM at a time three 60A buses come.

2) Busses are not stopping in Mysore Circle bus stop please rise the complaint as soon as possible

    Today my bike got some issue near by my office my office in ecospace so I get into bus no Ka57f2267
    From sarjapura ring road to ecospace I not carrying cash so I request bus operator for online payment but he was denied for online payment and want 30 rs cash so I arranged 20 rs from another person but bus operator want 30 rs cash only. I given 20 rs cash and 10 rs I requested for online payment but he getdown me from bus on next station what going on with BMTC management why not accept online payment they don't want to pay Tax to goverment or anything else now a days even tea shop accept online payment so why you are not accepting need me full explanation because Our PM want to India digital and you are not accepting payments. Your bus operator insulted me on front of everyone only because I don't have cash and I requested for online payment. It's hurts me alot I need compansation otherwise I file a cash against you in near by police station

      Hii I'm Prathisha studing in SSMRV college my college timing is 4:15pm in the evening. Bus conductor did not accept my bus pass and asked me to get the ticket as the pass was mentioned as Shivajinagar and KR market in the via1 and via2. These are the 2 other routes which I can travel if I don't get the bus on time. Please help here as I'm facing this issue everyday and not able to travel with my bus pass

          I took bus from military dairy farm to doddaballapura old bus stand which costs 30 rupees but as I didn't have change I gave 200rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do get back the change?

            Hello sir i travel from gorguntepalya to kengeri every day and there is lack of buses every morning from 7:30 till 8 not even one bus comes because of this i reach college late. Please solve this issue as soon as possible

                Dear Bmtc kindly provide in time proper bus facilities to the commutters
                Especially reagrds 401 busses which provide services from tollgate magadi road to Yeshawanthapur
                Commuters need to wait more than 30 mins for availing a single bus

                  Every day morning 8am to 9am buses are not coming out of bus station. They don't have time sense. Everybody doing timepass at bus station. Eating breakfast won't take half an hour, but one hour is too much. Kindly request you to provide bus between 8am to 9 /am.

                    Morning around 5:25 got into bus to bellandur from silk board, the conductor asked me to collect ticket for rs .25 I paid and told him please tell me if bellandur bus top comes. He then realized I'm new to bangalore later he should supposed to tell me bellandur bus stop which comes after eco world but he shouted me to drop on bellandure central I told him this is not the place I was asked to you and told him eco world as a location he then asked me another 10 rs I gave him, he gave me another ticket saying that kadabisanahali,
                    not even a min after paid 10 rs he asked me get out saying this is eco world where in bellandur gate road I was very nervous and clueless why he behaves like this, cause he started speaking other language with the driver and suddenly shouted at me and then I get out of the bus and with the backpack weight walked towards eco world it took me 15 min to walk .please advise them to behave properly while other state people are traveling this is kind of request take action it was worst traveling didn't expect this from Bangalore transportation. This is something very rude at this time to women passengers who are new to the area.

                      I travelled today in bus route no. 361C from VBHC vaibhava to electronic city in the morning. I gave the bus conductor Rs. 500 for the daily bus pass and he gave me rs. 330 in exchange and said that he will give the remaining amount later but he didn't and I was in a hurry because I have examination in my college and it was rush hour.
                      Please help me in this regard as I had to face rs. 100 loss

                        Very poor service in devarachikkanahalli route, very low buses available, that buses also not coming correct time, passengers are waiting 1 to 2 hours, passengers are strangling to waiting more time, kindly provide more buses in devarachikkanahalli route.

                            I have traveled on 16th July 2022 from airport to jivanbima nagar in kia4 bus which started at around 530 from airport. The driver has not refunded 35 rs, I have contacted at bus stand they refused to do anything after accepting it initially

                              This is regarding seat reservation for conductor in BMTC buses. If front seat is reserved for conductor, then it should be definitely mentioned on the seat. If it is not mentioned, then the conductor should not make a lady getup from the seat. If it is his seat, then it should have mentioned that, " this seat is only reserved for the conductor, and no one shall sit on it". I dont think it is good manners to make someone getup from their seat for them to sit. This can only be avoided if it is mentioned on the seat.

                                I live Bangalore. Everyday I travel through 90E bus standing position. Everyday. Because all ladies seats will be occupied by men everyday. Resulting all ladies in the bus will get tired by standing everyday. If asked seats then so called gentlemen's use their bad words and will not provide seat for women. BMTC not collecting Rs 100 fine for mens those who sit in ladies seats. Please protect women rights. Provide us seats by collecting fine. It increases BMTC revenue generation by collecting fines and protects women rights.

                                Please help us to get our rights.

                                  Vehicle number KA57 2133 Kengeri to jallahalli cross bus root departure timing 8:20 this vehicle going wrong Root and one way.
                                  Regular bus root sunkadakatte, herohalli cross, Hegganahalli.
                                  But your bus driver going sunkadakatte, Hegganahalli cross wrong and one way root please take action this is not private vehicle government public vehicle.

                                    If the students stand at the bus stop in KR Circle, some buses do not stop. Today the bus stopped if we shouted "Oye" all and We asked the bus driver and he scolded in bad words. We note down the bus number ((KA 57 F 3425)).Because it should not fall to students like us again. All we are compliant. We hope the helpful for other students.

                                        There is no buses from 8th mile to Tippenahalli via Nagasandra, Doddabidarakallu so many students and employees were suffering and there is a monopoly of auto drivers 263A is not sufficient no time buses here why you were not showing much interest in this area
